Clean and with everything you need in the compact kitchen and ideal facilities for a family stay with the separate room for the beds. Comfortable and convenient access to public transport although we often just walked to the main station to save having to change trains.

Everything is there for your stay, even umbrellas and luggage scale at the front entrance. The self help luggage storage is handy though security access to the storage area can be improved. Overall glad that we picked this place for our family trip.

Apartment was very clean. Check in process was pretty straight forward with remote check in, a live agent connects to take a picture of your passports and give you the door code you need. Inside apartment there is a QR code posted that you can use to request fresh towels, etc. as long as you do by 10am they provide same day in the early afternoon. 7 eleven down the street and 15 minute walk to Osaka Station.. which is not the same for the Shinkansen btw but for the subway. Overall worked for us. 15 min walk to Osaka Station and from there about 15-20 min metro ride direct to Universal City Station.

My family of 3 stayed 5 nights at the Bon Condominiums and it was awesome!! The room was clean and spacious, the check in process was simple and the location was great and 10 mins from Umeda train Station. The laundry was very useful as well, but you will have to hang dry your clothes.
One suggestion is to make sure you take screen grabs of the reservation and check out details they send a day before. It seemed like some parties didn’t do so and were confused on how to gain access.
I can’t recommend the Bon enough and we will stay there again next trip to Osaka! Arigato Bon!!

Fantastic place to stay - clean, has 2 grocery stores nearby (family mart and 7eleven) and within walkable distance to osaka-umeda transport hub. There is no staff on site, and communication had to be done mainly via email. With fast response rate. They usually replied within 30 minutes.

Great stay at Bon for my family of 5. Convenient 10-12min walk to JR Osaka stn. Clean, safe and walkable. Interesting virtual check-in. Communication was timely and informative. In-suite washing machine and shower/drying room worked amazingly well! No staff in front lobby, but family mart convenience store also can ship your luggage! Highly recommend. The location was perfect. However, we were assigned to a room that didnt have a working air conditioner. It made the our first night there unbearable since it felt it was so hot and my kids rather hang out in the lobby. Since the rooms were fully booked, we had to switch to a different room for each 3 nights we stayed. This was a better option than having to keep the room and waited in another room while they fixed the air conditioning. We made the best of the situation and enjoyed our stay.

The condo worked really well for us. The ability to shut off the bedroom and make it's own space was perfect for our son. The unit had all the kitchen supplies we needed. The balcony worked well for drying clothes and enjoying the city lights. The location is a busy area so there was a decent amount of street noise but that was part of picking this condo as well. It was so easy to get to all the day trips and activities we had planned. Check in was easy and we felt safe in the building.

Location is a bit far from the station but in a great area. Many konbinis around, we were able to ship our luggage to next hotel. Rooms are roomy enough for 5, there is a bed room that had room dividers that can be slid open or shut. Check-in process is a bit cumbersome but not hard if followed the instructions correctly. This location was nice! There was a family mart and 7-11 pretty close to the condominium. With the convenience stores so close, it was really convenient (lol) to get a late night snack. The condominium was also close to umeda station and Osaka station. Regarding the actual room itself, I had 4 people in my party (including me) and the room had plenty space and a nice kitchen. The bathroom was really nice and the bath was really nice after a long day of walking around. Overall i recommend this to any family who wants a good place to stay in osaka!

가족들과 여행을 와서 더블베드룸 두개를 예약했습니다. 짐보관가능으로 적혀있어 체크인시간 전에 도착 후 보관했는데 자물쇠가 부족해 분실되진 않았지만 불안감은 있어 개인 캐리어 자물쇠를 가져오는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다.

그래도 일본 숙소들에 비해 넓어서 더블베드룸은 4인도 충분히 사용가능할 것 같습니다.

Very comfortable stay for our family of 4. Check in is virtual and very easy. Just follow the instructions on the email they send u 2 days prior to check in. MAKE SURE you received this detailed email prior to arrival. It’s a short 950 meters (7-10) min walk from one of the main metro stations, Osaka Umeda station. Property is very clean and quiet. Situated in a residential area with 7/11 and Family Mart nearby. It’s spacious which makes a comfortable stay for our family. Has washer inside but no dryer so we just do small loads of laundry everyday and hang dry outside the balcony. Bed is comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in Osaka.

The self check in was stressful as we didn’t get the supposed email with check in codes. But once we sent in for the codes, it went pretty smoothly.

I know this accommodation is not a hotel with daily cleaning so I understand to set a realistic expectation going into it; however, I would say that the property was still on the less-clean side as I saw upon our arrival. There were some black dusty debris (not sure what they were) on the floor, some kind of marks on the walls, and the bath tub did not look clean. The accommodation is otherwise spacious and sufficient for a small family to stay in.

Would be full marks except the communication was a letdown. Up until noon of the day of our check-in we had not received an email with instructions. Messages I sent the night before via Expedia’s chat were also not acknowledged or responded to, so we had to call the operator, just 2 hours before check-in. The 8 minutes over the roaming call racked up quite a fee, which was unnecessary and could have been avoided if their administration was in order.
Otherwise: Great location, large space (in Japan, and for a family of 3), good features like a big bathroom and washing machine, and generally a comfortable stay. I would consider staying again if there’s assurance of better communication and service the next time.
