Clean room only minor issue is no vending machines on floors. Ice machines on all floors though. Not much of selection for purchase in lobby if you want late night snack. Can get bottled water and canned sodas at bar on site.

Arrived at the desk for check-in and was told that because Expedia over-sold stays at this property for this night, that the property sent Expedia a notice on June 8 that this reservation was cancelled. Expedia had no record of that in their records. We were sent on our way.

Rooms at this property are spacious & nicely lit up & good natural light on sight.
Many options of visitor seating area in lobby adds to comfort .
What is really lacking is no drinking water bottles in the room & water heater facility .

Very clean & odorless bedroom. I stayed in room#1130 one night. Since I liked the stay, I came back to stay again (Room#1137, I think). The first room, I had to manually turn the AC on. But in the second room, it was set on Auto AC, though it felt a little suffocating at times. The elevators were funny. You press the button - there are two elevators in front of you. Then you hear a \"ding\". Neither door opens. You scratch your head. Then you hear the doors close & when you peek - you see two more elevators on the other side. I figured the trick on the 2nd day. But it won't be funny for a family with lots of luggages. For heaven's sake, please put another person at the front desk. That poor man is overwhelmed. I could have watched half a movie while I waited. Overall nice place. I will come back to stay here, the next time I visit NJ.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable and well-maintained, so we slept well. However, there were some pieces of broken furniture that should be checked. The staff seemed very tired and a bit hard to understand, which made interactions difficult. On a positive note, the pool was amazing—nice and warm! Overall, there were good aspects, but some improvements are definitely needed.

Check in starts at 3pm- not earlier. The hotel is pretty large to only have 1 check in person is a bit crazy. I arrived at 2pm and was told to come back at 3 for check in!!! When I got back the line was pretty long and again only 1 person. Several upset customers were waiting for several hours before 3. Not a good welcome

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, COULDN'T CHECK IN UNTIL 4:00..ROOMS WEREN'T READY. MY NIECE GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR, AFTER FINDING OUT IT WAS THE 2ND TIME ON THE SAME DAY. PRICE WAS NOT WORTH THE STAY. This is our go to hotel when we are in town for work. This last trip, the female front desk clerk that was checking us in was horrible. We are not sure if she was overwhelmed but her attitude made us so uncomfortable. On top of that we booked a King (which we paid more for) and she put us in a double bed. We tried to call & get it switched but no one picked up. We also went back down to rectify the issue but the hotel was hosting an event and the lobby was full. We decided to contact Expedia. Expedia immediately helped. Very satisfied with Expedia's customer service.

We had a very nice day at the hotel. We were there for just one night and we received very warmly professionally and when we left the next morning, the checkout process was straightforward.
I did realize only too late that the location of the hotel makes it very tricky to get to New York City. Within 10 minutes of leaving the hotel we had to go through three toll booths. No fault of the hotel of course but the location does create this situation. Nevertheless, if you are not going to the city, I would still strongly recommend you stay in this hotel.

I ate at the bar and the staff was incredibly slow, the food took a very long time to come out (there was only 1 other person in the bar so it wasn’t busy) and the food was horrible. I ordered the French Onion soup and it was overly salty and the “croutons” were slimy. I also ordered the Mediterranean Flatbread and the pita was soggy, there was about 1 tablespoon of hummus in small blobs across the flatbread and they didn’t put the feta on it. I asked about that and they just put a few blobs of some waxy cheese that I assume was supposed to be mozzarella. It was disgusting and completely disappointing for something that looked very enticing in the description. I’ll stay there again but will not eat there.

Brought something to eat. Got off at my floor and saw the ice machine was close to my room. Went out to get ice. Machine wasn’t working! Called downstairs. They were shocked the ice machine wasn’t working! I wasn’t. Last time Expedia had on there website that a whirlpool was on premises and in use.10 years ago it was. Has been filled in since! Pathetic!

Excellent stay! The restaurant was amazing and the bartender, Poco, is very talented and a great person. The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. The room was very clean and well maintained. The gym is great, and they also have a nice workspace. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!
