The staff was wonderful!! Ivy at the front desk was fantastic! The breakfast buffet staff was very attentive and friendly. The room very dark and had a smell. It was clean but definitely needs to be renovated. Our safe for the room didn’t work. Great location. The staff are great. But the rooms aren’t the best.

Not my fave of bkk locations. Everything was quite average here. Massage shops nearby are almost 100% staffed by men and boys if you are into that. Steps from patpong, which feels seedy.

I loved it here. Place is just as mentioned and we got the buffet add on which was worth every cent. The staff was very kind and helpful. The place is very clean. It’s close and walkable to many shops and markets. I had no problem staying here.

Pls silent in public

A young Asian lady was making a loud phone call at the lift entrance, which was offensive.
When I warned her *did I speak that loudly? And I was already taken aback. There was a sign above her head telling not to speak out loud, but she completely ignored it.
I think everyone knows where did she come from.

This boutique hotel is tucked away between two main thoroughfares allowing for a more quiet and less hectic experience. It's conveniently located close to many shopping and dining locales in addition to the famous Patpong night market and exciting nightlife.

There was only 2 things we liked about this hotel. 1. The location was amazing. 2 The room service was good. I will say After staying in multiple hotels in Bangkok We were extremely disappointed. The front desk staff was unattentive( not even greeting hello. Busy on phones. ) The rooms were dark and you can hear everything from the halls. doors closing, TV sounds, and personal conversations. This hotel is rated 4 stars it's more a 3 star . Extremely disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and was disappointed with the cleanliness. There were ants on the bathroom shelf, and it took multiple requests for the staff to address the issue. The room was average and not worth the price.

On the positive side, the breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh fruits. I didn't like the area, there was gutter smell everywhere once you step out of hotel. There were nearby restaurants and massage places, and public transportation was a short walk away. Overall, I wouldn’t consider it good value for the price paid.

Very Gay Area. Be ready if you area a single man traveling in this area. They are not shy the other guests. Now not knowing this was a very gay area, made the stay better too hahaha All and all it was a decent stay. Not worth the money, the location is not the best. The building is old, but still has lots of life. Gym looked good. All in all, enjoyable stay.

Although a bit longer of a walk from the metro than we would have liked with draghing luggage, the location was excellent. Lots of food options around, a shopping market near by in the evening, laundry mat aroind the corner, 7 eleven at corner of the block. The hotel had a nice buffet style breakfast and friendly staff. Our first room was crawling with ants so we had to move room immediately. The new room was clean and comfortable. We liked the ability to adjust the light colors in the room.

Fab hotel in a convenient location. We stayed twice on our trip to Bangkok and it was quiet both times. The only thing that I would say they need to change are the sun beds by the pool, they are so uncomfortable! I’d like to mention the man at breakfast (apologies I don’t know your name). He was so lovely and polite. On our first stay I asked for a croissant as there weren’t any left. 2 weeks later he remembered and went to get me a croissant, a lovely touch. Thank you.

I had a very pleasant stay at The Quarter Silom. It has a great location and it is just a short walk to the Sala Daeng BTS station, Starbucks, 7-11, and just steps away from restaurants, and the Patpong Night Market. The fitness center is quite nice and similar to a real gym. It may be lacking some equipment for the serious hardcore power lifter but I think that for most people it will be adequate. The wifi worked very well and the breakfast buffet was also vey good. My only complaint is that the hot water in the shower was inconsistent and during my week long stay I only had hot water a few times. Overall my stay was very pleasant and comfortable and I would consider staying here again.

Room had just been cleaned, they used so much cleaning products I had a headache from the fumes. I had to open the window and leave the door open to air out the room. The smell didn’t go away until the next day. I relocated to Le Meridian the next day. It not my typical experience as I’ve stayed 2 other different time during my stay

The Hotel is 10-15mins walk to the mrt station.
Quite place, convenient store 2-3mins walk.
Few nearby Restaurant.i enjoyed the street foods at night.
Massage in the Area a bit expensive

Our stay was good. The hotel is nothing fancy. Breakfast was less than what I expected. The towels in the bathroom were subpar and showed wear, should have been replaced long ago. It was convenient to what we were doing and seeing. The gym facility was an added bonus.

Good hotel to meet basic needs

Simple hotel that meets all your basic needs.
At first it may seem like there's not much near by, but it's walking distance to the MRT station for yellow line and the airport line, and also walkable to a large mall on the left.

Room feels new and clean, comfortable for a restful sleep.

The staff was very friendly but the cleanliness of this hotel was awful. The pillow cases barely covered the pillows, and the actually pillow was yellow and full of stains. The walls and doors were dirty and full of hand prints. There was a dried bar of soap in the shower, so obviously they did not clean the room well. The issue w dirty walls and mirrors and doors was all over the hotel. Saw this in the dining area too. It does not make you feel at ease knowing the cleaning staff isn’t cleaning throughly.

Modern hotel with very nice staff but a couple of problems:
-no sound proofing. I could hear the guy from across the hallway snoring like he was in my room
-why do you put only ONE toilet paper roll at a time? What if I get sick? What if it falls in the toilet? Should at least have 2 TP rolls at any time
-breakfast was disappointing. Easy way to improve: add pancake and waffle machines. You just have to prepare the dough and l’est guests make their fresh pancakes and waffles.
The butter tasted weird too - like sweet. And the jam flavours were limited and exotic. How about some good old strawberry jam?

Nice hotel, got upgraded to a suite which was nice but this place has a really weird swimming pool, as if it was added as an after thought! Located on the left as you walk into reception, and in complete shade all day, opposite the receptionists who basically sit at their desks watching you, strange! And so pool doesn't get any sun, was on the cooler side!

Overall decent, the cleaning lady was nice and helpful but it was a small room and ok view. But, when I checked out I brought their notepad with me, and one of the staff members asked me to give it back because it is \"their belonging.\" The last time I checked paper notepads are free at hotels and are actually marketing techniques. I do not think I would stay again due to small room and the constant hustling for money by the staff.

Hotel is new . Was ok there . Only complaint I and others had was a bad smell in the parking lot . It would make you feel sick if you wanted to leave your outside door open for fresh air . Allso if the door to the outside parking lot was open near the restaurant you can smell the smell very bad toilet smell and you could not injoy your buffet breakfast or eat in the restaurant . And the smoking area is where the very bad smell is allso. They need to relocate and maybe put seats outside to Sit .
