Highly recommend. I was there for a week for vacation. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was some of the best meals I had - variety of western and local options, best coffee ever. Very close and convenient to markets, shops, and dining. It’s located on a busy street but it’s not loud at night or until rush hour in the morning. I would stay here again if I came back to Saigon! Great experience.

Wish she just be honest and or wouldn’t lied since it tainted my view on the place. Despite we have to climb a flight up and down the stairs multi times daily which I don’t mind but I feel worse for workers whom have to help lugging heavy suitcases ups and down one flight from elevator for those staying on that floor. Food was not bad, services were great. Location is great since it’s walkable to Ben thành, dental / beauty clinics.

Unfortunately our stay was short-lived due to an air conditioner problem that made us check out early but nonetheless the location of the hotel is ideal. There is a street market right in front of the hotel so it can be crowded trying to get a Grab to drop you off or pick you up. But this hotel is ideal for walking and restaurants. The hotel also offered breakfast, which was very delicious and had a small variety of food. The view from the Breakfast patio was Very Nice. Even with our air situation, the staff was very apologetic and they tried to help us as much as possible.

First of all, I check in at 11 pm, I did not see the sign that the hotel was on going renovation. They starts construction work everyday at 9am to 11 am and 1 pm to 5 pm. I was jet lag I could not sleep the whole week I was there. I booked with the Expedia app, they can not do anything accommodate me. I can not cancel with Expedia either. The door was hard to open and at my very last day I scan 5 times it still not open and the staff gave me the actual key. The fridge got leak, the restroom got water leak too but I was too tired to complain.

First, I had to change my reservations because we were arriving just after midnight and the hotel could not confirm I can check in at that hour. When we did check in the following day we arrived, our room was very dated. The wood table was all marked up, the bathroom curtain was ancient looking and the bathroom was much to be desired. The chalking around the sink and mirror was all old and moldy and the faucet in the shower was older than me. There was also renovations going on so it was hard for us to nap in the afternoon with jack hammers going on. It was in a great location

One night after heavy rain fall, our room were flooded with water, luckily only a few of our stuff got wet. But they got us another room right away. I think is the renovation failure.

The owner should know better to not torture the loyal customers during stay with loud construction. All their staff, including the manager are great. Hotel Bon Ami is an affordable stay as long as you’re not expecting too much. The rooms are pretty basic and it was hot in the room. The front entrance is beautiful but that’s where all of the money went for the hotel. They only give you one key card and the air conditioner only goes on with a key card in. If you go out in the morning, once you return to your room at the end of the day your room is going to be uncomfortable for 45 minutes. The included breakfasts are TERRIBLE. Not even fruit juice offered, just warm iced tea. My kids and wife couldn’t eat it. Plan on breakfast elsewhere. It is very central and was within walking distance of tons of spots. That was the nicest part of the hotel. The staff were generally nice, especially the young ones.

Bon Ami were great hosts, I had an issue with ants in my first room they were spot on to get it cleaned and taken care of for me and even switched me to a bigger room. They were great at accommodating whatever was needed.
