Lots of shops nearby. We went out each night to nearby restaurants and did some shopping after dinner. The room was excellent. Air conditioning worked very well, nice shower, robes and slippers. Breakfast was nice (they even had Red Bull to drink if you don’t like coffee or tea but need caffeine to start the day).

Alt var simpelthen perfekt fra vi kom og til vi tog afsted.
Vi kunne ikke bo mere centralt og hotellet var smukt indrettet i en indbydende bygning.
Alt personale var smilende og imødekommende. Der var super god service fra alle.
Lufthavns selskabet havde mistet vores bagage og havde svært ved finde den. Det brugte vi tre dage på og til sidst spurgte vi om hjælp i hotellets reception.
De var så søde og forstående og gik ind i sagen. Der er ingen tvivl om, at de var medvirkende til at det hele lykkedes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. This location is ideal quiet but yet in the center. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Highly Recommend!

It was an excellent experience on every front: great location, staff, breakfast, rooms, etc. Rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, well appointed, well maintainted and comfortable. They were were not large but not small -- just right! Zero complaints and would recommend and stay again next time!

There was a very loud family on our floor. Throughout the mornings, evenings and nights (well past midnight), there was constant screaming in the hallway and constant slamming of doors as the children ran between rooms. The TV/music volume was very high in the hallway, this didnt impact our room but I could see it very much impacting adjacent rooms. We did call the front desk and the staff was great in taking our concerns, they also did attempt to mitigate this, with limited success. Understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but it did significantly impact our experience. Outside of this complication, we would have given it a 4+ overall.

As seniors, finding a bed that is comfortable is important. Hotel Borghese was the first quality bed we found. The staff and property are wonderful. The location is ideal. I will not think twice about rebooking here.

This is an excellent hotel that is nestled away behind a beautiful courtyard and large door making it quieter than you would expect being so close to the area around the Spanish Steps.

The staff were knowledgeable and so kind. There was a gift for my wife and 7 year old and check out, which was very nice.

They were very kind to us as we arrived early and gave us breakfast. Very nice and very welcoming.

The breakfast was excellent and so was the breakfast room. A fantastic hotel that is well situated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The owner himself was an amazing guy—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. He even took the time to walk us to his favorite restaurant, adding such a personal touch to our experience.

The hotel itself is spotless and feels brand new. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making every guest feel at home. The staff were just as wonderful—attentive, friendly, and always eager to help with a smile.

And let’s not forget the breakfast—simply amazing! Fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to each day.

If I could, I’d give this hotel 10 stars! The personal treatment, the comfort, and the warm atmosphere made it one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommend!

The hotel staff were delightful. The rooms were well appointed and clean, just like the photos, but better! The hotel breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect for our vacation activities, and we could easily book an UBER black anywhere in Rome!

Only con was upon arrival, there was no one at the entrance to direct us and we had to lug our 50 pound bags up lots of stairs….but no place is perfect🙂

This hotel looks nothing like the photos on hotels.com
my sister and i arrived and found a hotel inside a weird courtyard which at night would not feel safe. there was a tiny slow elevator outside which brought you to a desk- no lobby. The rooms were dark, small and felt dirty.
Nothing in these photos represent the hotel. We moved to another hotel immediately. Hotels.com will not honor the refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The hotel was perfectly located. The overall entrance to hotel was disappointing and not impressive. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The elevator smelled awful. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff aimed to please and were pleasant.

Small boutique luxe hotel with mostly attentive and helpful staff—always there’s one bad apple that condescends to non-Italian speakers. Otherwise, it’s close to shopping at the Spanish Steps; Osteria and gelato shops are walkable.

Beautiful, clean and quiet hotel. Modern and chic. In a wonderful part of town , we walked to all the main attractions from coliseum to Vatican. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were kind and helpful. We loved our stay and will be back

I can’t recommend the Borghese Contemporary enough!! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful.. an old beautiful building with completely modern and absolutely spotless clean interiors - the decor is absolutely perfect and the bathrooms are amazing. What made the hotel, however, was all the lovely staff! We engaged with everyone, from the porter waiting for us at arrival, the amazing, friendly and helpful reception staff, the lovely breakfast and bar staff and amazing cleaning staff - all were so so friendly and happy to help with anything at all. They absolutely made our holiday. I can’t speak highly enough of them all! I need to also mention how great the location is - only 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, 10 minutes to the entrance of Vatican City and 15 minutes to the Colleseum. We opted to get a taxi to and from the airport and it cost €40 euros which isn’t bad at all.

We both enjoyed our week stay at the Borghese Contemporary in Rome. Khalid,Luca & Julia at the front desk are professional and so helpful to the customers. The breakfast menu and area was excellent. The woman in charge was fabulous. The food choices were fantastic.
The bellman was very helpful.
Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was always clean and comfortable and well stocked. The Expresso machine was excellent. The little almond cookies on our nightstand were delicious.
My husband remarked about the excellent staff.
Merry Christmas to all and have a wonderful New Year. 2024.

The property is located in an area close to all sights, shopping and dining. We really enjoyed our stay, found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the breakfast served was wonderful. We had reserved a suite and had our daughter stay in the room with us, I just found the room to be very small and would not recommend 3 people in the room.

Perfect stay in every way. Newer property, so it has all the “upgraded” amenities that older hotels lack, such as good air conditioning, comfortable beds and strong rainfall showers. Yet, it’s housed in a charming, secure building. The staff are outstanding at guest services, in particular Khaled, who has the ability to make nervous travelers less nervous, and comfortable. Location and access to sites, restaurants and shopping is ideal. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome!

This was my first time in Rome on a 3 week trip, and the hotel was by far on the top of my list of accommodations. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond all expectations. It was in walking distance of shops, activities and dining. I highly recommend them and if I visit Rome again I’d stay there again.

Great for our 3-night stay in Rome - easy walking distance to major attractions (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon) and around the corner from Via Del Corso shopping area. In the heart of it all, but still located in a quiet spot enabling a good night sleep. Breakfast options were impressive - good variety and quality ingredients. Friendly and supportive staff make for a great stay.

The hotel is in a very nice location. Of course just like everything else in Italy the building is ancient which means the elevator ride has a distinct smell of sewage. The hotel staff were very nice. Khaled who manages the front desk and was in charge of concierge services was super helpful and great amicable personality. The breakfast (which was included) offered a good variety of choices but not very organized. The workers seemed to have a hard time managing the workload. In fact during one of the mornings two of the waiters got into a visible argument over who was carrying biggest workload that morning. Overall I’d recommend this place although the 1300 I paid for two nights, I thought was grossly overpriced given the tight room space. The pictures are deceiving. The room is no more than 200 sq Ft and if you’re a party of three, one sleeps in a sofa that has a pretty hard mattress. It is however 5 min walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

It wasn’t available so went outside our box and went to an area we frequent and found this amazing hotel and terrific location !

Brand new hotel in the heart of Rome. You could not ask for a more friendly staff and better location - within 20 yards you have all the high end shops, Via Del Corso is a 2 min walk and then easy access to all the touristy sites around the city (colosseum is furthest away, but still only a 15 min walk). Will definitely stay here again
