When I was asked to leave the executive members lounge after one hour of checkout time despite having permission to stay there to finish my work call and email.

Employee was very concerned that I didn’t have one quarter of a sandwich and a drink.

Really ruined a what would have been a very happy stay. Most of the staff were great

My wife and i had to book a room here due to a passport going missing while visiting a local attraction. The staff understood how stressful the situation was and went above and beyond to try to assist us. They even provided hot cookies to calm our nerves. Special thanks to Minami Tamai and Ayumi for taking care of our needs. We ended up finding our passport but again, the staff was absolutely great. Thanks again Minami and Ayumi!!

The hotel looks quite new and is well presented & maintained.
The rooms are larger than what you’d normally find in a Japanese hotel and this comes at a bit more of a cost. You do, however, get what you expect from a Doubletree. The Castle view at night is spectacular!

Was a nice hotel, near the palace. The other main attractions were a train away (train station 7-8 min walk). Super laid back area by the palace and river. Pool was nice, breakfast as well, executive level on top floor had nice options. Liked my stay here overall.

Only downside mentions: I stayed on19th floor and my room’s AC was horrendous, hotel had to bring a fan. Made nights hot and uncomfortable, also wife and I could have sworn our king bed was actually a queen but hotel confirmed it was in fact a king. Maybe future guests will see what we mean. Anyways cheers!

This hotel isn't even a year old. Rooms are truly enormous by Japan standards. Bathrooms have wonderful deep tubs for soaking after long days sight-seeing. About a 7 minute walk from the train station. Found a couple of excellent local restaurants within a few blocks. Multiple convenience stores nearby. Steps from the beautiful Osaka Castle grounds. Staff was super nice and helpful getting our bags stored after checkout for pickup later in the day. Stay here!!

Awesome modern hotel with a view of Osaka Castle from restaurant. Castle grounds are accross the street. Business district, no restaurants or shopping around. Quiet area. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Will be back very soon.

Beautiful views (my room was river side) and excellent service and amenities. On property breakfast option was great - we went between 7 and 7:30 and didnt find it too crowded. Easy walk to train station. Bit further out from dotonbori area but this meant it was nice and quiet with the exception of being able to hear the trains.

I was greeted by the friendly staff downstairs and sent to the elevator to be received by the reception desk located on the sixth floor. Check in was quick! The room was nice and clean. I’ll have to remember to reserve the Osaka Castle view on my next visit. I had the breakfast buffet which was an excellent! Hope to comeback soon in the near future.

In the room, we could hear the sound from other rooms a bit but expect for that, pretty much satisfied. The room is big enough and super clean even with a tub! Water bottle is not served n it’s a bit troublesome. But eco friendly so guess it’s ok

Newly built. The swimming pool area is like high end health club. It was pleasure to swim there. The view of Osaka castle was very spectacular. The staff really attended us above and beyond. Their thoughtfulness and attention are very professional. Great service. Extremely considerate. It is like art of its own. Special thanks to the melter Dee of the restaurant and bar during night time. Every need is thought after. In room there is even PJ .

Yes! There is a privacy door on the bathroom!

Amazing location & views of Osaka Castle. Easy train access. Loved the pool, fitness room, breakfast & executive lounge. More comfortable bed than most hotels we've stayed at in Japan... not so hard! I loved having a bathroom door & privacy for both the shower & the toilet. I would highly recommend.

すごく綺麗なホテルで眺めもよく、子どもともどもとても3泊とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。

ちょっと残念に思ったことは下記4点です。

一つ目が、朝食会場のスタッフの方のお皿の下げ方です。卓上のお皿を私たちの食べている目の前で重ねて下げられていて、レストランでバイトをしていた人間としてはびっくりしてしまいました。仮にもヒルトンであればそこはプロらしくに一つずつ下げて頂きたかったです。

二つ目は片付けの台と卓の近さです。てきぱき動かれているのは素敵だなと思うのですが片付けている台でかちゃかちゃ使用済みの什器の音がするにつけ、飛沫が飛んできそうでいい気持ちはしませんでした。
せめて簡単なパーテーションのようなものでいいので、ご配慮いただきたいですし、設置が難しければすぐ隣の卓は1人がけにしていただく方がいいのかなと思いました。


三点目は連絡体制です。たまたま宿泊日に大阪マラソンがあり、当日は宅急便の集荷ができないため必要があれば実施前日お昼までに依頼してほしい旨、実施前日の夕方戻ってきてきた際に、お部屋に置いてくださったちらしで知りました。おそらく前日におくべきだったものなのだと思います。

四点目も、客室に絡みますが、お掃除係の方に置きがきを2件させて頂いたところ半分しか対応して頂けませんでした。具体的には一つは使用済みのグラスを前日下げていただけなかったので下げてほしい旨、もう一つはコットンが1人分しか置かれておらず子どもと朝晩使用するのに足りないため3人分置いていただきたい旨で、二点目はご対応いただけなかったです。もしかしたら女性のみの支給かもとも思いつつ記載していますが、ちょっと残念だなと思った次第です。

全体としては、設備だけではなく、スタッフのみなさんも基本的にはお優しく、気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。改善余地、という点でご参考いただけますと幸いです。
