Beautifully decorated boutique hotel providing a warm, home-like experience. The staff are wonderful, catered to our every need. Do book with breakfast because the food is outstanding. Excellent Thai food that changes ever morning along with western food. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bangkok!

The room was very nice and well kept. The pool area was a pleasant retreat. The people were supportive and cheerful. The restaurant had excellent food and courteous people. Centrally located with Lumphini park just a few blocks away (a great morning 3.5km running loop). Future stays in Bangkok will be here... Thank you. Cheers

We got a free upgrade from the premium suite to the Presidential suite ... The staff were all so helpful and truly Amazing ... The hotel had such a historic relaxing feeling with all of the traditional Thai antiques in the room , lobby and commom area ... big bathtub and comfortable bed ... Instant hot water when needed ... Tasty breakfast and hotel restaurant. Excellent food ... Large night market 1 min walk from hotel ... 7-11 .. street food land restaurants lots close .. By far my favorite Hotel in Bangkok !!!

This is our go to Hotel when we are in Bangkok - we love everything - the staff - the location - the rooms (but you must be careful to make sure you book a suite or upgraded room which are great - the other rooms are a lottery and once we ended up with a room which was very small and below what we have come to expect) Hopefully this was a one off.

I give honest reviews, the hotel deserve a 7 star.The rooms are very outdated, thai traditional look.Bathroom needs to be modern, the lighting is so poor that for male clients its very hard to see to shave.I give a 10 stars for the staff that cleans the room, the rooms are cleaned beautifully.The breakfast area is beautiful and has breakfast for everyone it derserves a 10 star.
The tv in the rooms has more thai channels which is strange for tourist, they need to have more english movies channels.
One of the manager , the day manager is not to friendly.The bald manager is awesome and provides good customer service.The outdoor staff is also very attentive to your needs. I have stayed here twice and will definately stay again because it is conviently located to everything.

Siam Heritage is a pretty good budget hotel in a prime location of the Silom area. The entire staff was very friendly and provided good service. I also enjoyed their breakfast buffet in the morning.

First of all, the location is great. Also, for an old hotel, security is good. Depending on the room, the large and deep bathtub is also one of the attractions for Japanese people. I think I'll stay there again next time.

It was simple to check and check out, nice people around. Rooms ok but,floor in 408 has to be replaced swiftly, the wood is cracking.

My 2nd stay here. One of the reasons I stayed here again was because a few months ago when I stayed I was able to order a Thai dish off the menu from the restaurant downstairs during breakfast but it seems that they no longer have that option.

However, the rooms are spacious and quiet although a bit dated. I still enjoyed my stay but may not stay in the future due to the change in the breakfast menu.

This hotel and its great staff exceeded my expectations in every way and that's a high bar. The Siam Heritage Hotel was my first stop on my first trip to Asia. I was anxious because I don't speak the language and don't know many customs. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the bellman, went out of their way to be helpful and make me feel comfortable. I have found my home away from home in Bangkok.

Ideal location for nightlife-amateurs, because right next to Patpong. Rooftop-garden is amazingly quiet and relaxing. Rooms are convenient and clean. Reception-employee was none too friendly and even managed to send me to the wrong busstation. Luckily I double-checked and avoided a very costly mistake. There's always an older gentleman present who is eager to carry your luggage even for only 5 meters and expects a handsome tip doing so.

We had never been to Bangkok on vacation so we were delighted with our choice of the Siam Heritage. From check in to check out it was fantastic. We loved the location and had great food options nearby. Easy walk to Limphu Park for some exercise and an easy cab ride to everywhere else. I would definitely go back. Since we were there for five nights the extra we paid to get the upgraded suite was totally worth it. Thanks Team Siam Heritage!!

There are no real windows to see outside. The male boss or male service staff at the front desk are as stiff as zombies. This place is extremely unsafe. The restaurant staff are warm and friendly. Advice: Don't live here if you want to leave Bangkok alive

This hotel is terrible, the food is not hygienic, the service attitude is stiff, and they don't care about your existence. No matter how you ask how to get to the park? Where is the store? They will tell you that they don't know! The waiter in the restaurant is very enthusiastic, thanks to the waiter in the restaurant. I suggest that you don't stay here, it's very dangerous. And be careful with everything you bring with you.

Hotel room was large. Kitchen area had a medium sized refrigerator, a stove,and bowls, plates, cups, utensils, etc. There is a small round table for 2 to eat at. Living room had tv and couch. Bathroom had a shower and separate bathtub which was nice. The bedroom had a comfortable, firm bed and tv. The property had 2 small pools and a small excersize room on top floor. Hotel is decorated with traditional items that gives the place a feeling of being in another world. However, property and rooms are old and could use some work. Convenient and walkable to get a massage, go to night market, Lumphini park, subway, 7-11, etc. Staff were very nice.

The best part of The Siam Heritage are the staff. Mr.Chalomh or เฉลิม at the hotel entrance is so kind. He greeted 5 of my friends and I with the most sincere smile every time. We love him. The hotel is very beautiful decorated. Our room AC was not working well so I asked for the fan and it’s perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

The stay would’ve been perfect except we were in a non-smoking room on a smoking floor and had to face smoke every time we stepped into hallway.
Hotel was quiet, clean, and room (king suite) was spacious. Breakfast buffet was decent and had options for my dietary restricted husband. Staff was very friendly. We loved the location, close proximity to 7-11, massage parlors, great food, and Patpong (unsure of spelling) night market. We would stay here again.

Siam Heritage familiarity

We stayed at the beginning of our trip and again at the end of the month. Great location...we walked and tuktuked and taxied easily. Room was lovely, loved the wood.

Only downside was the buffet breakfast. It didnt vary and became rather blah; also missed some standard fruits on 3 of our mornings. No banana and no pineapple! Friendly staff for sure!

I travel a lot, both for work and pleasure. Sometimes I’m in fancy hotels, other times I book more mind-range places. My recent stay at Siam Heritage was an example of the latter. But to be honest, I’ll be back for sure. The price was very reasonable for a nice room, very clean, great staff, and a perfect location. Lots going on in the area, but the room was quiet at night. A short walk to both the subway and the skytrain, I really couldn’t have asked for more.

The Siam Heritage oozes with charm. The wood puts it over the top. I like the feel of this cozy place and I find it convenient to the airport and rail systems. The prices are modest and the staff and breakfast all combine to make a great stay.

Great hotel & excellent location.

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and the location is excellent. This will certainly be my go-to hotel when I visit Bangkok in the future as it's a great value for money. Plenty of small restaurants, bars, massage places nearby, only 5 min walk from MTR.
The room was clean, big and the wooden furniture certainly added the charm.
The staff is professional and very helpful. I asked for a quiet room which I also received upon check-in.
I forgot my phone charger and headset in the room and the hotel posted it to my adress in Phetchaburi.

Good hotel for a short stay

Overall it was good. Easy to check in, although a little annoying I was unable to pay on arrival with my debit card, luckily I had a friend with me at check in so I could pay in cash, as I do not have a credit card. I opted out of breakfast and didn’t order any of the hotel food whilst staying there. The gym/fitness room was small, but fine for my needs whilst travelling. The rooftop area and pool are nice.

Our room was spacious but a little dark, but exactly what we saw on the booking site. I would go back, but maybe request a room at the front of the hotel for a better view.

We first stayed at this hotel ln 2008 and have stayed here seversl times since then. A staff member in the restaurant has recognized us each visit snd welcomes us warmly. The hotel is in a busy and noisy area, next to a popular night market and entertainment area, yet the rooms are always quiet.
