The door entry to the lobby is blocked by cars due to limitted parking. Getting in with yur luggage is like a maze- you fit or you go around. Room needs renovation. Restroom glass door is filled with minerals and residue.

Spacious room, quiet and comfortable.
Few minutes walk to BTS stations and some malls. Laundry service was not available during our stay but there are nearby self-laundry places.

No water for 1 night

We stay here for 2 nights on 7/f. In our second night of stay, there is no water from 7pm, and the staff told us it will be fixed in 1hour. When we go back to hotel at 1am, no water and the staff told us the same thing. At 2am no water and we go to sleep. Next day 9am, only a little water, after i brush my teeth and flush the toilet, no water again. Ask the staff, they said they don't know the issue because they were not here yesterday, and asked us to wait again. The hotel is dirty. They don't have a solution if any issue happen and just ask customer to wait. Very poor hotel.

The hotel photos are nice, but the real is not. The toilet door looked dirty. The room are bad smell. The sofa in lobby so dirty. But the location is great area.

I walked into the room and it had not been touched after the previous occupants left. Beer cans, dirty sheets etc. Went to reception & got a different room. This one had the toilet running continuously and the shower valve wasn't working properly either.

All staff was approachable except the 'lady' receptionist, working on Sunday morning, seemed impatient attending to our inquiries.
Expect to view more TV channels such as songs & MTVs since we are unable to watch Thai Channel without understanding Thai language.

Dirty Room and Rude Staff

The hotel is cheap and is 5 mins close to BTS station and Patpong area. That's the only good thing about it.

Hotel desk staff was rude, and was near to yelling at me.

My room was on the 3rd floor. Curtains still had stains. The window sill was full of cigarette butts. The room smelled bad and there were molds at the corners.

I originally booked for 4 days. As soon as I checked in and got into the room, I immediately cancelled the remaining days (although Expedia isn't replying to any of my calls, emails and messages for refund), and looked for a different hotel.

location can't be better for shopping , entertainment and transport, quiel lane close to Silom, not luxurious but everything worked very well, I was late 11 hous and they still kept my room for me, breakfast basic but AT LEAST IT\"S THERE , always stay there and will return hopefulyl in future

Just for sleeping, might be a good choice!

Small room, small shower and bath room, but for the price, it’s ok! There were many complaints to the staff at the front desk, but this time, I saw a different staff who was very friendly! Additionally, I enjoyed the simple breakfast! If you like the night time out in this area, and just need a room to sleep, it’s not a bat choice at all.

The location is not bad, close to the Sky Train, but the hotel itself is terrible: located in a cul de sac, it has a cheap and miserable layout. My room was small, dirty and noisy. Most staff were polite, but the girl who did my check in was terribly rude and abrupt.
Breakfast was very poor.
I was so happy the morning I left!

How Not to Run a Hotel

Worst place in terms of sanitation, staffing, and amenities. I've been around the world, but this place is onviously not of this world. Rude andinsulting staff who spend their time gossipping about the guests and their perceived flaws. Bread and cheap fruit for breakfast with the kitchen help standing over you to make sure you didn't eat more than necessary. Stained towels and pillow cases with all sorts of body fluid stains and odor. Obviously its convenient location translate into a convenient place to use pillows for other activities besides sleeping.

Pay a few extra dollars and go to another place. You and Orbitz will remain linked in a service provider-guest relationship.

I stay here 4 times in 2 years just because its location..other than that nothing much can say..some of receptionist is not friendly..

The worst part is cleanlines is very bad..some of housekeeping staff is rude and ask tips from me..they clean your room but never change bedsheet..dissapointed.

Overall experience if just OK.
The staff are friendly and helpful especially the people at the front desk.
The hotel is centrally located in Silom area and a short walk away from BTS Sala Daeng and Silom.
Wifi is not bad. Breakfast is just average. Hopefully they can add more like eggs, muffins, etc.
The hotel needs improvement but I will definitely consider it on my next trip.

It’s not too bad. Look a bit shabby but it’s ok. Interior looks good. Some of the staff are well train and nice but some are rude. One thing that really bother us is that the bedsheets are not clean and they don’t change it at all throughout the 4 days stay. They only pulled the sheets neatly when they did the house keeping. Same stain was there and we slept on TOP of the blanket.

A place you might have missed

I was assigned a sub-standard room and after a call to hotels.com and I got it replaced with a better one. Since I was attending a course, so I chose Nantra for a long stay due to some online recommendation and my not-bad experience from the previous stay years ago. Its advantage is being located in a quiet soi in the middle Silom Road, so I have the city nightlife in serenity. The breakfast was just ordinary but there was plenty to eat. The staff was smileless but I bet it was just the way they are.

Some parts of the hotel badly need attention. Like inside the front entrance. Like the corner of my bathroom. My toilet flushing button broken but although I told them as soon as I saw the room, nothing was done. Breakfast rather spartan. But. Value for money excellent. I will stay again.

We stay here when we want to stay on Silom. Rooms are usually functional and comfortable. This visit the following was noticed: toilet water ran continuously...turned water valve off when not in use. No hangers to hang our change of clothes on the rack hanging from the ceiling. Our TV had static on the channels you could watch....so bad that the TV couldn't be watched. Black mold very evident in the shower grouting and the shower handle holder only had one screw in it so it wouldn't hold the handle on place. Don't like bulk toiletries (not lockable) in the shower...anything can be placed in them. Our world is full of people who would do that sort of thing. Air conditioning was good as was the water heater and refrigerator. Breakfast is continental type but included in the price....want better...go to a restaurant.

overall, we had a good stay in this hotel though we had a hard time looking for this when we first arrived, good thing locals are very helpful so we're able to locate, once you get the hang of it, you'd find that it's actually situated in a very good area, very near to everything tourists need (convenience stores, local mall/supermarkets, pharmacies, fast food, etc.), a clearer direction in the website or perhaps a signage along the main road would be a big help. would also be better if addt'l food is served (e.g., eggs) for breakfast. it's a cheap hotel but we're happy to have stayed here for 4 nights, will definitely stay again when we come back in bangkok.

The location is okay and that is about the only positive thing I can mention. The room was SMALL with no window, not clean, month old dust, in a need of maintenance and very, very basic. The so called cable TV had only Thai channels.
The breakfast was extremely basic and with instant coffee. The staff there indifferent.
A couple of staff members were friendly and helpful, the rest unpleasant and rude.

The room was horrible, with flies accompanying your stay. Water mark on hall, paints falling off, small, water coming out from the stand bath. Discovered this small clean and tidy hotel years ago, but now it has gone.

The hotel was ok, the staff really friendly and breakfast was alright, one problem, the toilet was broken and the shower didn't work, this I only found out in the morning and I was leaving with in 40 mins, so I told the girl at the front desk with the broken arm and left. To be honest should have asked for a refund but was going to miss my bus if I did. Room was alittle unclean as well, with moled growing in corners.

Very Rude, unhelpful receptionist. This female staff took rudeness & unhelpfulness to new heights!
Did not allow me to see the room until i pay up.
I had 1500 THB in cash which they took & then gave me the key.
Would not help me with luggage even though i asked & informed i have reduced mobility.
Room was a prison cell, too small, no wardrobe, NO window. I was getting claustrophobic, God knows how i slept that night. Here is what i noted at the time:

No fire escape if corridor is blocked!

Toilet/ shower is within room, separated by glass door.
Stinks of dampness but especially when one uses toilet.

I sent a Please Help! message to Hotels.com They were very cooperative & handled it v. well.

Stayed a couple of nights. Arrived past midnight and the check in was a breeze. However next day the Internet connection was out. Front desk said it was a problem from the service provider. It came back the next day. But still seems choppy at best.

This hotel is at the end of a short street, Soi 8 from the main Silom Rd. Like much of Bangkok, the street is not so tidy but I would definately stay here again as it is the first budget hotel I have stayed in there that is so close to everything, loads of local markets and street food within 5 minutes walk and much diverse entertainment venues depending on what you like! You are between 2 Skytrain stations which is handy although local metered taxis are very cheap. The hotel has been refurbished and was pretty quiet overnight. Perhaps the quality of bedlinen could be improved, all was quite worn. Breakfast was basic but fine. The standard rate is 799 Baht per night for a room for 2 including breakfast. I also used the hotel arranged fixed price taxi to the airport which took 45 minutes outside of the main rush hour and got me to the airport relaxed and cool before the overnight flight home.

Close to the BTS, big hospital and night market.

The hotel is nice and with a comfortable bed. Not much of amenities but the price is reasonable complete with continental breakfast.
They serve breakfast from 7am but one of the staff prepared the breakfast 20mins earlier so we can eat early.
The shower room has to be fixed though. The water is flowing out the shower room.
The staffs are nice.
Great experience and will definitely come back.

Bad service at the front desk .

Front desk staffs very unfriendly and not helpful . I won't recommend anyone to this hotel .i arrived at the hotel about 12.30pm on monday which was low season.in march . i asked if i can checked in earlied .the front staff (female)reponsed in a bad manner and very unhelpfull . I cheched out on next day instead of stayed 1 more day .bad service.
