The hotel is conveniently located within minutes walk to Chong Nonsi station and Silom street.

The pool was empty every morning during out stay, but the pool did not looked like it was cleaned everyday. There were bugs and leafs in the water.

The shower in the room did not provide hot or warm water. It was lukewarm at best. The fridge and microwave was a good addition to the room. The TV also has Netflix and Youtube.

Aircon was cold and room was made up everyday. Bottled water was also topped up everyday.

Great location 5 minute walk to Chong Nonsi BTS station, close to Silom Rd. Stayed in a two room apartment with 2 bathrooms, serviced daily. Couldn't be happier.

A very nice place to stay in the silom area. @5'11\" tall i would prefer a walk-in shower, but their bathtub shower combo is adequate. Walkable to 2 BTS stations, shopping, tons of food options, steeet food to fine dining in multiple cultures. It's a solid recommendation, just don't book my favorite room. Lol

Fantastic Stay at Silom Lofts – Great Value

Not sure why there are so many negative comments about this place – it’s important to manage expectations. This is not the Four Seasons or St. Regis, but for what you pay, Silom Lofts offers fantastic value.

location is excellent. within walking distance to 2 BTS stations: Chong Nonsi (about 5 minutes) and Sala Daeng (10 minutes). The surrounding area is quiet & safe, with some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Silom Road, with its many dining & shopping options, is just a short walk away, and Silom Complex Mall is super convenient.

We booked the two-bedroom condo (Suite 603) and it was great for our needs. The floors are hard (no carpets), which we appreciated due to asthma concerns. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom (with a small bathtub), and the other bedroom has a bathroom just outside the door. Both bathrooms were very clean, and we preferred the walk-in shower.
The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well in both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen has basic amenities (microwave, fridge, utensils), though we didn’t use it much – Bangkok’s street food is too good to pass up! There’s also a Smart TV with Netflix, which was a nice touch. The condo has a small terrace, but the view is limited due to nearby buildings.

Overall:
Highly recommended! Clean, affordable, and in a prime location. It felt like having our own condo right in the heart of Bangkok. Great value for the price – we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located very conveniently close to two elevated train stations, and easy walking distance to the popular Silom district of Bangkok.

There are many restaurants in the area in all price ranges, everything from street food vendors to fancy restaurants. Easy waking distance to a huge variety of shopping choices. There are three 7-Eleven stores and a new Lawson 108 convenience store a short walk away.

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are quiet for sleeping, as it is on a side street off the very busy Silom Road. There is a self service coin laundry room, with a laundry basket provided in the room.

I used to stay at a nearby hotel on previous visits to Bangkok, but Silom Lofts is now my choice of places to stay in the Silom area.

The pictures don’t tell the full story. Property is old and run down. The gym equipment is rusted and doesn’t work. The pool water burns your eyes. The view was of a back ally. The room was dusty and cabinets and cobwebs. The WiFi was spotty and kept cutting out my zooms. I tried to check out and get a refund but Expedia was unable to get in touch with the property.

Strategically located, room is clean and spacious, reception is not 24hours so be noted as it could be quite inconvenient when you need some support. Check-in time is 2pm but I waited until 2:20pm to get in, got an upgrade though.

Very clean. Perfect for families. Spacious. We went out during the day and the staff would clean our room without us having to ask. They refreshed our towels which was a first we’d experienced since staying in hotels in Thailand. They also left fresh bottles of water on the table for us daily. My children really enjoyed staying here. The security guards are lovely. It’s walkable to everything yet down a quiet street.

Close to train station, walkable, restaurant and 7/11 . We stayed in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with kitchenette and living room, comfortable beds, clean, cleaning girls are very nice and done good job. Easy check in and out. Parking available. Only thing is the shower is not working well, need to update. Will come back for next trip.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4. Really accommodating staff as we asked to move up a floor because the first floor (floor 2) was very dark and felt underground. They kindly moved us up a floor without a problem.

Room was large, with 2 bedrooms. Smart TV with Youtube and Netflix, and a working kitchen. Didn't get to use the pool as my youngest had Bangkok Belly, but overall a nice 'apart-hotel' in a great area of Bangkok. Close to the Sala Deang and Silom areas where there's always something happening.

Would recommend, but would suggest asking for a higher (floor) room!

It is my first time to stay at Silom Lofts and i was first welcome by a friendly bell attendant . This sets the tone as he is the first one we met at the apartment. The check in was 15 minutes but the room was perfect for a couple who stayed 4 nights and it has everything we needed like kettle, mugs, microwave and fridge . Its perfect for a living space as it is complete and the best part is that it is near 7/11 and Silom area .

I will book again and will stay here longer

The location is convenient to the BTS. The facilities is quite good - gym and pool. but the gym is short of hand sanitizer to wipe down the equipment.

I think the staff are very friendly and tries hard, but the place is clearly understaffed. The front office is supposed to be manned but oftentimes, there is no one present because he/she is off somewhere within the building doing something else.

They also did not have our reservation during check-in - every traveler's nightmare. And the temporary room they put us in for the first night was not very nice. But they did resolve the issue satisfactory.

Nice place with good security and controlled access. Full kitchenette and our unit even had it's own washing machine which was wonderful. I do dislike the limited front desk hours and the fact tjat housekeeping failed to replenish the toilet paper and the handsoap and shampoo several times, however, compared to the overall experience of staying here, I am still quite satisfied. The location is really good and having access to a large fridge, powerful air conditioning and a microwave are huge comforts that many hotels lack. This hotel is my first choice when I want to stay in the silom area of Bangkok.

I don't know if we got one of the unrenovated rooms perhaps, but it was very tired and in need of maintenance. The lounge was dreadfully uncomfortable and there is no TV in the bedroom. Dead mosquitos all over the curtains and live ones hovering all night. Not sure why they are so stingy with the toilet paper either, that was just plain weird. The air-conditioning in the bedroom blasts directly at the bed, just badly thought out and very uncomfortable to try and sleep.

For the money they charged I was expecting something very nice, but really it felt like it was a student room.

Great stay in Bangkok

This is a lovely place to stay in Bankgkok - close to nightlife and very good access to transport links. We arrived very early in the morning and the assistant manager went out of her way to prepare us a room within 20 minutes - thank you! The room was spacious and tastefully furnished. Good facilities available - including daily cleaning and water/towel replenishment. A great stay - highly recommended!

My new favorite place in Bangkok

The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great, close to BTS & MRT stations. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Probably the best thing about this hotel is the security guards who are always helpful and courteous.

This place is a hidden gem

I rented a two bedroom apartment hotel. It was really comfortable and very clean. The place was quiet (I was on the 7th floor). The staff is very friendly and personable. They have all the comfort of home plus in house laundry service. It’s not too far from the main thoroughfare and it’s a couple minute walk from the really amazing cafe attached to the Holiday Inn with breakfast like smashed avocado toast with poached egg and your choice of bacon, Salmon or ham and delicious coconut banana pancakes. I highly recommend this hotel.

Modern condo hotel in busy Silom. Good wifi. Daily housekeeping. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Small kitchen with microwave and basics. Washer/dryer on 8th floor for a fee (change available from office on 2nd floor). Near street food, nice restaurants, shopping and night markets and convenience stores. Friendly and helpful security. Peaceful location near busy Silolm Road. 5 - 6 minutes walk to Chong Nonsi BTS station. 2 good food courts in Trinity Mall off Soi Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra 3. Modern shopping and malls on Silolm Road, just 7 - 8 minutes away.
Useful laundry room on 8th floor - free to use for small loads.
Coffee shop on 2nd floor at the front.

Potential to be great but very Poor Management

Silom Lofts has the potential to be great, but unfortunately it is let down by very poor management.

Rooms are misleadingly advertised on Hotels.com, with pictures of their high end rooms used to represent their normal rooms.

The level of room cleaning is not adequate. Basic things like dirty shower curtains, greasy smelly cushions on the sofa, and used condom packets from previous guests under the bedside cabinet are just not acceptable at a property charging US$100+ per night.

The property also needs some renovation, especially around the pool area and some aspects of the rooms.

The security guard working the night shift is very nice and friendly, which was appreciated, since the reception is only open until 6pm so he is the only member of staff on-site outside 9am-6pm office hours.

Could be a great place if management was improved.
