The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are helpful and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is just okay. You are close to shopping and attractions. We walked easily to restaurants, shopping and massages. The markets are very close and a miney changer.

I stayed at Winsuites Sai Gon Hotel for a few nights. The location is convenient as it is easy to get around from. The room was a bit smaller than I was anticipating but the basics were taken care of.

However, some aspects could be improved.

The room A/C was not working properly so if someone took shower the whole room would stay hot for an hour or so even though the temperature was set at 21 degrees or similar.

Upon arrival the staff told us the rooftop pool will be unavailable for 2 out of the 3 days we were there as they booked it out in the last day or so to a private party. This was a bit random considering that was a big reason we chose this property.

We brought this up to the staff and they were really nice and accomodating and offered to get us access to a neighbouring pool which we ultimately didn't use as it was quite inconvenient.

Also although the location is very convenient, it is located near a busy intersection and the noise from the streets was very loud in the room even though we were on level 9. So be aware if you are hoping for a greats night rest.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable in a wonderful location, within a few minutes walk of the Ben Thanh Market and a ten minute walk from the night walking street.

A major standout for this hotel besides location is the quality and variety of breakfast. Wow! The food was always fresh and delicious. We never went hungry.

One area of concern that was a bit off putting was the constant smell of sewage in the lobby. Thankfully the rest of the hotel did not face this issue and was very pleasant smelling.

Pros: The room was spotless with everything being almost brand new and shiny. The shower is modern. The staff is courteous and attentive. Free minibar each day with 2 beers and soft drink and water. You can walk to Ben Thành market in 3 minutes. Breakfast is above average in terms of varieties.
Cons: there are random but loud noises from external sources all day and most of the night. They are constructing a metro station right outside. There are also loud noises internally and I think it came either from the large water boiler or elevator. There is no decaf coffee in any form.

Location is very good, near the market, metro and only 10 mins walk from the Independence Palace. Breakfast had a good selection and all the staff were very helpful. There were a few issues with the room. If you book a Deluxe and not a room with a view, your view could be a brick wall only a few inches from the window and with little natural light! I would not have minded if this had been clear on the booking. Also, the way the shower head is designed in the bathroom, it turns the area into a wet-room, even though there is a shower screen.i had a few room issues which although I reported them weren’t fixed- the bath drain was partially blocked, and annoyingly a ‘LED night light’ came on above the bed each night which had no switch- I asked for it to be turned off, but it wasn’t sorted.
Overall, it could be and excellent hotel for the level and price, but just missed the mark with the view and room issues.

Very noisy. Hotel didn’t inform us that the next building is doing renovation. Construction started at 6:00 A.M.

Late night check in was not good. We got two rooms, 4 people total but they only brought 2 cups of drinks. Didn’t explained much. We have the VIP booking but no upgrade.

It was stated that there would be afternoon tea but no one tells us where to get it.

Staff were not helpful with assisting. Very unfriendly, no smiles.

Excellent hôtel!

There was a slight problem with the wifi in our room but the General Manager Mr Trish Dang Khoa quickly gave us another room. He took excellent care of us during our whole stay and made sure our transportation to Dalat was as easy as possible. The complementary afternoon high tea was wonderful! The only negative comments would be that coffee in the morning wasn’t to our taste nor hot enough, and that the fact that the hotel offers access to the relatively small swimming pool to non-guests. Backpackers from nearby hostels take advantage of this, the price includes towels and a free drink, and it gets a bit crowded and loud for hotel guests.

Lift did not go to rooftop pool and bar. Having to climb stairs from level 11 to level 13 to access pool & bar could be a deterrent for some. Shame as the view from rooftop spectacular, especially at night.
Room and bathroom, lovely. Walk in shower, enormous. Free minibar fantastic. Lack of drawers disappointing. Not a fan of wardrobe having a sliding door that left half of wardrobe contents exposed.

I specifically reserved a room for 3 nights at the win suites because they offered a beautiful looking rooftop pool and bar., but it was closed the whole time i was there. At check-in the front desk did not even tell me that the pool was unavailable. The hotel did nothing to compensate me for my inconvenience and I feel the cheated me. I could have booked a room with the pool I was so eager to have or I could have booked a room for 25 % less somewhere else. Thevstaff offered no apologies. If you are looking for a hotel.with a working pool i would find another place to go.

A nice hotel in a convenient area - walking distance to palace, post office and markets. Breakfast had plenty of options for western or Asian tastes; afternoon tea was a nice treat 2:30-4:30, we checked in at 4:30 & restaurant waited for us which was very lucky. We were in room 402 with window view to park/road, surprisingly it was not very noisy. Unfortunately we did not use the pool as it was under maintenance. Overall a very nice hotel

Great location, very cental. Beside the markets and malls. Lovely room with a great bath. We had drilling starting at 7am . Wall must have no installation as we could hear the room above us watching a movie and hear the content. Another night a neighbouring room was talking very loudly and we could hear their conversation at 2.45 am .

Winsuites Sai Gon Hotel was a great place to stay, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it a very convenient base to explore Ho Chi Minh City.

The service from the hotel staff was very good, and the rooftop swimming pool is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy city views. The food was great, with plenty of options for gluten-free guests like us, which we truly appreciated. I do wish they had gluten-free pancakes like some other hotels we stayed at, I mentioned it but felt a bit overlooked. It’s a small thing, but it would’ve made the experience feel more inclusive.

One highlight was the afternoon tea, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. It gave us a chance to relax after a day of sightseeing and enjoy the hotel’s hospitality.

For those arriving by air: while the hotel offers an airport pickup service, it is significantly more expensive than using Grab. We found Grab to be safe, convenient, and much cheaper, around a third of the price. Just something to consider if you’re looking to save a bit without sacrificing comfort or safety.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Winsuites Sai Gon Hotel again!

The place was very central. The downsides were that there wasn’t any AC in the elevator or hall ways before the rooms. I asked to be switch to a different room as it wasn’t the same as shown in the booking pictures. In the booking, the bathroom was in its own room. The room we got the shower and toilet were caged separately by clear glass. There were pull down curtains but there wasn’t a bathroom door. There was mold on the pull down curtain in the bathroom. I did ask for a new room with a separate closed off bathroom like the booking photos which staff were accommodating about. There was also construction one of the nights starting at 12-2am that was super loud and kept us awake. We did go to the complimentary high tea but I would say skip if it wasn’t very good. There also wasn’t anywhere to stop in front of the hotel which made it difficult for pick ups and drop offs with grab or any tours that we did. The staff however were very nice. I would stay this is a good place to stay if you want to be very central but if you want a nicer hotel then just pay a bit more and go there.

Location, location.. close to Ben Thanh market (few minutes on foot), and surrounding restaurants.

You get what you paid for I guess, we picked a no window room, and it was tiny, enough for a queen bed. The shower screen was narrow with no door, so water splashed everywhere in the bathroom when we had showers, which made the floor slippery and danger, just be mindful of this.

Breakfast was ok with a variety of Vietnamese and Western, including continental.

This hotel was great for its value. The location is excellent. Close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. Room 701 was spacious with a great view. The reason for 3 stars are:
-the shower is not enclosed enough. It leaks and the whole floor gets wet.
-the restaurant needs to update their menu and upgrade the quality of the food. They also should not charge extra for espresso or cappuccino when you get the breakfast buffet.
-the rooftop view is amazing but the area needs updating.
-the lobby smells strange.
Overall an average pleasant stay. The staff is amazing. Thank you.

The room smelled of mildew when we entered, and the shower had a window curtain that was moldy. Shower set up (partial glass with no curtain) makes it really hard to not get water outside the shower area even when showering close to the wall. Lighting for all mirrors was somehow challenging if you apply makeup. Gym only had two treadmills and I think one bike in a tight space, no weights. All staff were friendly except the staff at the front desk. Breakfast that we included in the reservation only had one tasty dish, better off finding breakfast elsewhere. During check out they made us wait for them to inspect the room but they did not pass us an item our friend left for us at the front desk, so that’s gone forever. That said, they were kind enough to provide extra towels since the wet towels couldn’t try and show us how to get warmer shower water (it wasn’t very hot if you’re used to hot showers).

This was a perfect spot for us, within walking distance of multiple eateries, Ben Thanh market, Central market, Saigon Square, spa places, Viên Bue party street. The hotel was clean, spacious rooms, nice little rooftop spa pool and a decent breakfast buffet. We stayed 7 days and are very happy with our choice.
