This hostel could not be located in a better location. Walking to some of the best food and malls and public transport is almost front door. Staff is amazing and helpful. Rooms are setup nicely. Only thing that was a little disappointing is they advertise a little pool to cool off in at the end of a long hot day and there was not a pool anymore.

I found out that my initial assigned bed somebody was already sleeping on it so I went back downstairs to the reception area. I was given another bed, so I went out for a quick dinner because it was already late in the evening and upon return to the hostel another person was sleeping in my newly assigned bed. Very inconvenient especially arriving Bangkok late evening. I’m not going there anymore.

The toilet is running down. When I arrived around 12:30 am for check-in, the staff feel like not welcoming. Not even introduced the facilities and point to note during my stay. My worst experience in studying hostel in Bangkok.

Great place. Ladies behind the counter are so sweet and helpful!!! Quiet area right next to Lumphini park. Great for morning jogs. Also a night market and great food nearby. Close to public transport. Will go again!

Great location.

There was no pool like their listing showed. Everything else was good. The reception young women were fantastic, the men weren't so interested in questions but they weren't rude either. Location was really good for both BTS and MRT and far enough away to escaspe street noise.

The checking experience was fine and the woman was polite, friendly, and helpful. The hostel is very close to Lumbini Park. And that's a good thing.

In the morning however, when I went downstairs to do some exercise on the thin mattresses that they have available in the common area, the front desk guy was sleeping there. It was 5:30 in the morning. Nuff said..

Also, I spoke to the girls during the day shift, and complained about how so many of the surfaces such as the door knobs and handles and the stair railing, the toilet hise etc were just greasy. I suggested they get some rubbing alcohol from the pharmacy and clean it everyday because it was quite disgusting. These surfaces had not been cleaned... e v e r. To her credit, she did immediately told the cleaner guy who was there. If there's if there's going to be any real follow through is another story.

Other than that, it's a good place to stay in a good area.

My second stay here, the fact that you have to take your key card when you’re out of the room is still inconvenient to me as I can’t charge my devices when I’m out of bed.

However I will still return as the location and price is good.

Nice little accommodation in silom-Sala Daeng area. Beds were comfy and have enough head room even when sitting. Hoewever, your key card is needed to power the electrical sockets in your cube. The same card is also needed to enter the room. That means you can’t leave your phone or devices charging when you’re off to shower or when you head out of the room.

Aircon was good and storage under the bed was big enough for my backpack and carry on luggage. However, the lock on my storage locker was not working.

Staff did not smile or interact with the patrons when I was there (2nights) but the accommodation was reasonably priced. Separate shower stalls for male and female but the shower stalls are quite cramped and your toilet try bag may get wet after a shower. A towel was also provided for each bunk.

Overall a good stay as location was good. Will come back again if I’m travelling light.

Awesome location in Silom in a very quiet area. 3-5 minute walk to BTS and MRT station. During my stay (2 weekday nights) I saw very little interaction between staff and guests. The social area, which is located in the lobby, was usually empty. The showers are quite cramped. However, the room had strong A/C and relatively quiet.

Awesome Hostel, will stay here again

The Cube is an excellent hostel right in the heart of Silom and close to BTS. The hostel was very clean and secure, and I loved the bed chamber. It makes for a very cozy and private feel, even in a room with several other people. I plan on staying here again.

Best located hostel in Silom

The hostel itself is beautiful and super well located. The place looks modern and comfortable and the staff is always helpful. There is a fridge to keep a few things cool. There is plenty of showers and I never had to wait for my turn. The only aspect I disliked what the noise made by people in the shared rooms. I wish there was a no noise rule at least between 6 am and 11 pm. People playing with their suitcases for 20 minutes is not cool and they could easily take them in the hallway. Also, it would be great if lights would shut off automatically at midnight or something. The curtains hardly hid other people's light.

So in a few words: Awesome hostel with an amazing price and location (street food everywhere, and minutes away from BTS) but you will probably lose a few nights of sleep if you actually expect to rest.

My stay was good. I found the room a little tired and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. I’d say from the other guests though. I don’t think that I would stay here again, maybe something further into the city.

Happy Hostel.

Of the four hostels I've stayed at in Bangkok, the Cube is by far the cleanest and best run. The location is good as well, 1 minute walk to Lumpini Park, grocery store and LOTS of street food. Loved the place.

Was a nice place, good working AC as well. Friendly staff and easy check in and out. Staff also allowed us to leave our bags there after checking out for the day since we were taking a night train out of Bangkok 8 hours after check out time. Would reccommed

Superb friendly Hostel in an amazing location!

The best hostel...ever! It is SO close to the Metro & BTS that it doesn't matter what you want to do in Bangkok- everything is on your doorstep! But it's also VERY quiet in a little backwater...
The public areas are clean, comfy and have everything you need. Wifi is super-fast and never dropped me out once. Would happily long-stay here.

Would stay here again

The only thing bad about this hotel is that it was located in a rather small street. Therefore, it took awhile to walk to the busy street. However, the distance was negligible.

Everything else was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful (but didn't know where to have good food). The common room was great to make friends there. The room was beyond awesome because the air-condition was constantly on, which made the room always cooling. The sleep every night was magically awesome because I felt so comfortable.

The Cube is a good, affordable option for backpackers and solo travelers who are looking for a simple, yet comfortable hostel. It is easy to get to from the airport or train station and is located on both the Skytrain BTS and the MRT.

Great as far as hostels go

As far as hostels go, you don't get better than this. That said, for just $5 or so more, you can get your own room in the same neighborhood at a local hotel.

Different kind of hostel

Love this place. It's quite new and designed very thoughtfully. You sleep in dorms in a private walled bunk, which has two lockable cabinets to store your belongings. You go through two locked doors to actually get in your dorm room so seems quiet safe. There's a large common room as well as outdoor area, as well as a washing machine and dryer (although I used DAD laundry service just around the corner for 30b/1kg). Breakfast is toast and tea/coffee.

Absolutely delightful stay. Extremely fast and efficient staff at the reception. Smooth checkin. 200 mtrs.from the Si Lom MRT. Extremely nice food at the local nigh market. Has all the branded food stores also. Plenty of 7*11 nearby. Computers in the lobby area below for use of the hostel guests. My only minor concern was with the size of the bathroom. The approximate traveling time to both Don Muang/ Suvarnabhumi Airport is a 40/50 minute affair, if you get on to right train(s).

quick overnight stay before early morning flight

I recently stayed several days at The Cube Hostel and it was wonderful. Comfy beds, amazing showers. The vibe is generally pretty relaxed and low-key (didn't see a whole lot of wild partying), so really quite a peaceful place for such an active area. BTS very nearby as well as a Tops Supermarket and Lumphini Park. Will be going back for sure.
The stairs are narrow and steep (no lift) which was tough on my foot injury. So, if you have foot/knee/hip issues you might want to request a lower floor room.

Brand new and helpful staff

I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. The rooms were cleaned daily, the bathrooms were spotless, the common area had heaps of chairs and a cute courtyard out the back which was like a little peaceful haven after a big day in the city.
I was recovering from food poisoning on arrival but the guy and girl on the front desk were so lovely and even helped me get a taxi (they waited in the street to wave one down) on my departure because I was still quite weak. A+ to this place. There should be more like it!

È un ostello e quindi avevo aspettative da ostello. Se arrivi anche solo con un trolley potresfi non riuscire a farlo entrare nel piccolo spazio personale che viene dato a ogni capsula. Quindi meglio arrivare con zaino piccolo.

シャンプーがなかった(石鹸が1つしかない)ので持っていくと良いと思います。

水シャワーだったのがマイナス。スタッフもフレンドリーで親しみが持てた。ベッドルームは冷房がガンガンで脚を何度か攣ってしまったが静かで快適だった。MRTやBTSから近く便利。夜中のチェックインも可能だから次も機会があれば利用したぃ。

シーロム駅、サラデーン駅から近くとても利便性がいい。格安のホステルで全然期待してなかったけど、想像以上に清潔な設備でした。シャワーブースも綺麗に掃除されていて不快な思いはしなかった。1階のフロントエリアにはPCやリラックスできるスペースがあって他の宿泊者が静かにそれぞれ過ごしていて良かった。

The hostel is located quite far outside the city center, however there is good public transport close by. The girls bathroom was fine, the boys however very unclean. Our dorm smelled extremely bad and it was very loud throughout the night. The shared space downstairs is nice though. But we still had to cut our stay short, we just didn’t want to stay another night there.

호스텔 다른 숙바객이 새벽6시에 한시간동안 알람이 울리고 말해도 끄고 또 울리고 잠도못자고 괴로워서 3일예약하고 하루만에 숙소 옮겼어요 다른 서비스도 없고 그냥 그러네요;

숙소 입구는 여기인가? 싶은 곳에 있긴 하지만 역에서 가깝고 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 24시간 리셉션 운영중이여서 새벽 늦게 도착했으나 체크인하구 잘 쉬었습니다. 4층 배정받았는데 계단이 없어서 짐을 들고 내려오기가 힘들긴 했지만 카드키가 있어야만 방에 갈 수 있어서 아주 보안이 좋겠다라고 생각했습니다! 침대 밑에 있는 서랍도 엄청 커서 캐리어 보관에도 좋았습니다. 서랍 열쇠도 체크인시 주기 때문이 별도로 챙기지 않아도 됩니다. 화장실도 침대도 깨끗했고, 에어컨도 잘 나와서 좋았습니다. 개인 커튼이 침대마다 있어서 안락한 느낌도 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 방콕에 또 간다면 묵을 생각입니다. 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다:)ㅎㅎ

シーツやタオルは言えば替えてくれるし、朝ごはんもまあまあ美味しい。一人旅で英語で基本的なコミュケーションがとれれば問題ないでしょう。ベッド下のロッカーは、シングルベッドだとあまり大きくなくスーツケースが入らない可能性あり。(鍵かけて床上に置くか、ダブルベッドにすればベッドサイズに連動して広めのロッカーにはなります。)

途中で気がついたのですが、ロッカーの背面のスペースはすべてのロッカーで繋がってるようなので、ロッカーに入れても、鍵はかけた方が良さそう。

シャワーはお湯でたし、こまめに清掃されてるので部屋も含めそこそこ綺麗です。

トイレに行くときも部屋を開けるカードを持ち出す必要がありました。

水回りも清潔でバスタオルはかしてくれました。

建物の中や庭スペースではみませんでしたが、外には屋台も多いためかゴキがいました。

床鋪設計很週到, 床架很穩固, 客人上落時不會搖動和發出聲響, 影響其他客人。設施很清潔整齊, 工作人員都很友善, 地點的方便更是無話可說, 各方面都很好, 下次必定會再選用此旅舍

シーロムの奥にあって静かでした。シャワーは水圧が弱かったです。カプセルベッドは清潔でしたが、近くにゲイクラブがあるせいか、夜中に連れ込みしていたのが残念でした。1人カプセルに連れ込みはどうかと。ただ、セキュリティは2重ロックなので泥棒等からは安心だと思います。

ホテルの場所はSi Lom駅から近く、どこに行くにも便利でした。
部屋では同室の人も静かでエアコンの効きも問題なく、快適に過ごせました。
ベッドも可もなく不可もなかった印象でしたが、カーテンがあったので思っていたよりも落ち着けて、寝る時も問題なかったです。

朝に使用しましたが共同のシャワーは各階の左右に男女別の別室になっており、シャワーブースも2つ以上あり待つことなく使えました。

バスタオルは1枚チェックイン時に渡してくれます。
部屋の荷物を入れて置けるロッカーは、小～中サイズのトランクなら余裕がある程度の大きさで良かったです。

立地が良く部屋も清潔だったので、バンコクでのトランジットなど機会があればまた利用したいと素直に思えました。

カプセルホテル系で個室感あり。
サラディーンとシーロムの駅どちらも近くてどこに行くにもすごく便利。部屋は4階の女性フロアで、たまたま8人部屋に1人だったため超快適。ただ4階までスーツケース持って登り折りが大変…。リュックの人ならまったく問題ないかと思う。
ベット下の収納はMサイズのスーツケースをカパっとあけたまま入るサイズ。部屋に入るのに電子キーで、個室のキーボックスにさすと電気がつく仕組み。ただ部屋のエアコンもそれに連動するので、ほかに誰もいないとエアコン切れた状態でしばらく暑い。
