When we arrived the room was well presented. It was nice and cool however after a day the air-conditioning stopped working, we were told it had been turned off. We had to sleep with the balcony door open but the sea gulls squawking kept us awake. The roof top bar wasn't open the whole time as it was having building work. A light was broken but not fixed when we reported it, apart from these things we had a good stay. The breakfast had a good variety but go down earlier as it wasn't always warm enough.The restaurant next door was amazing and the little walkways were very quaint. The hotel is in a good location and you can get to everything within a 30-40 min walk.

The staff were excellent. Especially Luca. The location was fantastic. We stayed in the family room which was clean and set up well. The room itself though seemed dark and a bit run down (scuffs on the wall). I would perhaps have liked to see a brighter room on an upper floor. The location was a bit challenging to get to but walking from here to the sites, great restaurants and shopping was excellent.

Our suite had its own private elevator and a wrap around terrace with table chairs and loungers. Inside very spacious sitting area walk in closet and sleeping area. The bathroom was tired and could use remodeling but all was very clean and the area was quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help. The morning breakfast had a lovely variety and an attendant to get you coffee. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was spotless and comfortable. The location was great! I could walk to so many places and there was delicious food near by. They served a wonderful breakfast in the morning. There was a marathon the morning we had to leave which shut down all the streets around us but the staff worked so hard finding options for us to be able to get to there airport in time. Also just down Via Coronari there is a little hole-in-the-wall place that serves different homemade pastas with a choices of sauce that was delicious and only 8€. Yum

Excellent central location, handy for Piazza Navona and on small street with lots of bars, etc. Room had lovely balcony which we would have used if the weather had been warmer. Shame the rooftop bar wasn’t open yet as the view from there looked great. Very helpful staff. Breakfast had everything you would expect in Europe.

The air condition was broken and it was too loud to sleep with the windows open. We woke up to no hot water and had to take ice cold showers on our last day. My Apple pen went missing from the room, and my brother had his under Armour hat and sweatpants stolen.

We enjoyed our stay for spring break. Room was a bit small and bedding situation was a bit difficult but staff solved the issue. Kind of hard to find location wise. Breakfast was good but nothing crazy. Room staff was wonderful and room was always clean when we got back. Front desk staff was very friendly too. No AC in rooms just FYI

We felt so privileged to stay at the Coronary Palace. The front desk attendant was so gentlemanly. Every morning the staff prepared a beautiful breakfast of hot items, fruit, cheese, and bread. It was a full American breakfast with additional sweets. The lady who kept our room did a wonderful job of making sure it was tidied up by the time we returned in the afternoon. The reception staff helped us find the most efficient way to get to where we wanted to go. It was so very clean. We never saw anything out of place. The decoration was very trendy. This property is located in the best area. We were able to walk most places. It was situated near a bus stop that could take you to the Colosseum. Please, take the warning: we were pick pocketed on the bus. They are trained professionals. Ask the front desk how to avoid this catastrophe. I highly recommend this property. The staff here was the “calm” that you need in this busy city!

The taff were verybfriendly and helpful. Our room was clean and pretty spacious and comfortable with a modern toilet & shower box. Breakfast was good enough to get us started for the day, albeit not quite the spread I've seen at other hotels.

Location is excellent, with Piazza Navona just round the corner and lots of bus stops to get pretty much anywhere. Lots of eating places nearby. We were able to walk to the Vatican in 20 mins.

We stayed at Coronari Palace on two separate bookings in different room types and found the experience consistent both times. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable, the staff exceptional and hardworking, and the breakfast is a real added value.

The location near Piazza Navona is unbeatable—set in a pedestrian district with a taxi stand just steps away, making access easy while remaining wonderfully quiet.

A couple of minor concerns: there is a noticeable musty smell on the ground floor (though not in the rooms), and the hotel could benefit from someone staying on top of small maintenance details. During our stays there were a few minor issues—burned-out lamps, a loose thumb turn on the deadbolt, no toilet paper holder, and bedside lamp shades that needed tightening—but the front desk staff handled corrections promptly and without fuss.

Despite these small flaws, we would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a great experience. We booked for a whole week and every day we were treated very well. The location and the area was perfect. We were never more that than could of minutes walk from all the locations. Luka was a great host, he gave us directions and gave us tips to get the best experience from Rome.

We booked the Coronari based the 9.0 rating and being described as”Wonderful “. This hotel had one positive- location, as it was close to the Vatican and Piazza Novana. The hotel was modest, with small, poorly furnished rooms, a shower that was the size of a phone booth, and the last day no hot water. We could not recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff is the reason people come back. Very clean and the breakfast was adequate. (Not a lot of choices) The location is great. Very close to many must see attractions. Easy walk to the Vatican.

I want to start off by saying that staff was very welcoming and attentive during our stay. Rooms were not in the best condition, especially the bathroom. It was very rusty and looked moldy. We didn't request a change because our stay was only for one night but anything longer would have been unacceptable.

Pros - Fabulous location, walking distance to all sights. Staff very friendly and attentive. Free 1st round mini bar. Umbrellas for use. Breakfast fab.

Cons - Family room is on the ground floor behind reception. No soundproofing in rooms or double glazing so you can literally hear everything all times of the night. Friday/Saturday night was the worst. Also bear in mind there is no concierge after 10pm so if any guest forget the pass code or key. You will be knocked awake to open the door as we experienced during our stay.

It should be noted on the family room, I think if you was further up the building the noise would not be quite as bad but in the family room window is street level so just be aware if your wishing to book.

This was a great hotel with excellent, helpful, and friendly, staff. We liked that it was close to everything-- shopping, many dining options, museums and Piazza Navona. It is located within a 15 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The room was spacious and clean, and we would definitely stay there again!

The staff was very helpful and kind. We arrived early (noon) to store our luggage and our room was ready, a blessing after a long flight. We had a small room with a good sized balcony that had a table, chairs and couch. VERY comfortable bed and pillows. Enough hangers for clothes, coffee/tea in room. Great breakfast with eggs, bacon, ham, turkey, pastries, fruit, veggies. 4 juices, coffee and tea. The location was perfect! Very close to piazza novonna. Not far from Vatican City over a pedestrian bridge. Not far from Pantheon. We also walked to the colosseum and to the gardens on the hill (amazing at sunset)! Note we are walkers, if not taxis are always parked at corner of the pedestrian road the hotel is on, 3 minute walk. Best food and service we had in Rome was at the restaurant next door! Elevator to 3rd floor only we had about 10 steps to our room. During season the rooftop bar is open, closed November 15th.

Location is great but driving there with your own car is not advisable. So it’s either you get there by taxi or using a mix of public transportation + walk

I absolutely regret staying here for 2 nights. The room I had smelt disgusting, absolutely gross. It got worse by the 2nd day. If we weren’t leaving after the 2 nights, I would’ve changed hotels. After leaving, the smell had seeped into our clothing and I’m upset. I can’t even explain how disappointed and confused I was after reading treat reviews. The room was also not great. The bathroom faucet, for example, had a whole in the dry wall around it. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close. The only thing I can say is the staff were friendly and it’s a fantastic location.

Absolutely wonderful staff! The property itself is beginning to show its age a bit, but this did not bother me at all. To me it’s just a bit of patina. The location and staff are just perfect, as are all of the amenities of the property.

I see some people oddly and randomly complaining about the paint colors of the black walls, and how utterly ridiculous! If you want a great location in the heart of Rome, don’t hesitate and book this place right now! If you can do it, do yourself a favor and book the terrace suite, FANTASTICO!

Unfortunately, our room had a TON of mosquitos and there were already dead mosquitos on the wall from previous stays. The sheets had a wet smell to them that made our sleep uncomfortable. The cleanliness was not up to par. I do not recommend this stay to anyone, however the staff was very nice and location is a great area.

The perfect spot for travelers! The hotel is wonderfully positioned within walking distance to everything we wanted to experience in Rome. The breakfasts refreshing with coffee made to order, rooms comfortable and cool especially for our afternoon naps, the rooftop view breathtaking. But what made our stay even better was the amazing staff - everyone was welcoming, kind and genuinely seemed happy to see us each day. Luca and Manuela made the effort to get to know us, offer us great recommendations and made us feel like family. We miss Roma and the Coronari Palace immensely and hope to return again soon! Location is literally 100m from Piazza Navona-and 5-25 minutes walk from every other major attraction you could want to visit.

Very nice receptionists and facility overall. Only complaint is the A/C not strong enough or having too much control over it. Also the A/C dripped a lot of water into the room/floor from the ceiling. The staff was very accommodating however and made temporary fixes.

We loved this hotel except we were on the first floor and it was quite noisy outside which seeped into the room until about 2am. I’m sure the upper floors get progressively better but if this is something that would keep you awake then I would avoid. Everything else was perfect, great location, great service, clean and a lot of free drinks, snacks.
