ALL of the staff was excellent. The entirety of the staff was helpful, at our service & helped with everything we needed. The staff earned 5/5 stars! The rating is 3/5 stars for the facilities ONLY. The room is very small, bathrooms small & outdated equipment. If staying here as a couple please look elsewhere, solo you may be fine if okay with very small unit. I’m 6’0 & my head nearly touched the roof in the shower.

Tiny but functional room, air con doesn’t really cool down, and had to ask reception for them to unlock the window so I could sleep.(“very dangerous, sir!!”) It can be quite noisy at night between ambulances and enthusiastically revving motorcycles. Still the location near Osaka station is unbeatable.

Room was clean, we accidentally booked a smoking room and were staying for 7 days, the staff were so gracious to help re book us to have a non smoking room without any additional charges. The area is busy but 10 minute walk to the main train station and we enjoyed lots of the shops around the area. Very close to multiple convenience stores.

Do not recommend for solo female travelers. Business men smoke and hangout in the lobby at night, and it felt like a frat house. It’s in the red light district. The shortest path from the station to the hotel will have to cross into the red light district.

The wallpaper was peeling in my room. There is a water filter available for the entire floor so you do not have to buy water bottles. Curtains are chained so there is no natural light.

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the grilled steak was something nowhere else had. Lots of laundry as there were washers and dyers on a 3 or 4 floors. Location was good, Very lively neighbourhood. Lots of bars and restaurants as well as shopping. Short walk to Umeda and Osaka stations.

Hotels location is perfect - loads of options to dine in Kito area of Osaka. It can get little noisy as its on main street but as expected in the major busy city. Hotel room was little dated compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan in Tokyo and Kyoto but for short stay if you exploring Osaka and want to be central its good option. Main thing for me hotel was clean and convenient. Rooms and bathrooms are very small by European and north American standards which is normal for Japan - you literally cannot swing a cat - just the bed and very small bathroom. You will have to pay extra if you need more space. But we didnt mind it - we were there to sleep only and explore the city. Hotel is very close to Osaka Station which is one of the main stations in the city but don't confuse it with Shin-Osaka station if you are using Shinkansen bullet train - it departs from Shin Osaka. Again not an issue just another quick train ride to get there should you need to connect to Shin Osaka.

We enjoyed how close this place was to the station of Osaka Umeda. There was always so many food spots open and so close to the shopping areas/close to connecting stations for day trips. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the extra amenities provided were helpful and better quality than other hotels we’ve been to in Japan.

Great location. Proximity to Osaka train station.

The hotel is in a busy area so it is very easy to find good food. The hotel is easiest to get to from the Osaka train station via its tunnel network. Look for the sigh for Whity section and NOMOKA section of the mall. I remember passing the ibis hotel along the way inside the tunnel. Once back on the street level, go along the restaurant alley and in less than five minutes the hotel is right there. I wish I had this information because trying to go above ground was a mistake due to the divided motorway and the elevated footbridge. I recommend the tunnel network!

If you purchase a JR West pass then this hotel is a 10 minute walk to the station. Most of it underground. I took train to Himeji, Kobe and Nara so location was extremely convenient.

They are an environmentally-minded hotel, which is great. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Plenty of toiletries. Free cold water was available. They have coin-op laundry on-site. Everywhere was so dirty in our room. We also asked them to clean behind the fridge since we noticed it was dirty after we checked to see why it wasn’t working. We asked them to fix fridge too. Nothing happened. Then the cleaners smelled like body odor. Also our water refill was broken on our floor. Not sure how eco friendly it is to give new tooth brush every night. Also floor was dusty. Then the bathroom was closed in lobby when we got back to hotel. Good location to Lawson and seven 11 and train station

Hotel was exactly what i was looking for, in a single night visit to osaka. Was still able to see a bit of everything and being a few minutes away from a station, was able to quickly go farther south toward the osaka tower. This hotel everything is perfect. Clean, Need & Tidy. Most important is location is perfect. Walking distance to station all shopping area, convenience store or restaurant just behind the hotel including huge entertainment area, night life. This hotel breakfast is super excellent; lots of variety and quality food. Staff are extremely helpful & friendly. All restaurant only next door or right behind the hotel. 2 Minutes take a taxi from Osaka Train Sation cost CAD$8 only. I highly recommend book this hotel for at least 3 nights in Osaka.

スタッフの方もスムーズで印象も良く
快適に過ごせました。
チェックアウト後も無料で荷物を
預かってもらえるのも良かったです。
ロビーで色々なお茶を選べるのは嬉しかったですし
ウォーターサーバーもあるのは助かりました。
細かい部分なのですが、
入浴中お風呂の湯船の上部排水のカバーが外れて、
そのカバーの内側にヌメリがありお掃除難しいとは
思いますが投稿させていただきました。
あと部屋のエアコンが動かなかったのは私の使い方が悪いのか壊れていたのか…
Wi-FiはSNSを見る分には問題ありませんでした。
大阪駅近くなので時折外が少し騒がしい時も
ありましたが休むには問題ないかと思います。
