Amazing hotel - upgraded on arrival as well which always helps. The room was cleaned very well every day and the swimming pool was very nice with great views of the city. The staff were also lovely and were very welcoming and hospitable.

It’s also in a prime location, walking distance to most of the hotspots

This was the most luxurious experience I had in Vietnam. The room was gorgeous, the hotel staff was friendly, polite, and helpful, the room service and rooftop dining were both spectacular, and the location could not have been better. I was extremely happy with my stay, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip to HCMC.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and was perfect for our family of 4 (2 children aged 7 yrs and 18 mths). We had a two bedroom suite which was perfect. So peaceful despite being in a busy city. The amenities are excellent, the breakfast and in room dining were stunning and the pool was awesome after a hot morning visiting the sites. Amazing location for first time visitors to HCMC. The mall was great for after dinner desserts and there is a great supermarket on the lower floor for all the little things you need when travelling with kids. Will be recommending this hotel to everyone we know.

We stayed in the Suite and also had a Double booked for our family. Our favourite part is the breakfast buffet here and the menu is included to order anything fresh ie waffles, eggs and coffee with such a wide range of options plus banh mi or pho if you wanted! The staff are friendly and helpful, they even called our taxi drivers for us that were pre booked to check for their arrival and helped with all our luggage. We’ve stayed here multiple times now and would definitely stay again!

Great pool! Temp was perfect and they had a true 25-yard available for lap swimming. Only downside to the pool was the bar/kitchen was in a separate property so service was slow. Rooms are very nice, and staff was courteous and professional. Location good for walking to almost anything, and property is located in a very nice mall with plenty of shopping and food options.

Hotel was in a great location, central and walking distance to all the key places. Room was super spacious, we were travelling with our 2.5 year old and was worried we’d be too crammed in one room, but it was actually fine and had plenty of space even with the cot. The pool was also great!

We loved this hotel. Very nice room with comfortable bed, great pool with city views, good rooftop bar. Staff was very helpful, made suggestions for places to get bahn mi and pho at local places and helped us with a Grab to the airport. It’s in a mall which seems odd but it’s not! Mall food court is actually really good.

The hotel is right in the heart of district 1. It's busy and crowded but we didn't have any trouble getting around. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The biggest downside I think would be the traffic. I would stay there again.

Staff were amazing. Shower not designed properly - would leak water out, wetting the bath mat every time. One day, it flooded the entire bathroom. Not a 5* experience from management's part, but front of house staff worked diligently on the situation as soon as I made them aware. In summary, amazing location and staff, but room design could have been more functional.

I booked a tour through the hotel. I paid a premium price because at other hotels a premium price meant a premium tour. However at this hotel I paid a premium price and got a low quality tour. People on the same tour paid half what we did. Very disappointing.

The hotel is in an excellent location. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the walking distance to Ben Thanh Markets, Saigon Square Markets, Saigon Centre shops and popular eatries in Ho Chi Minh City. It was very easy to book Grab and bus tours due to being right near Pasteur Gate entrance to Saigon Centre. We were pleased with our 5 night stay as we had free access to the Mini bar drinks, water, tea and coffee. This was a lovely gesture.

Breakfast was ok, nothing I would remember by. The other draw back was the traffic. Because it is located inside a mall, it was hard for our Taxi to pick us up during the weekend & rush hours. The reception is narrow & small compared to other hotels.

I heard about Fusion Original from my wife's friend. Took a chance and I must say, I am extremely delighted with my decision. The Family Room was large, cosy, two separate bathrooms and with a fantastic living room for our family to huddle together after returning back from dinner. The layout and design was modern with a touch of homeliness. They would also reach out via WhatsApp to see how they can help and at times, it turned out to be very useful. Fusion Original will now be my go to hotel in HCM City.

Have encountered a small teething problem with the hotel during check-in due to registered guest name issue. The hotel policy insist that the guest name MUST BE same as passport name...no initial accepted! If not, they will insist the guest to change it via the booking platform system to regularize this name issue before u r allowed to check-in. Luckily Hotel.com managed to assist on this within 30 min for us while we have to be seated at the lobby area to resolve this Name issue....this certainly did not give a good impression at the start. Hotel is very very centrally located so it's very convenient to move around...but be prepared to face massive jam going in/out during peak hours especially over weekend

Our stay at Fusion Original was fantastic! We booked a two-bedroom unit and it was incredibly spacious for our family of four. The service was phenomenal, the hotel was spotless, and the location was truly the highlight — you can walk everywhere.

Ben Thanh Market is only a 5–7 minute walk away, Saigon Fashion (for all your bargain or knock-off finds) is right across the street, and there are countless cafés, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Being connected to Saigon Centre Mall was also super convenient for shopping and grabbing essentials. Don’t miss Uniqlo inside the mall — they carry Vietnam-exclusive items that make great souvenirs.

My only complaint is the Grab pick-up/drop-off situation. Because the hotel is located inside Saigon Centre, it can be quite painful getting in and out — drivers struggle to access the pick-up point and it can take a lot of time waiting. So if you plan to explore mostly on foot, this hotel is perfect. But if you’re moving around the city often, just be aware that transportation can be frustrating and slow.

Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely return — just be prepared for the Grab logistics!

Hotel is gorgeous! Great location, staff is super friendly and helpful. Each floor (I believe) has a little pantry for extra coffee (w/ a machine that dispenses different types like latte's, cappuccino etc) and snacks as well (like fruits, mini muffins) for free.. ours had on the 21st floor. The room has coffee/kettle in it as well. Pool is huge! AC was great in the room.

Funky and clean hotel in a great location. Service was great. Our only comment would be that the rooms (we had a 2 bedroom suite) are not suited to a family of 5 (3 children). With no option of a rollaway bed we had one child sleeping on the couch and were charged a fee for that.

The hotel is wonderful, if a bit hard to find at first. You need to spot the "Fusion Original" signs within the mall.

The gym is a shared service, and run by another company. Be wary of free PT massages offered at the gym - it leads to a sales presentation about how you need more massage (which I do), priced at VND2M each (compared to VND350k across the street).

It’s important not to expect US styles and customs. This is a wonderful hotel. Elevators are tiny. It’s in a bustling mall. The beds are comfy, rooms clean. Stylish decor and trendy place. The humid smell when you walk in is an Asian thing, it will go unnoticed once you insert your keycard. Recommended for younger travelers who like the central location.

2 bedroom apartment was huge, with two bathrooms. Excellent location. Didn’t use the restaurant or breakfast options as there are so many cheap options at level B2. There is a Free pantry area on each level, however not many options or didn’t really see much available, as these were probably snapped up pretty quickly. Paid for a day at Nest Lounge. Although convenient, it is definitely not worth the fee that is charged.
Pool area is awesome at Level 6 and the huge gym area is a shared gym in the complex-level 6. All in all, a great place to stay in the heart of HCM and shopping.

I stayed at Fusion Original Saigon Centre, Room 2016, from October 21 to 26. Unfortunately, on October 25, I discovered that my Apple AirPods—placed beside my bed—had gone missing. I left the hotel around 12:54 PM (as confirmed by my Grab timestamp), and according to the Find My iPhone feature, the AirPods were still in the vicinity at around 2:00 PM. I only returned to the room at 7:00 PM, and it wasn’t until I headed to the gym at 8:00 PM that I realized they were no longer there.

I’m not suggesting any wrongdoing, and it’s possible someone may have picked them up by accident. Still, losing a personal item inside a hotel room left me feeling uneasy and took away from what could have been a more pleasant stay

the htl manager give us , birthday surprise for my husband . they give ballons with heart shape on the bed and give two complimentary drink in their Miss Thu rest with beautiful sky view . the location of the hotel best inside mall saigon central and opposite saigon square and walk 5 mnt to ben than market. we book many famous rest and delicious all we can walk only 5 to 7 minutes from htl. i will come back again to this htl.

The hotel location is good. But a people check room when i check out not good . Lucky i check out already and i not go yet because i still in a lobby and waiting my friend came pick up me and have a staff come ask me where a Hair Dryer they can't find . I tell them i put inside bathroom same before they put and they come to check and they got it but didn't say sorry with me . I don't have times to talk with them because my friend came in .
