Had a fantastic stay!! The location couldn’t be better was able to walk all around the city without having to use transportation hardly at all (& the few times I did there was a taxi spot right outside). I lucked out with the room and had a great street facing view with a large window that opened fully, beautiful view! The room could use some TLC but overall was perfect for what I needed spending not much time in the room and enjoying Rome w a convenient location! Staff were accommodating and very helpful/nice. I’ll definitely be back if back in Rome!

The room smelled clean but it looked bad. The bathroom had mold and rust in the shower. The paint was chipped in some of the walls, the curtains were not properly hanged. The only good thing was the view.

Great hotel in a nice location near the pizzia navona. It’s right across from a bus station making transportation easy and has lots of restaurants nearby. We had an excellent view from our room of the city, which was quiet at night. My only complaint is that there was no hot water for one shower, but otherwise it was excellent!

I loved my stay at Suite Art Navona. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and well stocked with toiletries, which was a great touch. The location is perfect,just steps from Piazza Navona and right next to the taxi stand, making it incredibly easy to get around the city.

The restaurants around Piazza Navona were excellent, with attentive service. Overall, it’s an ideal place to stay: close to everything and full of charm. I would definitely come back!

Fantastic location for seeing Rome! Restaurants and shops just outside. Piazza Navona and Ponte Umberto a few steps away. Junior Suite was perfect for us. Manager was very helpful and rooms were all ready upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again

We had a 2 night stay here and enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and comfortable and fairly roomy from my experience with European hotels.

The area had lots of restaurants and shops to explore and was just a few steps away from Piazza Navona. The area felt safe and there was easy access to bus transportation.

The location was great, but the room we got did not match the photos. Besides being much smaller than the room pictured, the window opened to an alley that let in very little light, so there was no natural light in the room. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t rush to stay again, especially for the price.

Suite Art Navona is positioned just on the NE edge of Piazza Navona and is perfect for walking the area. Close to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain and of course the great Piazza Navona. We walk most of our stays in Rome. We arrived 2 days ahead of a cruise and this hotel was a perfect pace to stay to acclimate to Rome and Italy. We booked a shuttle thru Viator that picked us up just on the south end of the Piazza Navona and took us right to our ship for the cruise. Could not ask for more.

Unfortunately the room and property did not look as advertised. The condition of the property and the room itself is worn with peeling, patchy and uneven paint and the bed was uncomfortable with flat pillows that were stained. The room was dusty and you could hear other guests and the internal window had a noisy machine outside it. The staff were helpful with requests and the location itself was fabulous and central.

The hotel is extremely well located, almost in the heart of the city. We could walk everywhere we wanted to visit and felt surrounded by the vibrancy of Rome. I would highly recommend this place for its great location and simple, clean comfort. (That said, bring your own hair conditioner if you use it!)

The hotel is in a good area. Most places that tourist want to visit are walkable. You go up on flight of stairs or use tiny elevator. Room is nice. AC was on and worked ok. Colder would have been great. Can be a bit noisy at night but not so bad that you won’t be able to sleep.

The property is overrated in terms of Star rating. There are no photos of the bath room online and we found out that it was intensional. The bathroom shower walls are plastered and decaying with a rusted shower door. The remaining bathroom was in a poor state and far from being clean. I indicated to the property manager my concerns and wanted to be reimbursed for a portion of the room cost considering it was over rated and we had no other option. He agreed with me regarding the poor condition of the room and indicated he would relay our concerns to the property owner but was only able to reimburse the property tax deposit ($30). There was a bar just below our room and the last two nights of our stay (Friday and Saturday), it was karaoke nights with poor singers and very loud music and yelling from 10h30pm until 1h00 am.

This hotel is exactly what it needs to be: a quiet, inexpensive, safe hotel in an extremely awesome location.

This hotel is best suited for someone looking for a more efficiency-style hotel. It has a bed, TV, a bathroom, and some space for your luggage and that’s it.

That’s not a con for this hotel, it’s exactly what my wife and I wanted as we are NOT traveling to Europe for a fancy hotel, we’re traveling to be out and about. The hotel is merely a place where we sleep and shower.

I only saw one staff member, the man who checked us in. Very welcoming man and very helpful.

Room service came and went unnoticed.

I docked one star on quality because the shower doors didn’t really close securely all the way and so the floor would get wet when we showered.

Not a big deal at all, but it is something to be improved on.

Overall, if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower that’s safe, inexpensive, and in a fantastic location, this is it!

Our first impression was ‘where is the hotel?’. No clear signage, we had to ask nearby shop. We can appreciate old buildings but this one needed a lot of maintenance. The reception area poky and very dark. Our room was exceptionally small Nothing like the description of the delux room which we booked. It dark even with the lights on, the curtains were stained, the bed side tables dusty, the bathroom wasn’t tiled so there was water damage to walls and the vanity had small pieces of timber which had broken away from the water damage. There was no where nothing to put our luggage on except the floor of which there was hardy none of. There was no hotel laundry service as mention in services offered. The only good thing was the location. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend any of our family or friends to stay here.

Perfect 4 days in Rome

I booked this hotel mainly for the location which was just across the street from Piazza Navona. We are a family of 4 so the size of the suite was bigger then I expected. The only negatives were finding it was a challenge after a long day of travel. There were no signs out front indicating it was a hotel and the pull out bed wasn't the most comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful especially with explaining the bus route and how to get to train station. Would definitely stay here again!

Property looks nothing like pictures. This place was actually depressing. I felt like crying when I walked into building. It was dark and in bad shape. The window curtains had stains and were about to fall off. The shower did not drain well and poor lighting in room. Area is centrally located and in walking distance to most places. But please do not stay here if you are traveling without a man in your group.

Great little place. One block from Piazza Novona but still quiet enough to sleep. We didn’t hear any neighbors our entire stay. Great for families. Larger than I was expecting. The only downside is the shower is not private, which made it a little weird with teenage kids. Our room view in the pictures attached.

La habitación era bien pequeña pero para dos personas es suficiente, la recogían todos los dias, tenían jabon para bañarse, pantuflas y otras cosas mas para la higiene. Lo único que observe fue que los conductores de aire tenian mucho polvo y lo sentía cuando respiraba, de ahí en fuera no me puedo quejar.
Otra cosa muy importante es que todo está cerca, incluso restaurantes para desayunar o comer.

We were super well received. The hotel helped us find transportation when our shuttle was canceled and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. It's one block from Piazza Navona, surrounded by great places, the hotel has access safety code to get in and double windows guarantee a quiet nice sleep. And the bed is absolutely dreamy!! Will definitely stay there again!!

We stayed 3 nights at Art Navona. My rating reflects the way we were treated regarding the AC as It was not working. We notified the front desk and they said no problem, they would have a look. We returned later and was told it was fixed. When we got into our room it was hotter than it was outside. We reported this again to the front desk. They blamed us for changing the settings (which we DID NOT touch). Then said that we booked on Expedia and should call them to cancel our booking if we were unhappy (again, not accurate as booked with Hotels.com). Please note it should not be up to us to correct the hotel issues and there was no other availability around to even change if we wanted to!)

The AC problem continued the entire time. At check out they waived the 30$ city tax which was good but this did not even come close to not able to sleep for 3 nights.

The disregard for our room issue then the blame and telling us to go elsewhere was unacceptable. I feel bad for the next people in the room.

Although the hotel is in a good location I would NOT recommend this hotel to other guests.

Good hotel, but watch out for the “SC” room

AMAZING location, but my room looked nothing like the photo and it didn’t even have a number, it was marked as “SC” and it looked like it was improvised, very different decoration from the other rooms (and for the worse) and I could barely fit in the shower. I got to peek at another room and it was totaly different. I wood recomend the hotel as the staff was very attentive, the location was just amazing and the room was fairly clean. Tho if you get the “SC” room, try to make the change because for me it was an unpleasant surprise.

Ps. The “SC” room isn’t unbearable, but the other ones are much better.

Very nice hotel! We were going to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel as soon as we got in that morning at 8am but our room was already available! We had a great view of the street from our room on the 4th floor. Our room was as pictured on line. The bed was a queen and very comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and clean. The only negative was the sink was very slow to drain and no wash clothes (but this might be an Europe thing-Romania hotels didn’t offer this either). The hotel staff was very friendly and offered a map and places to visit. I always got my messages answered in a timely manner prior to arrival. They set up our taxis to the airport the day we left without worry of being over charged as you would run into from time to time. The hotel is located in a very desirable neighborhood with restaurants, coffee and gelato just around the corner! Taxis line up starts also just around the corner as well!

The hotel was a little hard to find, but it was in a great location. Centrally located in the city, steps from Piazza Navona, and really close to great restaurants. Unlike some of the other hotels that we stayed at, the walls were thick and we didn’t hear any of our neighbors.

Stayed here overnight as part of a longer trip. Hotel was HARD to find. Asked a restaurant on the same block if they knew the hotel and even the workers there had no idea where it was located. Only a small sign indicates there is a hotel there. Convenient location near the Vatican but parking was a bit far since the hotel is in the Historic Zone (ZTL) and no driving was allowed when we arrived.

Do not eat at the pizzeria located right under the hotel. It is not owned by the hotel but was in a convenient location so we had lunch there. Worst pizza I've had during any of my visits to Rome.

The room was clean but not exceptional. The single staff member at the front desk was friendly. Overall, the amount paid for the room is in line with the amenities. If I had stayed in Rome longer, I would have chosen a better place, but this was being used as just a quick place to sleep before moving onward to lother locations.
