This might be my favourite hotel in the world and I’ve stayed in hundreds. Probably more than a thousand. Brilliant staff, excellent facilities, comfortable pillows (often a neglected item), lovely 25m pool, good breakfast. A great place to stay in Bangkok. I love it. Good value too for the level of luxury.

This has been a go to hotel for me in Bangkok, the staff are great the area is also great, it needed some maintenance but unfortunately the refurbishment by Paola Novane has not hit the mark. The reason for our stays is it felt authentic Thai now it feels like a new looking hotel. Unfortunately we will look for another authentic thai hotel to stay in the future.

Firstly, I have been a longtime fan of the Como Metro and have continued to return again and again. This was my 5th visit this year, having just checked out this morning. They are currently completing a renovation that had little impact at all on my visit. My room like so many others was full completed offering up an entire new look. How would one describe the new Metro look. Fresh, a lighter feel to each room with fresh white metro-white colors, decorated with new refreshing contemporary furnishing. What’s also amazing, they have maintained the Metro vibe, easy, simple and keeping their signature “fragrance” if you’ve been a guest before “you know.” Super worthy of mentioning. The staff who does the hiring has an amazing knack for hiring a “Team” of very committed & cheerful employees. Each are a delight to be at your calling for exceptional hospitality. They are always there - to make your visit above the top. I will be returning in 5 days! Thank you staff for making my visit so special! Khun Patrick

Great hotel. Love the location close to Lumpini Park, Patong Night Market and Public Transportation. Although it's in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, the property remains calm and serene. Breakfast was good with plenty of (healthy) options, rooms are spacious, pool and spa are welcome places to chill and relax after a day of sightseeing. But what really makes the hotel are the employees and their wonderful hospitality and kindness.

Beautiful urban oasis

We had an amazing experience! The food was excellent and high quality and very clean and healthy. The pool is huge and we mostly had it to ourselves, not to mention the steam room and changing facilities were top notch. The room was spacious and comfortable and modern. Location was great- close to metro and easy to get around, but also removed from the chaos of super touristy areas. We enjoyed going to the rooftop bar of huge Banyan Tree next door and then walking back to our lovely quiet hotel. Also the cat who hangs outside the front entrance named Tiger was my fave part.

What a beautiful hotel the Como Metropolitan Bangkok is..
At check in, we were personally greeted and escorted to our room, shown how everything worked and had the opportunity to ask any questions about the hotel and the area.
The hotel is a short walk to Sala Daeng Rd with many excellent restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to Lumpini Park, and Silom Rd for the BTS and MRT.
Our City Room had a luxurious king size bed and had all of the amenities you could possibly need.
The breakfast is amazing, with cooked to order options plus an excellent buffet with high quality choices including fresh meats, cheeses, juices and pastries that change daily.
The pool area is lovely and well serviced by staff who refreshed our drinking water and ensured every need was met.
I’m very pleased to recommend this hotel.

The Nahm restaurant was superior quality, and the room service was excellent, too. The hotel location is good. You can can most places on the cheap. Be ready to haggle. Fabulous Deluxe Hotel in Bangkok!!

Absolutely an amazing stay from start to finish at the Como Metropolitan!! Service is 10 star at the hotel! Food, pool, gym are all 10 star as well. This is not a new hotel in a very competitive hotel environment of Bangkok but it is definitely one of the nicest hotel stays that I have had in a long time. Kudos to the Metropolitan!! I had such a lovely stay on my birthday!!! Every employee at the hotel somehow knew it was my birthday and every employee at the hotel wished me Happy Birthday!! I will preface this review by stating that I usually stay at pricier hotels but decided to give this property a try on my recent trip. The staff at the COMO is top notch and made for a very good stay. Food was above average as well. The rooms are large. The hallways, room and lobby do not convey a five star hotel in comparison to other choices such as the Waldorf or Rosewood but you are paying $200 a night more there. The pool was large and fairly quiet. If you are looking to go to the Silom area it is a short walk. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for good service at a moderate price or if you usually stay at pricier properties and just feel like saving some money for other activities on your trip.

\"A\" for Effort!

The COMO BKK is tucked in a sliver of space btw skyscrapers in Central Bangkok. The hotel feels boutique and if I had stayed more than one night, I'm certain I would be on a first name basis with all the staff. They were beyond welcoming and offered conversation and assistance. The room is silent, the breakfast ample and the price super attractive. I would stay at the COMO again. NO complaints at all.

I wish there were more stars to give! We stayed 2 nights in late September 2023 and were sad to leave. The staff were exceptional - always someone around to greet you and offer assistance or a chat. The facilities were wonderful and exceeded expectations. The pool is HUGE, the gym is the best I've ever seen in hotels travelling around the world and breakfast was amazing. The location was wonderful for exploring nearby restaurants and Lumphini Park. The room was large, bathroom enormous and all very comfortable. The staff were so kind - and even offered us a breakfast box on our check out day, as we were leaving too early to enjoy it in the restaurant. Just book it!
