The property is at a prime location downtown. They have a private driveway for taxi pick up and drop off. The food was decent. It is an older hotel, but well maintained and in good condition. Overall, a good stay for us. We will be back at this hotel if we visit Ho Chi Minh city again.

I enjoy my stay every time I visit Ho Chi Minh City. New World hotel is my first choice.

Mr Quoc help me feel like a VIP. He helped me with reservations at a local restaurant and also set me up at a barber to get my haircut. What an experience.
I love New World. The waitresses Thy Linh and Ann. and management Miss Yen in the whisper lounge are always the best.

4th time at this hotel - absolutely worth it. Location is perfect, next to many restaurants and close to Ben Thanh Market. The employees are wonderful in every possible way. Lounge is def worth paying a little extra. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. Will def be back!

Staff and service were exceptional! The crucial down point is the noise level. Soundproofing from the outside was really good, but not within the hotels. At nighttime, around 12 AM already, I can still clearly hear the noise of cleaning from other rooms, toilet flushes, door banging, and the staff talking to each other. My room was sprayed with a very strong mango scent, which is kinda too strong to be pleasant.

Wonderful 5-star hotel conveniently located at the center of Saigon within walking distance to all major attractions. The hotel facilities and hospitalities were excellent.
One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was that it advertised that it has an onsite tennis court.
Unfortunately, tennis court was recently leased to external company and they had converted into pickleball courts. Which was a downside for me.

Had the VIP package and it was great. Loved the breakfast area, food and drinks. Had the coffee, water and soft drinks available all day long. Pool area nice, spacious and clean. Although they were working on the roof to install solar panels it was opened which we appreciated. Rooms are nice and clean.

When walking the hallway, feels unease, scary, feel unsafe.
At time , walking the hallway, feel like someone is walking behind you.
For a five star hotel , why not bright up the hallway and ad LED lights.
