Good stay in D1 area

Was welcomed by the extremely friendly receptionist called V. She also provided good information on where I am able to obtain certain food products that are unique in Hanoi within HCM area.

However, hotel may want to check the wiring/electrical in room 202, lights flickering in the toilet sometimes.

I have to paid 300,000 dong extra because my daughter 10years old but taller. I stayed at level 7th without lift. You have to pay mineral water 40,000 from icebox if you taken at counter. What type of hotel you provided. This hotel not recomended for stayed

Friendly staff but old hotel

This is old hotel and it suffered power shortage two times in our second day stay. The hotel lift also not working properly and broken down on third day.
Room is not clean properly, there was cigarette ash left on the floor beside the sofa and hair at the bathroom.
Staffs are friendly and they replace a new kettle to our room when we reported the existing one is not working.
Suggest to go for other hotel if affordable.

Dirty but very convenient

On arrival was given a cold drink and a quick check in. The bedroom was ok apart from there being a large frosted glass window on one of the walls that overlooked the corridors and staircase outside the room. ( It didn’t feel very private to me) also the corridor light would shine into the bedroom. ( very annoying) The bathroom was disgusting it’s obvious that housekeeping don’t care much! I had a dirty floor mat, the sink taps had a black hair on it and the taps probably hadn’t had a clean in a long time. Mould or dirt could be seen on the tiles and dusty filters. ( there is no excuse to be dirty regardless of being a low cost hotel! The air con was blowing hot air, so i complained and they sorted it out for me straight away, had no further issues. The breakfast was disappointing very limited options especially for vegetarians and it seemed that part of the breakfast foods would be delivered in a white box then staff would put on the table. The breakfast table mats were dirty, Why ? It seems that nobody cares about hygiene and thinks that it’s ok for people to stay in dirt. Management need to sort this problem out big time. Staff were mostly pleasant, but either way I don’t think they care hence the dirty areas. Reception arranged a tour and shuttle service to the airport so thank you for that. Overall The hotel is conveniently located 10 minute walk from the independence place. I think that anyone looking to visit the city should look else where.

Basic Hotel with Minimum Need

The Toilet Flushing system were spoilt during the 5 days stay , the bedsheet and pillow are dirty , should opt for a better hotel if staying for 2 or more days ,only good things is near to Ben Thanh Market and easy acess to District 1 place of interest.

Rooms are dirty, not like shown in photos... completely cheating and waste of money.. I think there’s many better available in same cost.. Expedia should cross check hotels before upload photos in advertisement! If like this again then next time I will not book hotel from Expedia..!!!

For the price pay, let not ask for much

Long story short. I will make it in point form

1) Staff is friendly and helpful
2) The room is dusty, and kinda of dirty, i found dust and hair on the bed
3) Air con was super dirty with dust, and at one point it was not cooling at all when we on it to 16 degree already
4) Staff actually wash the air con duct/filter in our room, in our bathroom when we complain about the warmness and the aircon is not working. and wanted a room change.
5) Breakfast was ok, and i must say the price pay for the food is value
6) Staff actually are prompt to request

For the price i pay, i will give it 3.5 out of 5

Great location. Our room wasn't the best (there was a giant frosted window along one wall that looked directly into the hall light but we just turned that off when we went to bed) but shower/bath were clean, bed was comfortable and staff were very helpful.

From cleaning staff walking through eating area during breakfast, reaching in with her bare hands and grabbing a handful of cereal, to not receiving the accommodation we booked and paid for and instead given a fold out bed with no blankets (asked for blankets but was told they didn't have any and given doona covers instead). The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Most staff were ok, but not over accommodating.

Nice location but...
Room was small and different from picture.
Showerhead broken and hotel is a bit rundown.
One key going in and out of the room. You had to leave the key at reception.

Staff was friendly though.

If i had known what the hotel was like earlier i would have booked something else.

Convenient hotel at the city centre

We stayed in this hotel 3 years ago. The reasons for us to return to this hotel are its superb location, reasonable breakfast and excellent staff services. You don't need to take a cab to and fro from the airport; you simply take the airport buses no. 109 or 152 to reach hotel. Plan to come back when the city's metro is put into services in 2020.

The pictures from the website show a much newer looking hotel. The conditions have deteriorated significantly. The shower head in our room, 602, was not mounted. It must have been in that condition for a long time as the attached hose had rust. The curtain was too short for the tub so water ended up on the slippery floor after every shower. The air conditioner did not cool the room properly for the first two days.

The hotel is closed to the Ben Thanh central market and surrounded by lots of restaurants. They are all at a walking distance of 10, 15 mns. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with enthusiasm.

The hotel is over rated for a 3.5 star. The furniture are old, curtains are worn out and part of the wall paper are peeled off. The photos displayed on the website are very deceiving as they look exactly opposite in person.

This is a very small hotel, though rated as 3 STARS, reckon at BEST only 2-2.5 STARS. The rooms are small and old. Some of the front staff are not helpful, in fact quite rude. The location is quite centre as it is in District 1. Most of the sights are within walking distance. The famous BINH TAY MARKET is within walking distance; so are the other sights, as they are all gathered around DISTRICT 1. Many restaurants and shops around; so are HOTELS !!! The buffet breakfast is acceptable. Nothing exceptional about this hotel. could try other hotels for comparison !!!

I was disappointed. Close to Ben Thañh Market.

This is not a 3 Star Hotel for sure, the buffet food are very little, bathroom has no shower door, holes in tub, 1 electrical outlet is unsafe condition.

Ultra cheap price for a fairly decent stay

For travelers with budget. I never tried their breakfast but bedroom is small, no view. Hard mattress. However clean n tidy, can totally justify its cost and perhaps more.

Hotel staffs offering good smile and can speak fluent english, tour package available which ease customers as tour agency will arrange pick up from hotel to tourist spots according to package. Breakfast served by hotel was nice however the dining area was too small. There were only 4 tables available, so all have to based on first come first serve basis. Hotel location is convenient as it located quite near to few must go places. Overall it's nice experience in Saigon for four days three nights. Traffic condition is somehow terrible as bikes will travels on passengers path as well. Vehicles are pressing horns all the ways, noise pollution. Coffee is always the best over which I have ever tried, and most importantly, it's addicting. I feel like drinking coffee all days during my visit in Ho Chi Minh Vietnam.

Return stay after 2 years

Hotel has deteriorate since I stayed with them 2 years ago. I booked 4 rooms in total for 1 night, my room's shower tub was cracked . The aircon in my friend's room was working and only blew normal air. They had no extra pillow or towel when I asked for extras in the night for my family, was told that only the morning shift had access to these items. The whole experience was so different from my last visit with them. Will be the last time I stay with them.

L'hôtel a changé par rapport à la première fois où j'y est séjourné. La salle petit déjeuné n'existe plus et a été remplacé par un petit salon de massage, donc pour le petit dej, se rendre à l'hôtel juste à côté où l'on peu trouver un petit dej vraiment pas terrible.

When checking in, I was transfered to another hotel, even in the neighborhood. The hotel, Lien Thanh, provided the room, which wasnt so bad. There is a bathtub inthe room, when filling in it, hot water has stopped, then the bathtub was cold. The shelf on the wall was just above the toilet and located on a so low position that I was nearly hit my head at the corner edge when standing up. The bath floor is slippy when it is somehow wet. Generally the bathroom isnt satisfying.

For overall impression, good room. However, for specific matters, there are something not satisfying. For example, the bath tub was without plug to keep water, so it needs to call staff to bring it. The bed was somehow so hard, etc. Not bad, also considering good location, but not so competitive than others.

立地が大変わかりづらいです。また、このホームページの写真と内装が全く別物です。
2階の部屋だったのですが。従業員の通路にもなっているようで、立てつけが悪いから隙間があり、のぞけるようになっていました。
アメニティーは、パジャマはありません。
バスマットも汚いものが1枚置いてあるので使いませんでした。スリッパを持っていくことをお勧めします。
なお、タクシーは受付で読んでもらったほうがぼったくりにあいませんよ。

This hotel has changed the name and then I couldn't see whether I have arrived at the right hotel. However, it is surely the hotel previously named Pavilion. As with the hotel name, the room has been renovated, and the equipment seem finer than before. Along with other many restaurants around the hotel, this hotel can be recommended.

Incompétence du groom : perte d'une valise sur 5 pendant le transfert des bagages dans 2 chambres.
Mauvaise foi du personnel : la valise en question n'a jamais existée et n'est jamais arrivée à l'hôtel.
Absence de Direction : les enregistrements vidéos des caméras de surveillance ne sont pas accessibles immédiatement ni ultérieurement par le personnel.
Destruction des preuves : argumentaire au début rassurant en attendant le lendemain pour l'effacement des enregistrements vidéos.
Honnêteté douteuse: revirement de la situation, le personnel nous prend pour des menteurs et nous avise d'aller se plaindre aux autorités!!

便利の良いロケーションにある安宿

写真とはだいぶ違います。それでも娘の体調が悪いと伝えるとチェックイン時間を早めてくれたり、2ベットのつもりだったのにエクストラベットを持って来てくれたり…サービスは良かったです。部屋の鍵が掛かりにくかったが、これもよくあるトラブル！？古いから仕方ないって感じ。シャワーのカランも老朽化で水漏れしてて、シャワーとしてちょっと不足感があったが、まあこれも価格の範疇だと思います。綺麗なホテルを希望する方は止めた方が良いですが、ちょっと外国旅行の安宿体験をしたいなら酷過ぎないけど、ちょっと色々ある感じなので楽しめると思います。全面改装はちょっと言い過ぎだと思います。我々の泊まった部屋は少なくとも改装されてなかったかなと思います。

... ist das Beste am Hotel. Leider verspricht die Internet Seite mehr, als das Hotel hält. Leider funktioniert eine Menge überhaupt nicht. Zum. Beispiel haben die meisten poweroutlets entweder gar keinen Strom, oder sind an den unmöglichsten Stellen (z. B. hinter den Kleiderschrank) angebracht, sodass sie nicht benutzbar waren. Die Sanitäranlagen können einen erschlagen, wenn man nicht aufpasst, weil fast gar nicht befestigt, oder wieder Lose einfach gegen die Wand gestellt.uvm. Schade, denn das Personal bemüht sich sehr, ist aber beim Zustand des Hotels irgendwie machtlos.

ベンタイン市場にすぐ行ける立地にあるホテル、夜の外からの音は、立地的にこの周辺のホテルはどこも部屋まで入ってくるのはしょうがないことか、シャワーは、みんなが使う時間には、出が悪くなった、朝食は、一階の食堂で食べるのだが、席数が少ないのでバタバタと食事をして次の人に譲るような形となる、エアコンの元のスイッチが分からず、受付に言うとスタッフは、すぐに対応してくれた
立地、値段からすればこんな感じかなと思う

seleにつられて予約しました。割引後の料金がもともとの料金のようです。
部屋の写真も全然違いました。
ティーセットがあってもポットやお湯がなく飲めません。連泊してもアメニティーの補充もありません。
ベトナム語・英語が喋れないので文句も言えず…
とてもがっかりでした。
