This hotel is a real gem! The staff are so lovely, kind and attentive. They really make you feel welcome at the hotel. The room was clean, light and airy and I loved the view of the river! The room was also the largest I've stayed in so far in Japan.

The hotel has some other services available including breakfast (2400 yen at the time of this review), bike hire, and a rooftop. They also have washing machines and shared fridge space and cutlery in case you need it.

It's less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest station but the walk is nice, by the river.

Great location next to the river and nearby train stations. All of the employees I spoke to knew basic English or just enough to be help answer my questions. Receptionists/breakfast staff were always polite and welcoming. The check in and check out process was incredibly easy. If you're looking for a hotel with incredible views of the river and a great nearby bike path this is a great option.

I really enjoyed my stay. Simple rooms with shared facilities (showers, toilets, fridge and water dispenser) but perfect for a few days away. Great cafe on the ground floor and was a perfect location for a morning run along the river paths. Would definitely stay again.

The team here were so friendly, even giving us recommendations for breakfast and nights out, the room was immaculate and the neighbourhood was beautiful right next to the river and close to transport while not being in a super touristy area. The only thing I’d mention is that there is no wardrobe, so you’re living quite literally out of your suitcase which for anything over five days could get a bit annoying - even some under-bed cubbies would have been a good solution but it didn’t bother us too much!

Great hotel! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is clean and if you have the option to have breakfast in their cafe downstairs, do it. It was so fresh and delicious. You're also an 8 minute walk away from a major train station so getting around town is really easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were exceptional! We loved having breakfast there before heading out for the day. We used the convenient self-serve laundry services, it was easy to use! The room was clean and air conditioning was so nice on the hot days. I will definitely be recommending Hotel Noum to all my friends. We came here for our honeymoon together trip around Japan and the location was very convenient for 4 nights in Osaka.

Not the best area to stay in. It's a bit out of the way of everything. The area is clean, quiet and safe. Just a bit out of the way from the main attractions and heart of osaka.

The room is very basic. No tv, no fridge and no kettle. Theres a fridge on the 5th floor but its communal. So not the same.

The room was clean but not very cosy. The floor was a hard acrylic which can get slippery when getting out of the shower.

The room was also tucked away so it didnt get any sunlight. The room was dimly lit with sunlight, then when you went ouside it was incredibly bright.

Not the worst hotel ive stayed in but i would advise against staying here, despite its cleanliness. Its location, lack of features and personality are a bit of a downer.

The staff were nice though.

It was unfortunate that we stayed at this hotel later in our trip because we couldn't help but compare it to our wonderful stays in Japanese business hotels, where many amenities were included at a much lower nightly rate. That said, our (rather spartan) room had a gorgeous view, was very roomy and clean, featured an outstanding media system, and the bed was very comfortable. In addition, all the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the included Western-style breakfast was outstanding - seven different selections, and the items we were able to try were fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared and presented. The location was excellent - near grocery stores, dining and transportation, and within walking distance to Osaka Castle. We would recommend this hotel to travellers seeking a more Western-style hotel experience.

Favorite hotel in Japan by far. It was a cute little chic hotel a couple minutes from a station, you’re greeted by a friendly staff everyday you walk in and leave, and there’s also a cafe in the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and vibrant with a nice view of the river nearby. I would stay here again my next visit to Osaka

Hotel Noum was perfect for this trip to Osaka. I didn't want to stay in the business of Shinsaibashi or around Hep 5 shopping precinct. And being right on the beautiful river, close to public transport, other shopping centers, convenient food options, it was ideal. The staff are bilingual and diverse in background. The cafe is beautiful and available for that morning coffee pick me up. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality.

A really well designed and centrally located hotel. It was also incredibly well maintained and clean. The coffee was great and the atmosphere was chill. We’d 100% stay again. The only drawbacks were that they had no ketchup condiments for the Full English breakfast, the lift was slow and they were quite uncompromising about the kind of coffee that was included in the breakfast. You could also hear people in other rooms turning off lights and using the bathroom. Small things that would make a big difference if they were to address.

Hotel is located by the river in a pleasant highly walkable neighbourhood. Beautiful Osaka Tenmangu Shrine within easy walking distance and is well worth a visit. Hotel staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Noum. From the moment I arrived I was greeted like a friend by Kiyo and Gen on the front desk. Smooth, easy check in, large, comfortable room, with nice river view and balcony. Great breakfast—I can’t think of a time that eggs Benedict was on a hotel breakfast menu! All the staff I had contact with were very friendly, and professional—Itoka, Aki, Rumi, Izumi and Chibu—they genuinely loved what they were doing and seemed to have fun doing so. As an old guy, one thing that struck me was how young they all were and what an amazing job they did. They have some excellent recommendations for places to visit and especially to eat locally. One evening I ran into two of them in a local restaurant thinking they were guests at the hotel. When I return to Osaka, Hotel Noum will be my go to!

We stayed a night on a return to Osaka during our Japan tour and wish we’d found it earlier - the staff were so friendly - my husband’s favourite meal of the trip was on their recommendation of a local eatery they frequent themselves. The hotel cafe is lovely and has a great selection and is used by locals too - not just hotel guests - which is always a good sign.

Absolutely terrific hotel! Don't hesitate to book if you're in Osaka. I am a solo traveler and these accommodations were excellent. I enjoyed a week stay. They offer a variety of options for rooms, and a bonus for me was they offered laundry facilities, excellent if you're on a long journey and need to freshen your clothes. The staff is great! Again the staff is impressive, bright, and multilingual, friendly and respectfully polite in assisting you, everyone is able to provide excellent support. I'll be back!

The hotel is magnificent. Has all on sight English speakers for anyone of that is a concern. The hotel is clean, and breakfast comes with your booking. The rooms are small, but expected in Japan. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the staff was. They were so polite. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The rooms at the Noum are not the largest I’ve ever seen but they are adequate as long as you don’t bring an entire double wardrobe with you. The en-suite on the other hand is big enough for a game of football. The staff is made up of some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble and they were unfailingly pleasant and polite.. Breakfasts were beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection. Definitely worth the money.

The area is very peaceful and cute, we landed a bit late and went to an Izakaya just up the street and had a wonderful meal there. This was an amazing stay and I wish I could give them more stars! One of the workers, Shin, is a very lovely and kind man. My flight was originally delayed which meant I missed my first night in the hotel, however he assured me I would be able to check in the next day no issue. However the next day I got lost and missed the check in time for the hotel a second time. He still let me check in on the third day without any extra chargers, and in the end offered free breakfast and dinner to make up for the fact I missed the first two nights if my stay even though me missing those nights wasn't his fault. The rooms are clean and have very cute Devore, the breakfast and tea is absolutely amazing as well. They even offer a headspa service which was a lovely surprise that I wasn't originally aware of.
Please if you're saying in Osaka, stay here. It's an amazing experience and the workers are lovely.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Noum. We actually stayed twiced during our vacation to Japan. The reception staff are really personable and friendly, we felt immediately comfortable.

The aesthetic is minimalist and functional. I loved the big windows over the river. The room is calm, no TV or screens or clocks; therefore, very relaxing. Everything was clean and tidy. I recommend getting a larger room if you're bringing large luggage.

The hotel offers amenities on demand so it's not wasteful. There's a laundry room and terrace. I also saw signs that a sauna will be available next month. It's great having a cafe in the lobby--breakfast is delicious!

The neighborhood location is great, close to Osaka Castle, two metro stations and Tenjinbashi market. Hotel Noum is definitely in our top 3 stays in Japan.

It was a close to brand new accommodation. The rooms are super clean and smells new. One interesting feature was there is no TV programmes but the use of YouTube and Netflix. The breakfast was great. Service crew members from the front desk to the mini kitchen was great. You feel at home.

初めて利用しました。一見ホテルらしい看板が無いので、二度前を通り過ぎてしまいました。カフェの中にホテルのフロントがある感じで、大規模チェーンのビジネスホテルなどとは明確に差別化された個性を感じます。
繁華な立地ではありませんが、京阪線、谷町線、東西線の駅に近く、大川右岸沿いの交通量の少ない道路に面して目の前が開けた落ち着いた雰囲気。ホテルのカフェ・レストランに加えて近くにオシャレで隠れ家的なお店もあります。
暗くなるとホテルの目の前の大川の川端で行われる30分ごとに行われる水と光の水上ショー「OSAKAリバーファンタジー」は見どころ。
バスタブとTVがありませんが、これを必要としない利用者にはベストチョイスと思います。

冷蔵庫は共用ですが業務用の冷蔵庫が真夏の滞在にとても役立ちました。
ウオーターサーバーもありますが冷却中のタイミングだったり、冷え加減が今いちでしたので冷蔵庫を活用させていただきました。

部屋にテレビや時計、手元鏡が無いです。バスルームはシャワーのみ。
洗面台の正面の鏡が身長の低い自分には少し高め。

ですがホテル全体の作りや室内のインテリアはお洒落、シンプルで、掃除も行き届いており清潔でとても落ち着く空間です。

朝食メニューもホテルの雰囲気に調和してオーダー制なので、落ち着いて食事出来ました。

ホテルから臨む大川のウオーターショーも昼、夜拝見出来ました。後から調べ期間限定と知りました。

周辺の環境も繁華街とは対照的な雰囲気。地元のお店も気になる場所があり、また機会があればぜひ訪れたいです。

Tolle Lage direkt am Fluss mit Blick in Richtung Downton, Park vor der Tür, mehrere knobinis in der Nähe, Bahnhof 5 Minuten. Schöne Kulisse auch am Abend. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 8. Stock.
Das Frühstück war bei unserer Buchung inkludiert und nicht abwählbar - zum Glück! Die Preise sind nämlich eine Unverschämtheit für hiesige Verhältnisse. Keine Frage, das Frühstück war super, aber ¥2.500 für einen Teller irgendwas ist einfach nicht angemessen. Und das mit dem Kaffee ist auch so eine Sache: der kam meist erst nach dem Frühstück. Außerdem nur Filterkaffee. Der aus dem Siegträger kostet Aufpreis. Das ist einfach peinlich. Direkt nebenan beim Bäcker gibt's Kaffee und belegte bagels to go für ¥950.
Lieber auch Finger weg vom Bier: es blieb das teuerste in 16 Tagen Japan. ¥1.200 für 0,33 nehmen sie nicht mal an der Shibuya-Kreuzung. Das ist ein schlechter Witz. Sowas darf in einem 3 Sterne Haus nicht der Standard sein.
Ansonsten aber alles top. Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Waschmaschinen sind vorhanden, ein Gemeinschaftskühlschrank ebenfalls.

Es un hotel pequeño pero lo suficientemente comodo, cercano a la estacion de metro y tren y de facul acceso en cualquier medio de transporte, un lugar tranquilo, limpio y muy comodo, el restaurante delicioso en el desayuno, probe l3 de las opciones que tienen y todas deliciosas, pero algo que me gusto mucho es la amabilidad del personal que atiende tanto en recepcion como en el restaurante. Volveria a reservar aqui en mi priximo viaje? sin duda!!!

覺得在天滿橋邊有個家

在雜誌上看到noum，但很擔心只是網美拍照好看而已。實際入住後發現，窗台正對著天滿橋的水舞表演，關上燈就是好風景。獨立空調舒適，沐浴用品也很好聞，毛巾是今治毛巾，插座數量充足，衣架正上方剛好是空調出風口，無論是空間利用或設施都無死角，獲得了三個愉快的夜晚。

只有3點希望能改善：1.wifi訊號不穩定，有時候幾乎無訊號；2.除了鑰匙式的自動門鎖，希望能再加一組門擋，提高安全感；3.兩台洗衣機洗過的衣服好像都沒有洗乾淨，不知道是沒有補充洗劑還是洗劑已經變質。

很推薦大家可以留點時間在天滿橋商場與天滿橋筋商店街走走逛逛，無論是咖啡廳或小店都很精彩，去中之島、梅田購物或京都旅遊也很方便，下次抽到大阪城hall演唱會，會再來造訪。

スタッフの方の対応がとてもよかったです。大阪城ホールまで歩いて行けるので、コンサートで大阪に行く方にもおすすめです。

トイレとシャワーが共同の部屋に宿泊しました。フロアごとにトイレとシャワーがあるため、混み合う心配もなく、トイレやシャワーがないことで部屋もシンプルで広く感じることができ、快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの方の対応もとても気持ちよかったです。朝食もおいしかったです。
