The hotel is brilliantly located for exploring the main sites in Rome; the rooms are well-appointed; the breakfast is delicious; and the staff are friendly and helpful. Hello we stayed for 4 days in December but room we got was very small for 4 people the bathroom was open to room and there was only one curtain so no privacy when you are berthing there should be sliding doors for the bathroom and for toilet the staff was good but small things makes huge difference

Room was in excellent condition and larger than expected for a European hotel. The breakfast was a nice inclusion and provided many buffet options as well as à la carte options. Hotel Adriano Rooftop was phenomenal. It was perfectly located and in walking distance to so many wonderful sights and restaurants. The room was large and suited for a triple. Beds were extremely comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Buffet breakfast was delicious with so many options. Front desk staff were always helpful and pleasant. I give this Rome hotel a 5/5 rating and would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity to revisit the region.

Staff was helpful, informative, and friendly. The breakfast was ample. The only window in our room looked into a light well, but we really didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so it was fine. Our stay was perfect for our 3 days in Rome. The area is busy but not too crazy and so it was quiet at night yet close to all the great areas for dining and shopping. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even upgraded our room when we asked for one with a better view to the outside. Thank you!! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Only negative was lack of hot water in morning. The afternoons/evenings was fine. The shower itself was small but hey, it’s Rome. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is ideal, but everything else fell very short. The hotel itself is pretty small, which based on its location in Rome I would expect, but I feel the price just doesn’t justify the experience of staying there. The room has a strong artificial fragrance that seemed to be sprayed on the sheets, the hallways were almost always filled with piles of dirty towels and cleaning carts (pretty much our entire stay), and when we returned from dinner in the evening the hallway to our room smelled of sewage.

The positives were that the location is wonderful and the rooftop was great, nevertheless I simply wouldn’t recommend for your stay in Rome at this price point. Unfortunately after an incredible trip throughout Italy this was a disappointing end.

Nice room in a cute ZTL zone (pedestrian area). Pros: Very comfy bed. Nice bathroom (particularly liked the magnetic shower doors). Large room (in case you need to do a quick workout in it). Nice neighborhood.

Cons: very limited lighting (window gives out on a wall due to narrow alley). Too noisy for comfort: The cleaning crew was constantly working outside of our room not to mention there were movers throughout the entire next day morning.

A couple of serious issues:
1. NO Parking! (This was really an issue as Hotels.com lists the property as one with parking amnesties. This got me both disappointed and a ticket for driving in a ZTL).
2. I must say: although this isn’t the hotel’s problem, the bar staff at The Gin Corner (the rooftop bar) is not exactly great. I’ll leave that one for the Google review, but overall, the hotel didn’t leave me with a ‘Yes! Definitely coming back feeling!). If anything, I found it to be a little pricey for what it is.

Really lovely hotel about 10 minutes walk from the Pantheon. Rooms were clean and well furnished with safe and tea and coffee facilities. Staff were super polite and very helpful.
Lovely bar in the roof top with great views offering a huge selection of Gin’s.
Only downside was the breakfast room is small so had to sit in alternative room when it was too busy, where tables aren’t really appropriate for eating.

A Suite that’s not very “Sweet”

We stayed here in a three-person suite with my husband and sister. The room itself was spacious and had a loft area, but the layout was very odd. Upstairs there was a headboard on the wall with lamps on either side, a dining table, a china cabinet, and even a toilet/sink combo—but no bed. The entire middle of the loft was just empty space, making it feel unfinished and unusable.

Downstairs, there was one large bed plus a sofa/day bed that served as the third sleeping option. When we asked if a bed or even a cot could be added upstairs, the front desk said no, which was disappointing given we booked a three-person suite and expected the loft to serve that purpose.

The hotel overall felt dated, with mismatched furniture and a disjointed design. In my opinion, this was not a four-star experience—more like a 2.5 to 3 star at best. I would not return and would suggest sticking to a chain hotel if you prefer more consistent, U.S.-style accommodations

The location, staff, and rooms were wonderful. The layout of the room was spacious, comfortably fitting my family of five in two rooms. The location is central and most of the famous sites are easily within walking distance.
The only drawback is the single elevator in the building, but a minor flaw in an otherwise wonderful property.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. The check-in was seamless. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff's genuine warmth and attention to detail. I have to give a special mention to Jorge who was fantastic. He was polite, professional and a real asset to the hotel. We also met one of the owners who was down to earth and asked on both occasions how our stay was. The hotel is very conveniently located to all shops, restaurants and historical landmarks. I will definitely stay again at this hotel when we return to Rome.

This experience was outstanding. This small, boutique hotel has been completely refurbished. The rooms and decor were wonderful, the AC was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had good amount of variety. The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is convenient for walking and enjoying touring the city of Roma. There was a hotel guest that was having a conflict with a partner and was yelling and loud at night. But other than that, we had a great stay.

Long weekend in Rome

From check in to departure, our stay was excellent.
The hotel itself is ideally placed for all major attractions. Pizzeria and bars are plentiful within a 5 minute walk. The rooftop bar is fabulous serving good quality wines with lovely rooftop views across Rome. The rooftop bar serves a good variety of 'small plates ' dishes. We had an unplanned meal there and the food was excellent.
Staff are attentive with great service throughout.
