This is only a 5 minute walk from Miami Moriachi metro station so perfect for travel to Dotonburi and beyond. It's in a quiet area so good for rest. The staff were great and breakfast has both Japanese and western options so good for filling up before heading out while giving the option of something new. The room was snug but plenty of space for the 2 of us and there was even a bath

Hotel location is excellent, very near: shopping area, metro-train station, restaurants. Room cleanliness is very good including amenities. Wi-fi provided free with a strong signal. Hotel staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The room size is a bit cramped/small. Over all, we had a pleasant, comfortable stay in the hotel.

The location wasn’t great, pretty far from Kyoto, but it was near a train station which was helpful getting into the city. The room was small (even for Japan) and smelled so horrifically of smoke I had trouble breathing. For some context I have know to be a scocial smoker and he smell doesn’t bother me, this was next level smoke smell. Maybe it was just our room, but we weren’t able to ask for a new room due to language barriers. The lobby and elevators also smelled strongly of smoke. Staff were very polite and I could tell they wanted to be helpful. That’s on us for not speaking the language.

This is absolutely a dirty hotel I stayed in my life. My legs were bitten by bed bugs and then inflammation, redness, swelling, pain and itching occurred next morning. I dared not go to onsen even though I booked the hotels with this facility in the following days. I went to consult a doctor after my journey because the medicine I brought to Japan was not strong enough to get rid of the pain and swellings.

I would NOT stay in this hotel.

We had a good stay at the IL Grande. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was passable. The location was close to convenient stores, cafes and shopping alleys. The reception staff lacked English language skills which made it hard at time to communicate our needs.

This hotel is pretty average. Hotel is close to a station, however there isn't a lot around the area apart from convenience stores, local restaurants and bars. Hotel room cleanliness was average. Hotel would benefit from renovations, because it isn't very modern. Staff speak very little English, knowledge of Japanese helps. I would recommend only staying 1/2 nights.

1. The air-con controller is misleading if you set to your comfort level e.g. 24C. In fact, it uses centralised air-con as it will not work and will blow hot air instead. So please open window if you feel uncomfortable.
2. There's no cotton bud, comb, shower sponge.

OK, but nothing fancy

Nothing fancy about the room except for the very fast free wifi and the room cleanliness.

Apart from that, the room soundproofness is quite bad as you can hear what happened next door if the neighbour is loud or if someone does not close their room fully.

We stayed at the beginning of the corridor and could hear the kids' voice from the end of the corridor if they did not close their door fully. As someone else has already said, the room is also near a freeway, making it quite noisy. Nevertheless, If you are from a very quiet place, it takes time to adopt but it is quite doable. For us, it takes 1 night to get used to it but after that, we found no problem sleeping at all.

The location of the hotel is only 5mins walk to train stations. The problem is if you want to get to Osaka station (or shin-osaka), it is quite inconvenience to use the JR station (Osakatemmangu) because of the way the train runs (trains do not run direct to osaka-temmangu station from osaka station). Therefore, you can only use the subway station (minami morimachi), making transport cost quite expensive, especially if you already have the JR pass.

Older hotel without charm

Hotel is out-of-date. My particular room smelled like urine from the bathroom upon arrival. Since the staff only spoke a little English, I just washed the shower, used a spray, and opened the window to mask the smell for the rest of my stay. But overall, the room and hotel wasn't worth the price. The only pro is that it's fairly close to everything if you're willing to walk about 15 minutes in and out.

Good location, acceptable quality and price

Nothing special to say, spent three nights, a good location for the exploration of Osaka, as well as getting in and out of the city. Did not use the restaurant, did not watch TV. Unlike previous reviewers, had no English communication barrier with the personnel. Bed and pillows could be more comfortable, the bathroom setup was not better than in comparable hotels in Japan.

โรงแรมที่โอซาก้าส่วนใหญ่มักจะเต็ม หากว่างก็จะเป็นแบบคืนเดียวเท่านั้น ไม่มีแบบหลายคืนติดต่อกันว่างเลย เราเลยต้องหาโรงแรมที่ไม่ต้องหิ้วเป๋าไปมาตามเช็คอิน เช็คเอ้าท์ที่ใหม่ทุกวัน เสียเวลาเที่ยวกันพอดี โรงแรมนี้เลยเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุด

與南森町站最近出口距約五分鐘路程，但該出口沒有升降機，帶行李箱者需到較遠出口乘升降機出入。

The hotel is close to both JR and subway stations, just 10 minutes walk. You can walk from the hotel to gardens near the river and also can walk to Osaka Castle. Room and restroom look old but clean enough. Overall is OK.

호텔이 위치한 미나미모리마치는 우메다에서 도보로 15분 정도 걸리는 곳입니다. 따라서 위치는 아주 좋다고 할 수 있습니다. 방은 좁다면 좁지만 오붓하게 하루 밤 지내기에 딱 좋은 사이즈입니다. 단, 방음은 좋지 않은 편입니다. 방에서 이야기를 나누거나 텔레비전을 크게 트는 건 삼가시는 게 좋습니다. 주변에 음식점도 있고 편의점도 브랜드별로 다 있습니다. 뒤쪽으로 도요타렌터카도 있어서 사용하실 분은 사용하시기 바랍니다.

値段の割には満足できる施設とサービスでした。朝ごはんもクロワッサンがサクサクで美味しく、スタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。地下鉄駅からもすぐ近く、コンビニも周辺に何軒かあり便利でした。ただ、夜中に廊下で大声で話してる男性客に眠りを妨げられ、フロントに相談する前に静かになったので大きな問題ではありませんでした。総合的に良かったです。

Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage. Eine U-Bahn Station vom Osaka Station und rund 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Da es direkt an der Hauptstrasse ist, ist es sehr laut und am Wochenende, war es sehr laut auf den Fluren.
Wer es nur als Standort für Ausflüge nach Kyoto, Hiroshima, Himeji oder Kobe nutzt, wie ich ist es ok. Aber auch nicht mehr.

Meine Empfehlungen sind Dotonbori besuchen. Schrill und voll. Und Okonomiyacki essen.

This hotel near metro station(Minami-morimachi Station,南森町) only need to walk within 3 mins. Take only 1 station to Higashi-umeda東梅田駅, central of Osaka. The hotel was build in 1985, which it a bit old, I think they are almost full booking when I get there, they give me room 634, 6/f, with dusk on the floor,
I have book for 3 night but I GF don't like this hotel and we return the room after 1 night.
Very Untidy in the room and I saw spiders on the bed.
Service was good, The staff help us to catch the spider.
Will not come again.

位於南森町地鐵站附近，交通非常方便，但又比梅田的酒店便宜。酒店內有投幣式洗衣乾衣機，可以不帶太多衣服節省行李箱空間，方便shopping。房間內的盥洗用品一律用SHISEIDO，非常不錯。餐廳的早餐種類不算太多，但是味道不錯。

Det er et fint hotel med venlig og hjælpsom personale. Personalet taler ikke særlig godt engelsk, men de gjorde sig meget umage.
Hotellet ligger tæt på en metrostation. Restaurantgaden ligger kun 10 minutters gang fra hotellet.

주요 역과는 가깝지만 호텔보다는 모텔 느낌의 호텔

우메다 역과는 매우 가깝지만 하루 이상 숙박하기에는 좁습니다. 조식 메뉴도 매일 거의 비슷해요.
호텔 보다는 좋은 모텔의 느낌입니다.
저렴하지만 깨끗하고 조식이 나오는 곳에 숙박하고 싶으신 분들께 추천합니다.

靠近梅田的商務洒店

當初也擔心酒店交通不便，但是實際情況也是可以接受。
最近地鐡站出口正在維修，如果酒店可以在網頁提供前往酒店替代路線會更理想。
酒店附近有一間24小時的超級市場及數間牛肉飯店，亦有多間便利商店。
房間基本設施齊備，擺設另睡床靠近房門，每當有客人在通道發出聲音都會騷擾到正在休息的客人～

酒店位置便利，鄰近南森町站，到梅田、日本橋（道頓堀、黑門市場）或天王寺都十分直接方便。附近有便利店及24小時超市。客房雖然整潔，服務人員每天都會更換已使用的牙刷，但面積較小，兩個人和行李箱已佔用幾乎所有空間。

우메다 근처여서 쇼핑하기 좋았어요.
숙소는 조용한 편이었고, 작지만 둘이 사용하기에 불편함이 없었어요.
다만 실외에서 들리는 차소리 같은건 방음이 잘 안돼요.
조식 종류는 적었지만 먹을만 했어요.
방은 생각보다 조금 추웠어요.온풍기를 켜면 건조하긴 했는데..
온풍기 켤땐 창문 열어서 환기 시키고 하니까 나쁘지 않았아요.
화장실 환기가 잘 안돼요..
그점 주의하세요! 일본 화장실은 다 비슷비슷한것 같아요.
내부에 있어서 환풍기 자주 켜두시는게 좋아요.
편의점 가깝고, 데스크가 24시 여서 불편함 없이 다녔어요.

위치는 좋고 로비는 깨끗하나... 나머진 그닥

일단 저는 시끄러운걸 별로 안좋아 하는데 주요 관광지와 지하철로 10분 이내로 이동하는 위치인데 조용하고 편하고 진짜 일본에 주거 하는 듯한 느낌이 들어서 너무 좋았습니다. 동네가 너무 깔끔하고 마켓도 있고 교통도 편합니다. 단, 호텔 내에 단체 관광객들이 너무 많아서 조식때 아수라장 느낌이었어요.. 조식도 메뉴는 괜찮은데 컵이나 식당이 무슨 80년대인줄....

Above Average and Good Overall

Overall the hotel is quiet and comfortable, also convenience and close to minamimorimachi metro station, however the minamimorimachi station entrance does not have escalator so if any guest carrying heavy baggage need to put this into consideration.

미나미모리마치역 4번출구로 나오면 5분이내 위치해서 접근성은 나쁘지않았고~
로비도 럭셔리하고~
객실도 깨끗하게 정돈되고 수건 샴푸 치솔등 필요한 비품도 깔끔하게 준비되어 있었다~
아쉬운게 있다면 호텔위치가 중심가와 다소 거리가 있다는거 뿐~^^

不錯

地點非常方便，離地鐵站只有2分鐘路程。而且四週有不少24小時的便利店和超級市場，地理位置好。房間整潔就差少少，尤其是被子，但酒店職員非常好，幫我們換了張新的被子。總括都不錯，值得推薦。

服務不錯

餐廳服務人員很客氣，房間整理很乾淨，餐點飲食也不錯，房間稍小，隔音沒有很好，櫃檯人員也很有禮貌，交通離地鐵很方便，只是南森町2號出口目前封閉，但是還算進，旅館旁就有天神錦可逛，吃飯逛街很方便

靠近地鐵站，交通方便

靠近地鐡站，交通方便，去京都、神戶交通便極，酒店整體而言是清潔的，只是洗手間沒有抽氣，異味難散，空調溫度控制異於常規，溫度到達標的時，壓縮機停止時送風也停止，室溫驟升，感覺不舒適，要改良。

附近帶商店街很方便

一開始很怕會溝通不到，但員工即使英語有限，也會盡其所能去解答我和朋友的問題，令我覺得很貼心。而且房間非常整潔，床鋪也很舒適，枕頭的高度剛好。不過隔音上有點不良，每天都聽到其他房間關門和說話的聲音，且會聽到隔壁房間的電視聲。房間的空間不大，但總算可以打開兩個大的行李箱。不過雪櫃不夠冷，買回來的雪糕放進雪櫃後，很快就開始溶化，大概10分鐘吧。但整體上是很不錯得，值得再去。

廁所會淹水，交通還算方便。

最後一天住宿廁所排水孔不通，洗澡地板會淹水。期間有一天在凌晨4點洗澡，廁所沒有冷水，只有高溫熱水。房間偏小。交通算是方便。 Tolite is flooding. No cold water at 4am.
