I had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel! The walking trail right outside was a wonderful bonus, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to Irene, who made the experience beyond amazing with her exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. Too bad for the bar noise

Great place to stay, except the bar nearby plays the music obnoxiously loud outdoors late at night, even when no one was out there the whole time. Beds are very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet on Saturday was a terrific spread. Hopefully something can be compromised about the music, otherwise highly recommend. Maybe we’ll request staying on the other side of the hotel if we go back.

There were bugs in our room and it was also dusty. The pullout couch was not cleaned and found little toys and trash in it. I went to tell the front desk about it and they said they would send housekeeping to check it out and when housekeeping arrived all they said was that they would notify the cleaning ladies that way it was brought to their attention to pull out the couch and clean around it and just do a better job about cleaning. They did not offer a room replacement and just left the trash and bugs for me to clean up, we ended up staying in that hotel and room throughout our stay and everything around in other hotels were sold out. My son ended up getting either bug bites or an allergic reaction throughout his entire body. I do not plan on staying at this hotel ever again.

I was so impressed with how clean and new my room felt! It was perfect for cooking and working. The beds were so comfy too! Only downsides were the fan in my room was loud when it would automatically turn on that it would wake me up. Once I learned how to turn it off, there weren’t any problems. Additionally, I don’t know if this is because of the pandemic but the breakfast tasted old like some items had been left out too long. The hotel is around so many restaurants and the personal kitchen is great so you have plenty of other options.

Great rooms but music from bar can be heard.

The hotel is right next to a bar called cowboys. They had their doors open blasting music till 2am. You can vlearly hear all that from the hotel. They should communicate with the bar and let them know of these issues.

The hotel was very noisy. My family and I were awake most of the night due to all the ruckus. The hotel had a strong smell of paint thinner and paint. The free breakfast consisted of fruit bars and old packaged muffins. The pet fee was ridiculously high. Based on the experience we had at the Staybridge In Laredo, we would’ve been better off at the MOTEL 6 across the street. We paid more for a “better” hotel and turned out to be a bad experience. NEVER AGAIN!

The bed closest to bathroom has a serious dip on it. On the side of the bed closest to the bathroom too. The hand soap in the bathroom does not smell pleasant. The breakfast was great!

This hotel needs renovation. The air conditioner in the room makes the room very cold, even if you set on 74 and it's very loud. The lobby should serve coffee 24/7. There is no tea in the room. The mini-market (The Pantry) doesn't have many choices. They will refer you to the gas station across the parking. The hotel is very close to the airport, about 25 minutes walk. They have a shuttle service to the airport but you cannot reserve. Should be lucky to get it.

What I liked is this property was conveniently placed close to where I needed to be. It was right next to a convenience store/gas station and McDonald’s and a very short distance away from the airport. Also close to restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed having a suite with kitchenette that included a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, 2 electric burner cooktop, and microwave. So nice to have the kitchen stocked with dishes and everything one needed to cook a full meal. I will definitely stay here again. Things I didn’t like is the suite with 2 queen beds was small and functional for a single person vs 2. I desk chair and 1 other chair in the corner of the room. Nowhere for 2 people to sit comfortably together and eat the wonderful meals made in the awesome kitchenette. Another thing that would be super awesome for this business would be to have a shuttle service to the airport. Taxi service was expensive.

More pillows. More blankets. Carpet was yucky/sticky from something. Kept socks on. Housekeeping would be nice in the weekends. Breakfast was good. Upstairs person was VERY heavy footed. Almost called front office but the knock on the ceiling worked. :). Running around at midnight is not being courteous to other guests. Great that they were pet friendly. The guests were not as pet friendly sometime. Lol

Hotel was undergoing major renovations to Lobby Area. Entire area was filled with dust particles in the air and it was difficult to breathe. Clerk at front desk had dust mask on. There was no safe, healthy way to elevator to access rooms. After workers left, everything was coated with dust and housekeeping crew had to wipe down breakfast area for morning meal Dust was still very obvious in air..Hotel should have been closed during renovations.

I’m writing this to review just ONE DAY based on something that happened. On Sunday July 15th I started hearing loud slamming of doors A LOT louder than I’d heard on any of my stays at this property. I was in room 131 and the housekeeper put her little cart and a blue buggy right outside my door. And from 3:15 to 5pm I had to listen to loud slamming 5-6 times EVERY 5 minutes for 1 hour and 45 minutes. And once they knew I was upset and finally called the front desk it got worse. Of course nobody followed up with me asking me was it ok or anything. No managers or GM ever talked to me about it. I owned my own business for over 25 years and if I’d ever realized I had an employee so ignorant and disturbing guest MOST LIKELY INTENTIONALLY like that I’d fire them on the spot and would make sure everyone there knew it and heard what I had to say to them about it. These morons they hire usually hate their jobs but can’t afford to quit so on a Sunday they take it out on guest like me that’s spent just in June and July alone over $1,000. One by one this is how you allow some stupid employees run customers away.

Staff was friendly and helpful but pillows were small and not fluffy. AC unit was extremely loud when running and turning off. My wifes a hesvy sleeper yet she woke up each and everytime it turned on and off throughout the night. Sounded likean 18 wheeler pulling out of a parking lot. Pillows were also below average size and not comfortable. I probably slept 4 hrs total the night we stayed. Smh

This hotel was everything I hoped it would be, I have stayed at Staybridge hotels before and have never had a bad experience. The room was clean, bed relaxing, it is nice that the have a small stove, fridge, micro, dishes, silverware, pots, dish washing liquid, kitchen towels, dish washer, the air conditioning was great. No complaints, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, but room service did not meet expectations. They have a policy which states that on seven day stay they would clean the room only once and for shorter stays they will do light touch. Stayed 4 nights and didn't get room cleaned the 4th night.

Was expecting a suite. Always book a staybridge due to large suite kids get there own area and tv. This was not an expected suite,front desk person said hotel was not meant to be a staybridge that is why room are so small. If you don't mind a small room there is nothing wrong with this hotel. Also they were helpful bringing extra blankets to make a bed on floor

our room was quiet and very comfortable. the staff was extremely helpful with questions we had about the area. when the phone wasn't allowing an outside call, the desk clerk cordially made the call for me. the business center was helpful when I wanted to print out a boarding pass. a slight annoyance was that only one elevator was working and on departure day, we were informed that elevator would also be shut down for repairs. we were however given enough time to gather our belongings before the shut down and were offered an extension to our check-out time if that would be of help. I felt they handled the situation very professionally.
