It's a 3-star hotel, but the price is closer to 4-star. However, the food and other services are excellent value for money.
However, the pool is smaller than it appears in the photos. It's more for couples' enjoyment, not for exercise.

My father became very ill , and as a result passed away last week, and I had to cancel all my trip bookings including airlines and hotels about a week before the date and paradise refused to refund any amount of the 3 nights stay and took all my money for nothing.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel over the last week, we actuality left a 5 star hotel less than 2 kms up the road after one night due to being overpriced and not great service, we booked the Paradise Hotel last minute and when we turned up we instantly felt comfortable, staff were great, environment was great, room was more than expected, the rooftop pool and bar area was a great spot for a relax and recharge in the afternoons!

This isn’t my first time staying at this hotel, but I’m very disappointed this time. I booked a Premium Double Room with a bathtub for three nights, but was informed upon arrival that the bathtub had an issue and couldn’t be used. Does this mean the hotel only has one such room, or that the problem couldn’t be fixed over three nights?
They offered me a room of similar price instead, but that completely defeats the purpose of choosing a room with a bathtub. I feel misled.

There is only 1 thing I like is the location close to Ben Thanh shopping. I just want to remind everyone when you book the room at this hotel. They are cheating you and did not give you the room exactly what you've booked. But when you complain they tell you to pay extra money in order to upgrade your room, that is totally unfair to me. I will never ever stay at this hotel again.

Be careful when you book this Hotel. I booked a Premium room and they gave me a Deluxe room with No Bathtub. They told me if I pay another extra $40 a night , they will give me a Premium room. I can't believe it and I couldn't get any help from Expedia because I don't have their numbers in Vietnam. The food here is so terrible, I asked for an egg and cook over hard, they gave 2 eggs cooked over easy. The chefs here are never listen to what you want when you ordered your food. I couldn't stay here again. NO MORE.

The staffs and management are heartless. They will find all the little things you don’t pay attention and penalize you. If you’re not a local you should really think twice before booking here. Hotel, rooms, and pool do not look like photos at all. I almost fail off the stair couples time. It’s not safe. Their hall way smell so bad. It’s extremely difficult to open the shower door and walk in. I wouldn’t recommend any stay at this place

Our breakfast was included, it was very delicious way to start off our day right! Only thing.. their gym section was very small, but we were 5 mins away from another gym that was really not expensive. Very satisfying stay! Would go back for sure

Sometimes plans change and they need to learn how to accomodate their guests. We originally booked 6 days but found out we had family going to De Nang so we requested to modify our stays. I understand if we asked the next day but we requested to modify our stay same day we checked in to stay for 3 days instead of 6. They were not willing to help or accomodate us at all.

I had a problem where my slipper from pool disappeared thankfully two people witnessed I had two slippers on when I came to pool ! The manager initially said they cannot find it and after the Norwegian guest said to look at video he returned saying my slipper was in front of my room door ! They take a deposit of £30 and I wonder what exactly happened !

The staff are amazing. The rooms are very clean and our room was quite spacious. The bathroom is a strange design with a large window to the main living area, but it was functional. At night a nightclub was playing very loud house music that went on until daylight but that was no fault of the hotel.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Were able to help out with tours and advise on when to get to the airport for our next flight. Room was clean and general room serviced daily. Standard checkout of 12pm was excellent. We had one day where bath towels weren’t replenished after a service however staff were very responsive when notified. Door staff were very responsive also with bag collection on pick up and making sure the elevator has been called when they see you walking up the front steps.

This is a great little boutique Hotel that has all the facilities you need if on Holidays. Nice roof top pool and bar as well as nicely appointed rooms. Breakfast was more than adequate and is great location with plenty of restaurants and bars very close.
Only minor fault is it has only one lift so at times you can be waiting for quite a while, but would not hesitate to stay here again.

Because we booked in advance they tried to give us a room that was not what we payed for and we emediatly asked to be transfered.
