Staff was great, but the room was just okay. Paper thin walls, can hear literally everything, bed was decent, A/C worked fine, no hot water, and the WiFi is easily the worst I've encountered on my trip. Also, the sink leaked so mold around faucet, I cleaned.

Pro: The hotel is very close to a BTS station (Saladaeng) and the room was quiet. The staff was pleasant. The place was clean.

Con: The room with windows didn't have windows. It had glass blocks that could not be open and did not have a view. It was only a $5 difference (from room with no windows), but there was no value to this 'upgrade'. The water pressure was low, and the hot water was lukewarm at best.

Overall: This would be an okay 2-star accommodation in a very good location.

Quiet & convenient location. Everything so far was acceptable. Of course, a little facelift at the rooms was desirable like replacement of wardrobe with lighting, refurbishment of toilet & wall tiles, adopting sloping shower platform to enhance water drainage… etc.

The location and the friendly staff are great,however the condition of the room is just barely acceptable.Only 1 key card is provided.The air conditioning needs some time to cool down the room.The facilities look quite old.All in all,it is a great place for those who miss the last bus or train to home or those who just need a base to explore Bangkok in a short period.

Although the payment is done via the Expedia portal and they confirmed at the check-in, you are required to pay 1,000 Bahts as a deposit in cash. There is no option to make the deposit with your credit card or other method. I asked the staff if it is possible to return the deposit to may credit card I used for the reservation/payment, and the stuff confirmed it. BUT, at the check-out, they sad they can not return it to the credit card, and only possible with the cash. They told me that it was a mistake of the stuff member who did the check-in. It is very disappointing as I did confirm it several times at the check in....

Not a bad stay but concerned that my ‘pay booking at hotel’ was disregarded. My bank account was debited the full booking amount 5 HOURS before check in time and 6 hours before my arrival. Received an unsatisfactory answer as to why it happened and an offer to bill a different way was not very forthcoming.
Would also point out that the promised ‘blackout curtains’ are not blackout curtains, and I wish I had remembered that there is a nightclub next door that pounds bass music until 3 or 4 am.
The young man working late night/mornings is very professional and kind. Thank him for me please.

Location is great in Silom Area. A few steps walk to Sala Deng BTS & a 5 min walk to Silom MRT. Silom Complex Central Plaza is just oppesite the main road. Patpong Night Market is in walking distance. Family Mart, 7/11, money exchange, bars and restaurants are in the area. Ausome vibe.

Absolutely disgusting hotel... my room was so small with no ventilation because of no windows it was dim and red hot in the room the air con was situated above the entrance door and the bed was placed to the left of a wall so no benefit whatsoever !
I told the front desk this was not the room I booked and was told to pay 800 baht more for an upgrade I told them no I already paid and wanted the room shown on the internet the receptionist was rude and told me the other rooms were full she the shown me another room with a window but none of the power points in the room worked.
I had to book another hotel and left.

Very convenient location with BTS and MRT just outside. Sheets very clean, bed good, extra pillow for both beds, hair dryer provided. Towels so so.
Bring your earplugs cos you can hear the booming from clubs nearby. Didn't bother me though.

Walking distance of about 50 steps, you will reach the escalator going up to Sala Daeng BTS..around another 100 meters away, you can assess to Silom MRT..
Mall with supermarket are on the opposite of the hotel..
7 eleven are walking distance to the right once you came out of the alley..
A few massage shop around the hotel..
Patpong night life, bar is around the corner...
If you love street breakfast food, be sure to set foot and walk to your right after coming out of the hotel alley...by 8am because, after which, most stall will move off for the shop houses to open up their doors for business...if you are craving for authentic Thai lunch, walk further down passing by patpong, an hospital and turn to the right..you will come across their kind of foodcourt, selling many food for local office working people. To avoid the lunch crowd, go before or after their lunch break.
I highly recommend this hotel because of convenient transportation around and the food around the hotel. Will stay this hotel if come to Bangkok again.

Very good location (next to BTS Saladaeng), room size is decent, receptionist is friendly and helpful, strong wifi, good selection of TV channels

Minuses:
No windows, no free breakfast (but food easily found in the vicinity), limited charging points besides bed, toilet is rather dark, those with leg problems may have a difficulty getting out of the bath tub, the washing sink is small and strangely right behind the toilet door.

Have stayed here many times. Always an excellent time. It is a minimalist hotel but rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms are a good size and are always clean. The location is excellent for with easy access to the BTS system.

What makes this hotel special are the staff. Front desk and housekeeping staff are all very professional and pleasant to deal with. Always greeting you with a smile.

Best budget hotel in Bangkok

This budget hotel is ideally situated for tourists to Bangkok. It is only steps away from Sala Deng Skytrain station and just a few minutes walk from Silom Metro station which connects you to the Skytrain from the airport. The rooms are of adequate size, have comfortable beds, beautiful bed linen, TV, fridge, safe, shower, wi-fi and air-con. At this price, you cannot get better tourist accommodation in Bangkok.

Basic, tired hotel near gay bars. I will not retur

Did not enjoy this hotel (or Bangkok) at all.
Location is near MRT and BTS; also near the gay bar area and we were kept awake by bass from local clubs a couple of nights.
To access the hotel you have to walk down a back street which wasn't that obvious, but once you know, no problem.

A very basic room which was a bit stale and tired. Bed was comfy enough and pillows were nice but there were no charging points next to the bed (why not?)
We didn't have breakfast so can't comment.
They have a fine list which they seem all too keen to use leaving a bad feeling.

Very convenient budget hotel

This hotel is so close to Sala Daeng skytrain and Silom Metro, it is ideal for getting around Bangkok. The room is simple and spotless, the bed is comfortable, and there is wi -if, air conditioning, a fridge, TV and a safe. All this for a very reasonable price. This was my third visit and I have already booked a fourth.

Very Good.

Hotel is conveniently located slightly away from busy Silom road so it is quiet. Right in front of Sala Daeng BTS so you won't be at mercy of Taxis in which many will not turn on the meters citing jam and wants a flat rate! Good food and shopping are within walking distance. All hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable except that the cable TV should have more channels.

I have booked a 3-person room for my stay with my parents. When I checked in at 1pm, they just kept us waiting without saying a word. I have told the gentleman at reception that we have made a reservation for spa at 2pm, if the room was not ready, we can keep luggage there first as we were not rush to have the room and my parents are old who needs time to walk to the spa location. However, he just kept us waiting without explanation. I have checked with him for 2 times and finally he offered a key card to us at 2:10pm.

The second story comes. The key card indicated \"602\" which we believed that it should be on 6/F. When we entered the lift, the highest floor was only 5th. We were confused by still tried the 5th. We then finally realized that we had to walk up to 6/F from 5/F by taking our own luggage. How terrible it was!

My parents can't walk very well, but they have to walk up and down to the room every day. The receptionist didn't say even a word on this arrangement.

Arrangement was poor, communication was poor!!!

A very centrally located, clean hotel, close to the train and metro lines. Hotel staff were especially helpful. We got soaked in a downpour on our last day and they gave us a towel and place to change, even though we had already checked out. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Bathroom sink drain was slow and had only one temperature of cold water. Bed was comfortable. Walls are thin and echoes from neighbors can be heard outside the hallway. For the price, I was OK with this hotel. Excellent location for the places where I wanted to go. The BTS Saladaeng station is just a 2-3 minute walk away from the hotel.

Hidden Gem right in the heart of Silom

Hotel is relatively new and everything is kept up very well. Room was super clean and bed was comfortable. I like the card reader activated door in order to get to the stairs/elevator. Like others have said, it can be a little tricky to find the hotel from the main street but it isn't too bad. I would definitely stay here again.

overall it’s clean and convenient. Soundproof does not exist can hear clearly people coming in and out, downstaira, and worst of all, other room having sex moaning sounded like it’s next to my ears. It’s located near to BTS through a not so clean alley behind a cafe, so I prefer to go through the cafe a d reach the hotel. Front desk staff the morning shift ones are very nice, smiley and friendly however the night shift ones are opposite. I knew they dont provide tissues so I brought my own. Windows have no view on those rooms facing the parking lot but at least have a bit of sunlight can come in. Bathtub have no sidecurtain so water splashed out. The price was good so cannot expect too much, clean and convenient wins.

The Streets of Bangkok!

- Good WIFI connection

- Centrally located: shops, markets, restaurants, night market, red light district
- Good public transportation.
- Room was ok.
- Difficult to find it: In an alley, behind main street buildings.
- Close to SkyTrain Station Sala Daeng.
- From Sala Daeng Station you can go to the Den Muaeng Airport: Take the Silom Line and change trains at Siam Paragon. From Here, look for the train -do not remember name- that goes to Mot Chit. Total fare is 44 Bahts. When exiting the Mot Chit Station, take the left exit, go down and at the bus station, take Bus A1. Total fare is 30 Bahts. Somebody -not the driver- will be in the bus to collect the fare and give you, your ticket. It takes at least 1 -one- hour. In heavy traffic, it takes longer to get to the airport.

The hotel is situated at a perfect location.
I booked a room for 3 persons and the room is built on the 6th floor which in fact is on the ceiling of the building. Lift can only reach to the 5th floor and we need to climb to the ceiling with a narrow stair. Extremely hot during our 5 nights stay !

Cute little hotel...next to a nightclub

This small hotel is an ideal part of Silom. Near the MRT as well as Sala Daeng on the skytrain.
The rooms are well designed with comfortable beds and good quality linen. However the rooms above the main entrance has serious noise issues because of a noisy nightclub two doors away. The club closes at 3am and the techno noise plus the revellers on their motorbikes is a problem

Clean nice hotel with prime location

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. Good location near skytrain Saladeang, Lumphini park, night market, many good restaurants and bars.
It is difficult to get to the hotel, since the cars cannot go inside the narrow alley that leads to the hotel and how I wished they had someone to help me with my luggages to get to the room. The T.V in the hotel was very hazy but i didn't really care.
Overall,I had a good stay.

ideal for simple tourists

This hotel is ideally situated for tourists because it is next to Sala Daeng Skytrain station and very near Silom Metro station. Yet, as it's in a soi off Silom, it is also quiet. Reception is simple and efficient, security is good, the rooms are plain but adequate, the bed and bedding are premium quality and they have good showers. And all this is offered at reasonable prices. I will stay here again next time I visit Bangkok.

Decent hotel centrally located close to the BTS with a comfy bed. Was very hard to find even after the taxi called them and got directions. Have to walk through a 24 hour amazon cafe and out the back door to get to it from the main road. Other than that it was a good stay.

Hotel is at superb location in Silom. Just 2 minutes walk to Sala Daeng station. Food street and shopping complex in just within walking distance.
The room is comfortable and clean.
Despite being located in a busy city, it is hidden and away from the noisy street.
