A very nice clean hotel, with friendly staff. The Suite is big, with a separate bedroom and living/dining area. It has a full fridge, mirowave, stove and some dishes, cutlery.

And very affordable when booked well ahead of time. It is right in the middle of an area with lots of restaurants, near Patpong Night market and a few minutes walk to BTS and MRT Sala Daeng. stations.

Couple of smaller things to note: Unfortunately, they don't have a rack to put your luggage on, so you have to keep your bag(s) on the floor. Also, there is no warm water in the batroom sink. Small issues, considering everything else is great.

Large sign at front door should say \" lobby on 5th floor. I know there is a sign outside, way bove the door area. No one looks up they look at the entrance. Thanks to the doorman who told me to go to 5th floor. Largeste room size I havehad in Thaland. Very professional staff from the doorman, front desk ladys ad most of all my room keeper. She was so helpful and good at her job.

A clean hotel in a good location BUT small rooms!

The room is way smaller than what was mentioned on Hotels.com. It says 30-31 Sq meter as a \"superior\" room. In reality, it cannot be more than 250 Sq meter the most if I can be generous. My room is on the 5th floor. The view from my room is quite unpleasant and depressing. The hotel's renovation work made my plan for afternoon napping impossible. Strengths- its location, cleanliness of the room, friendly front desk staff and house keeping.

Great location in Silom; I was in walking distance of some of nightlife and shopping in Bangkok. The room was l spacious and recent renovations made the room feel modern. The only (small) critique would be the lack of proper room service and that the hallways are not airconned.

So before booking - I read up on this hotel - as I always do - and there were lots of great reviews and lots of critical reviews. I've learnt to take reviews with a pinch of salt! As some from the West expect luxury accommodation when in Asia, and realistically that's not the case. I'd selected the 'Deluxe with bathtub' option - as I quite like a bath to relax after a long day walking the streets. The hotel was easy to locate - very visible from the street (not all are!) and a short walk from one of two MRT stations. (You can take the train from the airport - change lines half way - and be here very quickly and cheaply). The reception was on the 5th floor - so up in the lift I went - and was greeted by a friendly receptionist (although they couldn't initially find my booking - they did after a little hunting). My room was on the third floor - and I have to say the space given was more than ample (see the photos below) there was room for another double bed! everything worked, and was in good order - with two minor issues, but nothing that worried me too much. Firstly, the safe wasn't bolted down (as they should be) so technically if the room had been broken into, the thief could have walked out with the safe. Secondly, the bath was great, but the shower, although pressure and temperature were great, didn't quite suit the bathtub - so on using it, the bathroom floor would flood, even though there was a shower screen/curtain - but the bathroom floor included a drain - so was ok!

The hotel was very ok. It was clean which is the best thing I can say about it. The area really isn't a place you want to spend much time, smoking is allowed apparently so the rooms reeked of stale cigarettes. There is no natural light as the windows are covered from a metal facade in front. I found it to be a rather depressing place although the service staff were very nice.

Great location close to many attractions. Only two small downsides are still some construction noise but only minimal Daytime noise. Other downside is the free WiFi is slow and connection is intermittently a problem. Small Boutique Hotel near Lumphini Park & Markets

I'm an international traveller that never usually write reviews, but was drawn to the hotel after reading other traveller positive comments so decided to make comment myself. The hotel did not disappoint. It's located on busy Surawong opposite Phatpong Night Market, Silom Road is nearby and lot's of night life. My personal plus though, was its easy location to Lumpini Park. If you like a morning walk through a lush green park, lakes with wildlife and more join the 1000 plus walkers and runners for a little exercise. The hotel staff are very friendly, front door security good and there is a small restaurant on 4th floor that serves a really nice breakfast. Room are clean, modern and serviced daily. The hotel is only 2 years old so still looking new and welcoming. I had a small problem with TV reception, but it was fixed within 15 minutes after a call to reception.

Surprising Stay

- big space! really bigger than typical 4* rooms.
- japan district, you will see japan food around.
- as other reviewers mentioned, there isn't room service after 2pm (i believe?) but it doesn't bother me.
- when i entered the room, it was bilingual, Japanese and English. rarely see it.
- toilet is spacious enough, there is glass panel which can see through, just pull the curtain down (not a big problem)
- no bell boy. please carry your stuff within your limit.
- the only thing i hate to walk the shortest path to BTS is going through a bunch of prostitutes that are waiting to engage Japanese. Not really a big issue, just discomfort.

Great newish hotel in the heart of silom. Quality fixtures and fittings and well maintained.

Quiet rooms (especially given location, i didn't hear a any noise a from outside or neighbours rooms) and probably the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in, with real premium bedding.

The glass bathroom might not suit friends travelling together. But there are privacy blinds.

Highly recommended!

close to night market

safety is my concern. the shower tile is very slippery making it very difficult to take a shower. my wife and child slipped but didn't fall. the sink sits too high for a shorter person. unless you are traveling with your love ones, the shower glass is see through, making unprivate. staff was very helpful they called a taxi for me. the crib I requested for my baby looks old and it fell apart while putting it together.

Excellent hotel, service and food. Best hotel we stayed it in out 1.5 months travel so far. Rooms are large, windows, high security in the building. New hotel with modern and new finishing with a lot of unique character detailing. Absolutely gorgeous! Quiet at night despite being in the red light district. Close walk to Silom Centre shopping mall, restaurants and night market. Didn't particularly like the red light ping pong district but would stay at this hotel again! Make sure you ask for no smoking as some rooms and floors smell like heavy smoke.

Doesn't Get Any More Convenient!!

This hotel has become a regular spot for me. The ease of access to just about everything I want is unmatched for the price and quality of service at the hotel itself. The staff is incredibly pleasant (aside from a small hiccup upon check-in), and the rooms are nicely appointed. It has a very 'suite style' feel in each room I've been in (even the standard rooms). The hotel has 24-hour security and all of the rooms and room hallways are secured with key access. The BTS and MRT stations (public railways) is a 5-minute walk from the steps of the hotel. Lumpini Park is about a 5 minute walk also, and great for exercise or just some great scenic spots. There is food readily available in every direction from the steps of the hotel, massage parlors line the street, and all forms of nightlife as soon as you walk out the front door. Patpong Night Market is a short walk down the street. This hotel is definitely a 'heartbeat' spot for all things Bangkok. Access to museums, temples, and the palace is simple by public transportation or a taxi right off the street.

The rooms were a fantastic size and very clean the beds were a little firm but for the couple of nights we stayed it did overly both us. Breakfast was ok not a great selection but not a deal breaker, as we would definitely stay there again. The staff were vey helpful on both check in and check out.

Feel rather left out staying at a hotel without swimming pool but frankly how often would you stay by the pool in the heat half naked? Good location. A few minutes walk to bts station. But you are travel in a small girls group or with children, you have to be prepared that you have to walk passing Thur the red light district before arriving the hotel everyday.
But that's not a problem for us. Coz the hooks actually won't approach us as a normal couple passing by.

Many mouthwatering local food stalls nearby contributes to the most wonderful part of my trip.
Good value of money. But the breakfast is very bad compared with others we lived in Bangkok.

Nice hotel worth staying again

It is my 3rd time staying with this hotel. This time I got a room with the window facing the bar street. It is in fact not as noisy as I expected. The sound insulation is good. I cannot even hear the loud music down the window. The room amenity remains new, very comfortable to stay. However, possibly due to full occupancy, I didn't get room until 2 pm sharp. It may be better if the hotel can try to offer room to early arrival guests as early as possible.

I recently went for a trip to Bangkok with my family and we stayed in this hotel. The stay was very good. This hotel is located in very good location . Sala Daeng station is just 3 min walk which makes commuting to most of the places very easy. We took metro to almost every place it can go to. The metro connectivity in the city is good so all you need is have a map and decide where to go. There is a 7 eleven right opposite to the hotel and silom complex is just 5 min walk which makes this hotel very convenient to stay. The second thing very nice about the hotel was the lady at the reception. She gave us her recommended itinerary and must say it was very good. One thing I always look forward in a hotel is the staff should be able to suggest places and guide tourist. With us the lady at the front desk did the same. Really impressed with her . Rooms are big and clean and have basic amenities like tea/coffee in the room etc. The staff is nice as well. Overall we are happy with the place in the amount we paid .
