-Deluxe room and bed was messed up dirty, entire room was bathroom dirty and it hadnt even been made up!
-only one room access pass for 2 people
-no one helped take luggage to room or show me the things in the room
-control panel damaged and couldnt see what turns on aircon
-damaged peeling paint on bathroom roof/bedroom walls
-When they finally cleaned the rooms they blocked the entire hallway with their equipment and giant garbage bags. I walked past condom packets in there
-loud noisy and cooking food in the kitchen using ingredients blocking my door. The cook had her child playing and screaming outside my hotel door in the hallway while I was trying to rest
-shower dirty with mould, so when you shower the mould detaches and floats around your feet
-bed was hard as a rock, making it difficult to sleep and resulting in a sore back next morning

The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment and renovation. The sewer smell is very strong coming from the toilet. However, it is still the most convenient hotel in sala daeng/silom at the heart of nightlife.

Great location, on a main road through Saladaeng, everything you need close by, BTS station, shopping mall, market, street food, massage places etc etc. Place obviously a bit dated but if you're not planning on spending much time in the room, it couldn't be better - well, actually hot water in the shower would have been welcome, but in the Bangkok heat whats wrong with a cold shower to cool you down anyway eh!

The room lighting & brightness can be enhanced by a bit refurbishing work to use some light color, glassy surface,reflective & durable materials on desktops, chest of drawers, cabinets, wardrobe & floor tiles / bricks. That not only improves room brightness but also gives a new look as well as makes cleaning easier. Poor sound insulation as noise at midnight from nearby disco. Something must be done quick & fact about the nise problem.

I stay three times in the same place but this time , the place seem more run down. Some Lights aren’t working and the air con are dusty. At least the toilet and bedding are clean so it’s acceptable.

I stayed here before and the only reason that I stay because the location very convenient right by the BTS station and next to Silom Soi 2 other than that the room has no window and somehow the AC wasn’t working properly and I found 2 cockroaches in the room this time I stayed

Well placed and reasonably priced Bangkok hotel.
This is in the dense inner part of Bangkok. Perfectly placed for visiting the LGBT quarter (you couldn't get any closer to the two main clubs, DJ Station and G.O.D.). But don't expect fine views over the city, in most rooms it is really not worth the effort of opening the curtains. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are polite and helpful. I have stayed 3 times and find this hotel perfect for enjoying the nightlife, and most of the day I am out exploring the city, so the place works for me.

I always stay at this hotel purely because of the superb location and staff, the big rooms and the comfy beds. But it is in dire need of major renovation! The airconditioning and shower are so difficult to adjust, either freezing cold or scalding hot! WiFi speed and stability has improved, but can improve further. The first step at the entrance of the hotel has disappeared, making it somewhat dangerous and hard to climb up, especially for the older folks. Better quality control, upkeep and repairs, please. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here, but from midnight until 2:15am, it sounded like we were in a club. The DJ stand must have been on the other side of our wall. It was so loud and very difficult to sleep, obviously.

Only location is selling point
The location is excellent. Room is very noisy as the night club is downstairs, unsuitable for those without night live. Room is clean anyway but the aircon conditioner is very noisy till you have to switch it off. Location is strategic and you can go for it if you can bear those things mentioned above.

Upgraded hotel but in need of some maintenance. You can't beat the location. right by the skytrain with a mall across the road. Short walk to the metro. Lobby is small and dark but service excellent. Room modern but some items in need of repair. A bit noisy up to 2.00 am from traffic etc. Best of all the air conditioner control WORKS in this hotel unlike many others that freeze you to death!!

Overall, give this hotel a go if you're on a budget and want to stay in a very convenient location near to Sala Daeng BTS (siam bts is only 2 stops away). It's a value for money accommodation and they will replenish your toiletries (2 sets) & bottled water (2) everyday.
Take note that there is some noise disturbance at night that comes from the music/live singing from a restaurant/bar nearby so if you're a light sleeper you'll probably not want to stay here. Security here is also not extremely tight so if you're travelling with just ladies I'll recommend getting a 4* to 5* hotel with better security.

Upon arriving the male receptionist did not speak a word of welcome, the only words to come from his mouth was to ask a colleague to photograph passport. The morning and night staff very pleasant. I booked a deluxe room and was given a stock standard basic room with the bed pushed against a wall. Reluctantly the rude receptionist gave me a better room on the 2nd floor. Quite frankly I was disgusted having stayed at this hotel a few times instead of being looked after like other hotels I stay regularly at the room I was given was next to a night club. Very poor so I will not be giving them my business again.

I arrived late and the location of the hotel was very difficult for the taxi driver to find. I had a room on the 4 th floor but without a windows. WHen I asked a room with a window they told me they were sold out. Also this hotel I sent located next to the famously DJ station club which plays loud music until 3am. I could hear the music in my room. So if you are not planning to go out late don’t chose this hotel.

Have now stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times and the experience has not changed. Located near all transport requirements and close access to good shops, restaurants and great night life. The staff very friendly and both the check in and check out a credit to them. Other hotels could benefit to look at their efficiency. The rooms whilst not 5 star are a good size very clean linen and nice large towels. TV selection also very good. I certainly would not stay any where else when in Bangkok.

I almost always stay at this hotel for the location, size and comfort of room. But this time, the WiFi was really, really terrible, the shower had either very hot water or cold water, and the airconditioner was likewise difficult to adjust.

This is a really nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. The location is ideal for shopping and partying. No great if you are looking for a quiet hotel and rooms with big windows but I will be visiting again for sure.

A hotel at Silom soi 2 in a need of renovation
The hotel has a great location just at Silom soi 2 near DJ Station night club. It had a good wi-fi and standard breakfast. The check-in and check-out were fast and generally the service was good. The hotel is inexpensive for its locations though the room was small with minimum furniture. In the bath room the shower was leaking water and generally the hotel probably needs better maintenance or renovation. However I will still recommend it as the price/quality ration is high.

Central to all the night life and transport
The hotel offers good clean rooms, although on this stay the bathroom was a bit on the small side, but ok for 2 nights. The paint work was showing its age in some places but overall kept very clean. It is situated in the heart of Silom district with all the good night life and restaurants close by. The overhead train service is right outside and a 100 metre walk to the underground. The staff are effecient and very friendly.
