Stay for 4 nights, Room is good, Service is good, location is good, but be careful as you use the subway, using the JR station exit 7 which has elevator, but not the Google map shows subway exit 2, there is no elevator there.
I asked the train station staff whether I paid to enter the station again and get out from other side to exit 7, the guy very cool said no no no!
I had to carry my 2 luggages walked up 3 stairs, almost killing me.

The food of buffet breakfast and the lounge quality are good, service is very good, only the so call wagyu beef steak is disapointed, I even can't bite it.

We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Osaka. Train station is right under the hotel building. So easy to get anywhere in Osaka and get back after a long day of walking. Get the included breakfast for unlimited japanese beef everyday! Complimentary drinks daily and new towels everyday

Great value hotel. Location is great and with very good price. Rooms are really small but clean and great if you are spending all day exploring the city and just come back to sleep. Staff is extremely helpful!!!!!They helped me to receive a package that I lost in JR and I double booked the room and they helped me refund it. Thank you so much for the ladies at the front desk!!! Plus the breakfast is amazing!

The rooms where really nice and the cleaning staff always did a good job of cleaning everything up, although the concierge desk staff during the day where unpleasant and unhelpful, esspecially when compared to the night staff. The breakfast was good and so was everything else.

Recently stayed here for 7 nights in one of the rooms with the premium lounge access - we were able to have snacks and drinks on the 2nd floor between certain hours each day! Our fridge had complimentary drinks also. The room was 17sqm so more spacious than our hotel in Tokyo which was 13sqm.

Staff spoke English really well, room was always clean (house keeping daily). Hotel was right above the subway and across the road from a supermarket and right next door to 7/11.

We used the self service laundry on level 3 which had a drying option also - this was easy to use as instructions are also in English. Only accepts 100 yen coins but you can ask for change from the reception in the lobby.

Late check out 11am - asked if we could store our luggage while we went out for something to eat and more shopping - staff were fine with this.

Would definitely stay here again if in Osaka next time!

Location is unbelievably convenient - directly above a well-connected subway station and a 7/11. Opposite a supermarket and very close to an undercover shopping/restaurant street. Room was clean and well appointed, the bedding comfortable and toiletries were nice. The lobby / foyer felt grand.

Excellent stay, there are many dining options in the area as this hotel is off the beaten path. You are only a 10 min train ride to all the action with the metro right next door. We took uber to and from the train station for about 2200¥ each way which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was wonderful but I love a good Japanese breakfast. We stayed in a premium room with lounge access and enjoyed the early evening rest before dinner. I would definitely stay here again or try their Tokyo property.

The location is amazing! You have 7-11, a grocery store and a Family mart besides or close to the hotel! Also, the hotel has a train station underneath it which helps tremendously during this trip. The staff has been helpful and welcoming as well! I recommend the hotel!

The staff was TOP notch at this hotel. We had luggage delivered and they put it in our room for us before we even checked in! It felt like they were ready for us :) The amenity selection was also incredible!!

The rooms themselves are quite compact. Likely the smallest room we were in in Japan, which made figuring out how to access our suitcases a puzzle, but for the price, it was well worth the lack of space. The hotel is right above a train station and next to 7-11 but away from the chaos of the city. Great location. The bed was not very comfortable but not the worst either. Overall, this place was a great affordable option and worked well for us!

I’ll be giving a honest review, The hotel room is huge in the photos and It’s real tiny inside. it’s like a room with two beds for teenagers. you can’t barely move. my partner and I consider this as a budget hotel place to sleep/ bed-spacer kind of thing plus toilet paper is so thin. on the other side we found it so convenient. beside the hotel there’s subway station and 711. across the street there’s supermarket and family mart.

Location is fantastic - right above the Metro station with great shopping and restaurants options a quick walk away in every direction. The room was fantastic and spacious, the bed was super comfortable. The location of this hotel is also excellent being right outside a subway entrance - it can't get any better then that. The rooms are equipped with many great amenities like a coffee machine, phone charger, complimentary drinks, teas, etc - which was appreciated. If I return to Osaka this would be my hotel of choice.

The staff were fabulous!! They helped us arrange transport, book dinner reservations and navigate to and from activities. The breakfast host wasn’t very friendly on arrival but did warm up. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you would need for a nice stay. The cafe attached to the lobby was brilliant! We preferred that to the restaurant as the hotel food wasn’t very hot but that seemed to be a trend amongst most of the accommodation we stayed in. Overall, a great stay!

Absolutely amazing hotel with exceptionally kind and accommodating staff. They kindly allowed us to check in a little early, which was very convenient given our limited time in Osaka. The Premier Lounge and breakfast buffet staff were fantastic, always attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of both international and Japanese dishes. Was skeptical booking. 3 star but it had really good reviews and definitely gave 4star quality. Would stay again! Also the attached cafe was amazing!

We really liked this property, staff friendly. They have a nice large foyer to hang out at. The front desk has a counter where you can get little freebies for your room. And every evening they has happy hour from 4-9 in a dining room setting, very nice for adults and children, with a good selection of drinks and snacks...great after a day of site seeing.

The staff was very attentive and helpful during our trip. I have a handicap and they readily helped change to a more spacious room to accommodate me. They were also very helpful in providing information about sightseeing in the surrounding areas and how to take the subway. The breakfast staff, especially the main person running the breakfast, was excellent. He was very helpful and accommodated me. The breakfast selection was excellent, and there was a lot of variety and quality.

Very clean and good amount of space in the rooms. Hotel also had a handout on how to get to the airport which was helpful. Since it's near a busy street, you could hear sirens from ambulances at night, but not too bad. Would definitely stay here again as it's clean and in a great location! Has a 7-11 next door and a 24 hour supermarket across the street.

I upgraded to a premier floor. The room was tiny, which was fine, but there was no closet and literally nowhere to put our luggage, so we tripped over it the entire time. The bathroom smelled VERY badly of mildew. It looked like the tub had not been sealed at all. The room in general looked clean, but the smell and the extremely small size (with nowhere for luggage) were disappointing because I had upgraded.

We had a great stay and really appreciated the staff for their kindness in helping us to call a cab and arrange luggage forwarding. It's also just around the corner from a station, a great shopping arcade, and lots of restaurants. The room was fairly large by Japan standards with atub for soaking in after a long day of walking. Finally, the area was quiet and felt really safe!
