The public spaces were nice and well kept except pool chair cushions. They were well worn with stains. The staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. The bathrooms are in need of an overhaul, but were clean. You need your own tv service to watch tv. Super close (right next to) airport. Staff were very nice and super helpful even with a trip that I did not book through them. I think for the price I would expect some of those updates to be done. Or the price to be reduced a little bit we paid about 100 a night and I would say that it was worth 6275 per night. The buffet breakfast was overpriced.

Great room (we were upgraded to a junior suite). Helpful staff. Nice pool, good food.
Dropped a point as shower floor filled with water and didn’t drain - really dangerous, and the pool was slippery around it. Again dangerous.
Very close to hotel, easy to get to main beach.

It was okay, not amazing but not too bad. A little tired looking and carpets in hallways to rooms didn’t smell great and could do with a refresh. Toilets at reception were broken and breakfast was ok but not much choice. Staff and concierge were very friendly. It just need a very big glow up from an interior point of view, also the sun loungers were dirty and the cushions need replacing.

Main reception, restaurants and pool area modern - rest of the hotel definitely not.

Room wasn’t upgraded as per our booking, nor were we offered the food/beverage credit until we asked for it. Room was horrible, massive with one lone bed in the middle but so outdated. Scratches on all the wooden furniture and a safe that despite putting in your own personal code opens with 000000 so anyone can access it. That’s REALLY bad.

Room was spacious and comfortable.
Clean, very friendly staff, very nice restaurants and swimming pool.
Hotel has convenient location nearby Langkawi airport close to markets, restaurants and beaches. Food in the hotel is excellent, buffet breakfast and buffet dinners. Christmas and New Year's parties were very nicely organized with excellent food.
Altogether, we are very satisfied with hotel and can highly recommend it for visitors to Langkawi.

We were booked for 6 nights but could only tolerate 1 night, the rooms were not cleaned properly mould all over the shower, pool
Was filthy as where the sun bed by the pool, the hotel food was average and the buffet was a total miss, tablecloth were all stained and the area was not clean they were only catering to Indian food throughout the buffet, will not return to this hotel

It was not my ideal place to stay, I won’t stay again.
The rooms were clean but the plates and glasses that were used for breakfast were not clean. The breakfast was not of high quality either and the croissant selection was mostly stale and hard. They really could do much better than that.

Really happy with our stay. The hotel is not new but very well maintained, the pool was great kids didn't want to come out and the lady at the Andaman Tours counter was really helpful in arranging our mangrove tour.
All staff were extremely polite and helpful. I really don't think they market the size of their rooms properly! We booked a family deluxe room for 4 and got two adjoining rooms, one twin and one double. The rooms were massive and immaculately clean. The toiletries in the bathrooms were very nice and usable, practical stuff you need.
We ordered from the midnight room service each day and everything was really yummy and delivered in good time.
The air conditioning was OK, but that's generally for everywhere in langkawi not just this hotel. I found nowhere the cooling was good enough like it is in Dubai. But the hotel ac was good enough for us to stay comfortably and sleep. The ac units made a few weird noises noticeable during the night when it's quiet but didn't stop any of us from falling and staying asleep.
Beds and bedding were clean and very comfy! I have sciatica pain and get very uncomfortable with random mattresses but slept very well here.
Last but not least it's right outside the airport so no commute time! It was max half an hour from the main attractions and activities. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to this beautiful island!

Was a central location. Shuttle service was excellent. Driver helped with luggage. Pool area, grounds, restaurant and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very clean, tidy, tables cleared quickly. Variety of food was amazing!! A real stand out. Pool was clean, including toilets always clean.

Very convenient location for a early morning flight

I’d appreciate better information regarding breakfast room and that there’s food stations outside also.

Please consider turning on AC in the gym, since it gets very hot and stale air otherwise!

The colour of the tapwater when putting water in the bathtub, was not so nice!

I enjoyed lovely staff and service, the excellent tapbeer and live music by the pool!

Very close to airport.( walkable). Our transport was delayed ) depavali weekend and we did not realise at the time how close the hotel was to the airport. Only issue or criticism was the tiles around the pool area. They were very slippery when they you were in bare feet or wearing thongs. Apart from that our stay was first class.

Nice place to stay on way to Koh Lipe

This hotel is great for a quick stop over as it’s right near airport. Staff are amazing. The pool is open till 11pm each day and so is the bar. Great music. Atmophere was great near the pool. Music goes to 1230 am but can’t hear from the room. Downside was bathroom wasn’t cleaned hat hair in the shower and dirt in the bath. Didn’t notice till the morning but staff were apologetic. Tv no local channels you have to connect to your own apps. But you will need to hotspot as internet isn’t good.

Good hotel with a lot of promise

I participated in the Ironman so the location was great, right next to the airport and MIEC expo.

Staff was fantastic - super friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast buffet variety and quality.

It appears that it has been refurbished recently but the overall finishing felt poor. Water leaks out of shower cubicle, causing puddles in bathroom floor. Wifi signal was weak and kept dropping - ok for casual use but not reliable enough for work.

Convenient and perfect

I recommend this place 100%. As you enter the resort the doorman will bang a gong announcing your arrival, which I thought was a funny but welcoming touch. The check-in was effortless and the concierge brought our luggage up to the room. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are very comfy. The bathroom had a shower and a bath tub, hot running water and all of the amenities you might need. The AC is easily configurable, the TV has Prime and Netflix which is always a nice touch.
The pool and bar area were nothing short of amazing, plenty of sunbeds, warm water temps, a changing rooms area, a kids pool, a smoking area and a bar from which you can order food to be brought to your sunbed.
The breakfast bufffet hoasted a variety of food ranging from continental, english, indian, chineese as well as traditional Malay.
After our check out we were asked how was our stay and were asked if our expectations met their services.
All in all it’s worth the money and you will not be dissapointed.

Pros:
1. Amazing QR code for room service: The QR code system for room service is convenient and efficient, making it easy to order meals directly to your room.
2. Early check-in given due to early flight arrival: The hotel is accommodating with early check-ins, which is greatly appreciated
3. Proximity to the airport:The resort is conveniently located next to the airport, making it very accessible for travelers.
4. Tasty meals and great prices for room service: The meals provided by room service are delicious and reasonably priced, enhancing the overall stay experience.

Cons:
1. Noise due to lack of soundproofing: The rooms are not soundproof, leading to a lot of noise from inconsiderate guests. While this is more of a guest behavior issue, it affects the overall comfort.
2. Constant alarms going off: Frequent alarms, caused by doors not being closed properly, disturb the peace throughout the day and night.
3. Outdated rooms: Despite the resort being advertised as refurbished, the updates seem limited to the reception, food area, and pool. The rooms themselves require updating.
4. Slow cleaning service: Staff are slow to clean breakfast tables, often resulting in guests having to sit at messy and dirty tables.
5. Limited shuttle service: The advertised shuttle service is limited, with drop-offs at 6:30 AM and pick-ups at 9:30 PM, which is not convenient
6. Lack of nearby attractions: Besides the airport, there is nothing within walking distance to do, limiting options

We found the customer service was lacking. The restaurant around pool and in lobby was nothing more than reheated frozen food. We also had issues with getting constant warm/hot water for showering in our room

The Reception staff were so kind and helpful, especially with helping us arrange the shuttle to the airport when leaving. The 2 female cleaners were also really nice and friendly!
- We were able to check in early free of charge and after we had checked out, Reception looked after our bags and even let us use the hostel showers (which were nice and clean!) to freshen up before our late evening flight.
- The room was stylish and very clean, and the walls very good at insulating sound, couldn't hear our neighbours at all.
- Loved that they are taking environmentally friendly steps, you get mineral water to your room each day.
- Good location - about 15 minute drive to Old Town, 2 minute walk to airport. Make sure to come on a Thuresday to experience the Night Market in Old Town, its really good!
- There is a popular cafe / restaurant serving nice food in the lobby which is also a good place to work (lots of plug sockets).
- Whole building was really nicely decorated (industrial style) and very clean. One of the nicest hostels we've been in in Asia! Feel more like you're in a hotel.
- Huge and beautiful swimming pool with the great views. GYM and KIDS CLUB. We had been told CIGAR CLUB is coming soon. New Carpet is looking great. We Enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel great location and great staff. Excellent pool and bar a very big plus, especially on New Year's Eve, while we enjoyed fireworks without having to leave the hotel. Also the happy hours drinks provided a great opportunity to meet some of other guests and share stories of our experiences in Langkawi boat trips. lounge live music is the extra mile why we will come again.

All the way from UK we booked rooms for Routes Asia next year at Wings by Croske Resort Langkawi. Have to say wow to their sales team. I think we are some of the lucky company who got invited to the promotion sales. I came with Singapore office and stayed here for 2 nights, the feedback is yes. We love the walking distance, the only hotel beside airport and exhibition hall yet it’s a holiday resort for couples and family. Can’t wait to come here again next year. Highly recommended.

It's hard to describe everything in details but I can say that our stay in the Wings was a complete perfection from the very first welcome drinks. I can tell the architecture and design is an absolute masterpiece of art. The lobby , the pool, the restaurant, every tiny detail designed in a way that makes you completely feel in luxurious vintage times. The hotel itself must be one of Langkawi's tourist attraction destinations.Clean and beautiful Resort, we will come back again.

The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. The room was well equip with water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging.

Hotel very convenient to airport but noise wasn’t an issue however you will need a car as other than the airport there are no shops or restaurants nearby.
Hotel was extremely spacious as well as the bedrooms, swimming pool was lovely and the included breakfast was good with a mixture of western and Asian food.
Staff were extremely friendly and attentive and couldn’t be more helpful. Parking was easy.
The only negative comment would be that the workmanship of the renovation was poor but didn’t overly affect our stay.
