room was dirty when we got it so i went to the office to complain and got another room but there was a door that connects both room and door was broken and the door knob was missing in its place they had a paper nabking in the hole ac was not working properly neighbors next room were real noeicy could not sleep good the frist night stay was terrble over all will never get any reservation on this hotel

Very disappointed with hotel La Hacienda

We were not happy with our stay , the first room was hot the ac wasn't working so we were moved to another room , then we left and when we went back to our room the ac , wifi and cable weren't working at all , we didn't even stay in the room for 2 hours the beds weren't even used cuz we had to leave cuz it was to hot 😤😤😤😤

Nasty, old and dirty

This property is old, nasty and smells horrible.
The room was so nasty I was afraid to touch anything, there were burn holes all over the bed top blanket.
The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, had huge spots all over. There were holes in the walls, and the whole room smelled like it had been flooded and never cleaned afterwards. A nasty moldy smell all around. The stairs to go up the second floor were very unsafe, felt like you could fall right through. There were drug addicts wandering around the property, and staff didn't seem to care at all. This property should be closed and demolished!!!! I recommend you stay way from here and book somewhere else.

Like the fact,I got a great price at Expedia,but hate the fact Expedia doesn't have monthly specials or weekly specials,since am looking forward to stay a while, sadly I have to do this process all over every day,but I think you all do this on purpose,set us up for failure to make an extra buck,other than that everything is good about the hotel \"La Hacienda\" except that it says free breakfast but all they offer is cereal and toasted bread :( that is sad,cause other hotels for the same price offer a great variety of choices for breakfast..

The photos of the property are deceiving. The pool has no useable pool furniture. The grounds are unkept and dirty. The room was ok but the bathroom needs better upkeep. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall and the floorboards were rusty. The shower leaked from somewhere in the wall.

The walls are too thin, you can hear everything going on next door. The towels are too small and rough, you can literally sand your skin. I also found cockroaches in my room and told the front desk to no avail. They didn't care, did nothing to remedy the problem. They only told me that they had already \"sprayed \". I wasn't offered anything for my inconvenience

Was very disappointed with accommodations. Hotel did not provide an iron or ironing board. No hair dryer either. Fortunately we took our own but there was no place convenient to plug them. The vanity had no outlets.if you stay here, bring your own extension cord. You'll need it.

I HAVE USED STAYED AT THE HOTEL WHEN EVER I STAY IN LAREDO.THE CURRENT OWNER RUINED THE LANDSCAPE, TAKEN OUT ALL THE SHADE TREES AND THE DRIVE IN CANOPE,THINKING IT LOOKS BETTER THAT WAY.THIS IS NOT THE HOMELY STAY I USED TO FEEL WHEN I STAYED AT THE HOTEL. THE HOTEL LOST MY BUSNIESS.

The air conditioner barely worked. The wall was falling apart. First floor room with outside entrance. Not very safe. Had to push the sofa in front of the door cuz didn't feel secure with the locks.....ppl seen bringing cases of beer. Heard ppl knocking on doors. Didn't feel safe

Ok for the price

Just stayed to sleep a few hours on the way home from a weekend trip. Bed was comfortable. Hotel looks like it was very nice at one time but now looks dated. For the price; was fine, and it was a plus that they had a mini- fridge and microwave.

The desk staff are very friendly and so helpful.

Hotel desk staff are very friendly and so very understanding we went to Laredo on this trip for a funeral and the staff at the desk were so very compassionate about our trip giving their condolences and asking if we were okay. I have never been to a hotel where the desk staff even care why you visit their city they just take your money and that's it they do not even ask if you know your way around town.

Check in was good. But the free breakfast was another thing. We had two tickets for breakfast n my husband was not able to get up n get his breakfast so I took his ticket n the cook was so rude. He told me I could only take one breakfast n would have to pay for the second one. I told him I would go n vine back n he said I would still get charged. So I went back to the room n my husband was upset n made his way to get breakfast. N instead of telling him ok have a seat he called him by his room number n told him to sit down. So of course my husband exchanged words with him. We were not about to go have breakfast the next morning!!!!!

Restroom roof was leaking. It smelled like a cheap motel bad customer service AND above all what they show on the internet as the motel rooms or the pool are NOTHING alike!!!!! I was not happy at all. I also was unable to sleep, it had 3 doors and felt very unsecured.

The room was very dated and tired looking. I was going to blow dry my hair and much to my chagrin there was not a plug in anywhere near the mirror or in the bathroom. Had to move the bed away from the wall to find a useable plugin.
The breakfast leaves much to be desired. It is definitely a \"no frills\" breakfast. Given only a fork, no salt or pepper and the toast was not buttered .... so very dry. The hotel definitely caters to the Spanish speaking patrons.

Looking for cheap, stay here.

Booked the hotel at the last minute when i needed to stay in town. Unfortunately, 20 minutes was not enough time for the front desk to receive the fax reservation confirmation so I was told I just had to wait, nothing could be done for me until the fax came through. After waiting a little while longer with no concern for the person sitting in their lobby, I called Hotels.com customer service who verified everything and called the front desk and faxed over the confirmation within a couple of minutes so I finally got to check in. This is listed as a no-frills hotel and it is exactly that. Mattress was creaky and lumpy, television appeared to be an old 25\", two pillows for a king size bed. Room appeared to be clean. I chose this hotel for price (cheapest in town) and as long as that is your main criteria, it should be a pleasant stay. Did not partake of the morning breakfast, just slept and then left. The pool area is big and looks very nice.

Fair Hotel for the price

The hotel is an older one the is starting to show its wear. But it wasn't bad. Even thought it was close to the freeway we were far enough in the back that the traffic noise was not a problem. The only complaint we had was that the pillows were thin and no extras were available for use.

The staff was slow to check us in. When we got to our room it was dark and dingy. After a long trip all I wanted was to take a hot shower. To my dismay the shower did not work, so I had to use a cup to take a primitive bath. Also the bathroom was dirty and dusty.
While I was there I had to walk to the bending machine which was completely sold out . This motel is only good if you are looking for something cheap and don't care for a shower.

No estaba echa mi reservación cuando llegue al hotel, tuve que pagar ahí una habitación nueva y al entrar el olor a cigarro era mucho aunque ahí dice que está prohibido fumar. La limpieza de la habitación era muy básica, estaba sucio la ducha
