This places exceeded my expectations. It looked really small on the pics (like box small) so wasn’t expecting much! When I got in it was massive!! Only downside was it was a bit hard to find as the sign for the b&b is a little higher on the wall next to the door not well lit had to ask the army people outside for help. Other than that easy to get in, easy to find my key all in all I will definitely book again when next in Rome!

Well, let’s start with the hours of front desk. They are only there till 4 PM. Also, there is no bar United states on your website. coffee in the common area that was broken if you could find the common area because no one was there to show you around if you arrived after 4 PM. No complementary bottle of wine as you stated on your website. Positive location cause they’re security outside otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The housekeeper who was there early tried to help with the coffee pot. She was another positive. So if you don’t know, you arrive to a gigantic flight of steps because how would you find the elevator? This was the worst experience. You cannot claim to be a better breakfast if you don’t even have coffee.

Nothing fancy but great location, quiet and clean! It was perfect for us since we were sightseeing and basically just there to sleep. They coordinated our shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was awesome since we had just arrived in Italy!

Very useful having free ice-cold drinking water and tea and coffee at all times in the shared dining area (meant we never spent money on bottles of water, and could take water with us when we were sight-seeing).
I think the hotel has changed what it offers for the free breakfast over time - so some of the photos of a buffet with bread and cheese etc are out-of-date. We had packaged pastries that were lovely and just enough in the morning before heading out (and eating pasta and gelato for the rest of the day!). It is free as well, so really can not complain.
Location is excellent - there is a wonderful deli and bakery just next to the hotel (Volpetti dal 1870).

We heard the people talking loudly in the room next door as well, but this is nowhere near as bad as the people coming in and out at different times in the evening and overnight.

The location is convenient but not very obvious. Short walk to the Pantheon. Reception is nice but only there until 4pm. It is not a normal hotel operation but instead a collection of restored rooms on the 2nd floor of a small building. Not quite a BnB either. The room had good ac with a mini split that worked well. I would not say that the room and location justify the price, but the market will determine this.

Everything going on in the courtyard and above our room was very audible, especially when sleeping. If you’re on a budget and want something close to the heart of Rome, this is a great place to stay.

Perfectly situatied for walking in “old” Rome. Rooms clean. Access - request elevator entry if you have many bags and / or don’t want to take the stairs. The Inn does not have 24 hr staff. Very good directions on how to enter and get keys when staff is not there. Simple breakfast of croissants, coffee, tea, small cookies, available. WIFi good. It served our needs well. Rooms that face onto the street subject to a good bit of noise all night, so if window is open for air, so is it open for noise. It took getting used to. It became part of our “Rome experience,” and I was glad for it.

Nice apartment room in a great location walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi, shopping, dinning. The room itself was great, staff were helpful and welcoming. The room walls are paper thin - we could hear the girl in the room next to us talking on the phone all night and could actually hear the person talking on the other end as well lol.. it was like she was in our room - very strange and annoying. Didnt like that they only give you new towels every 3 days unless you pay more, at the price we paid for the room we expect clean towels everyday especially because we showered 3 times a day from the crazy heat in Rome. Wouldnt stay here again due to that.

For the price this hotel is fine and I would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in the hub of everything. If you want nicer amenities and soundproof rooms this may not be it.

No one to check us in or out as reception is not manned, had to phone them to arrange for someone to attend - both times a member of staff came from the back, perhaps a bell might be useful. Rooms were basic (no mirrors) but clean. Location was excellent. Thought reviews were exaggerating about the thinness of the walls, but they were extremely thin - could hear the people in the next room. We were also next to reception which meant we were awoken early every morning. Also renovating next door which you could hear. Would have stayed again but the noise was a real issue unfortunately.

It was great that the VIP status was acknowledged by the property. Also they responded quickly to messages. The room was clean and spacious. It is misleading that this is a Bed&breakfast place but they do not serve breakfast although some of the pictures are clearly showing a breakfast area. There was a tiny coffee corner which was not mentioned by the hotel. Although there was a coffee machine there were no tabs or tea. Also the plate for pastries was empty. The most annoying thing was that I was woken up twice by guests ringing the bell for minutes as they were not able to enter the hotel. Rooms are not noise free as I heard people from other rooms. To enter the Hotel you need to walk up steep stairs but there is a lift accessible via another entrance.

Our room was quaint and nicely decorated. Loris was so helpful bringing our bags up the stairs on Friday’s check in and Lucas was very helpful with check out support. The hotel is small and convenient for solo travelers. The area is very safe. There are police outside the street stationed. Very close to pantheon, plaza novena and 14 minutes walk to trevi fountain or plaza del Popolo. I walked to trastevere which was 20 minutes walk. I talk to the bus 8 minutes where you can take the bus to Roma termini or the colesum. The room was clean and the check in was seamless. I came in early and they stored by luggage until my room was ready. Overall excellent for for the price. I travel often to Rome and Italy and this hotel was really convenient and affordable.

The staff were very accomming namely ?Laurice, who help us check in and settle in and gave us tips on where to eat; Luca, who was very accomodating with our request for our baggages to be stored even though we had to leave very early in the morning to be at The Basilica; and the other Filipino staff (apologies, didnt have the chance to get his name) who facilitated our check out.
The accomodation is in very good location! So many restaurants nearby, 10-15min walk to the Pantheon, about 10min walk to Piazza Navona, about 20min walk to the Trevi Fountain, 15min walk to Castello d'Angelo and from there another 15min walk to St. Peter's Square & The Basilica or 30min walk all the way from Dulcis inn straight to the Basilica.

This property is in a great location, there's so much to do nearby. We were able to walk nearly every where we went. Checkin and checkout was easy and the staff were great. Only one mirror in bathroom, nowhere else. Bathroom had a floor that was multi level and we had to be careful not to trip every time we were in there. Would we stay there again? Not if there were modern alternatives.

This was a really nice property, however there is NOTHING around. If you do not have a car you cannot leave. Also, make sure you have transportation set up from the train or the airport prior because a taxi was extremely expensive since the hotel is so far up in the mountain. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and everyone working there was very kind and accommodating. It definitely makes a difference staying on the side with the pool and restaurants; we had to ask to move rooms because we were originally put on the other side and there was no air conditioning and the lights on the room did not work. Other than that, our stay there was very relaxing.

I stayed in the only twin/single room (Py) and was very happy with the size, AC and high speed Internet. The noise from above apt footsteps and next door guests was sporadic. The two double rooms next door were getting full remodel/makeovers the days I stayed. That was good to see because I was told they are adding a sound barrier. I would stay here again, great staff and superb location, minute walks to everything you want to see.
