The hotel is a bit dated and there was no shower curtain in our room. Cleanliness is acceptable and the beds are comfortable. The view was good, overlooking the bridges.

The location is superb and Lotte department store is within walking distance. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby.

I stayed here for four nights in December, choosing the hotel for it's close location to the metro and also for views of the harbour. It was lovely to sit in the room at night with the harbour all lit up. It was a short walk across the bridge to the metro station and also Lotte Department Store - which also had a supermarket, amazing food court in the basement and an even more amazing garden and observatory at the top of the building. The hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear, and the wait for the lift can be very, very long at times (close to 9 minutes the morning I checked out). But worth it for the harbour views and reasonable cost.

The property was old but not terrible. You get the harbor view which was nice to wake up to and the workers were really nice. The convenience store was attach to the hotel so you didn’t have to walk out. It wasn’t near by much shopping which you do have to take the bus down more but the bus station was near by so getting around wasn’t bad as we only stayed here maybe two nights for our day tour. With future upgrades, this place has potential for longer stays.

Pictures and descriptions provided by staff was completely underwhelming and did not justify the actually state of the property. Firstly, the elevator situation was extremely inconvenient. Having 3 elevators (2 of which were odd and even floors only) for 24 floors for so many people was ridiculous. It would take 15 min at times because the only 1 option would be full, so we would have to wait for another elevator. It was crazy and made the hotel experience worse. In addition, the room itself was not at its optimal cleanliness and when we first went in, the wifi and the TV didn’t work. They fixed it quickly though. Lastly, the laundry room was also really inconvenient as you had to take 2 separate elevators and there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers for 24 floors of people staying in one hotel. Will not return, but hopefully other people had better experiences.

It’s a few minutes from the subway and there’s a bus station right in front of the hotel. The police station is across the bridge. It was clean, and offers food all day. I didn’t have breakfast at hotel but it’s $17 a day. The elevator gets really busy in the morning but they have a spa and free laundry. I really enjoyed my 5 day stay. I was a solo traveller and the front desk was helpful and conscientious.

Hotel is nice and comfortable with a very good location. Just 3 to 5 mins walk away from Lotte Mall and a busy shopping street where u can get all the best food and shopping. For the rate, this is definitely a good choice.

Worst hotel

The room is very worse for wear (not like pictures at all). The headboard had visible staining, AC was not work properly (was hot) and hotel amenities did not get refreshed. The feel of the rooms also were not cozy like other hotels. The makeup of the room was subpar (bed was not made properly - sheets not fitted, duvet not straightened, etc) and the hotel building was a mix of maybe 2-3 other hotels and so the wait for the lift is long as it had 24 floors. The room also had different branding of the other hotels (North Harbour hotel and Midi Hotel) so it was apparent that they kind of just slapped furniture together. Kind of made you confused to be honest. Also when using taxi/bus, they sometimes don’t want to drop you off at the hotel as it is on a busy street and they can’t do a U-turn, so its really inconvenient especially since we travelled with a baby.
The view was nice though as you got a view of the harbour and downstairs had a CU convenience store - that’s probably about the only good things about this hotel.
I would not come back.

Hotel Adela is located in an older building along with one other hotel that seems to manage a small portion of the floors. You can easily get to most tourist destinations from here via the nearby bus stop. The nearest subway station is across the bridge, which was inconvenient during our visit in the dry/windy winter. Self laundry was available for free in the basement floor but was time consuming. Furthermore, the dryers did not dry our clothes well despite running for more than 2 hours on normal dry mode. Staff was helpful in providing an extra room key when we lost one of ours while sightseeing. Convenience store on ground level is helpful. Cleaning services left a bag of new towels and water outside our door when we left our \"do not disturb\" sign on.

This hotel was just average. Upon arriving in the evening, one hotel staff member was short and snippy for no reason when checking in. They proceeded to get annoyed when we couldn't get the keycard to work because the floor written on our card was the wrong one.

The room itself absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke and the cleaning service wasn't until the late afternoon, a very inconvenient time. The restaurant inside the hotel appeared shut down.

The buffet lunch was quite good with amazing views on the 24th floor, those staff were excellent.

At the end of the day, it got the job done for what it is, but it felt a bit very overpriced for what we got.

My rating is based on my personal experience and It was very disappointing.
First of all, hotel is identified as 3 different names and this could be misleading when you are trying to locate the building.

Here are my pros and cons:
- Lobby is small and very busy with limited sitting.
- Hotel room looked nothing like the photos on Expedia website… tears and stains on wallpapers, dirty carpet and they provide towers that look and feel like they’ve been used for years.
- Hallways are dark with limited lights.
- Elevators are very slow.

- Good view of a bridge and ocean

We ended up moving to a different hotel. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a refund since their cancellation policy doesn’t allow it.
However our family was happy that we moved to a different hotel and enjoyed our time in Busan.

This property is a couple blocks from the Nampo station, just two stops from Busan Station, if you’re arriving by train. It has amazing harbor views — well worth the upgrade. The buffet breakfast is inexpensive, varied, and convenient. One highlight, Raon Massage located in the lower level is fantastic.

The Adela is located in a fascinating, historic part of town. Gritty, but in an interesting way though probably not for everyone. So location? I liked it. View of the Harbor? ditto. HOWEVER, the room itself is a problem. I hate to do this, because the staff is really nice but....the photos vastly exaggerate the size and condition of the rooms. My \"deluxe\" double was cramped, the carpets are dated and not so clean. The bed was moderately comfortable. The \"desk\" looks like it was salvaged from an elementary school in 1950 --completely scratched and scarred wood--and the \"easy chair\" is old and worn with badly cracked leather, essentially unusable. So four star hotel? Um, no way. And ok, I know this can happen in any hotel these days but the deal breaker is: BEDBUGS. Yeah. I was there three nights and started noticing those telltale red itchy welts on night two. Maybe they are not in all the rooms, but they sure were in mine. So now I\"m heading home where I will throw all my clothes in a hot dryer and toss out my suitcase, which luckily I was thinking about dumping anyway. I'd stay away.

The room was not bad. It was clean and decent size. The part I did not like was the elevator. You wait at least 10 minutes plus for the elevator. It was always packed because of people checking in or out with luggage. Elevators are small so not too many people can fit in. It took us 20 minutes just to get on the elevator when we checked out and it stopped at every floor because people are waiting to get on.

They gave us the smallest room available even though we had 3 beds. The room we had to expensively upgrade too didn't even have hot water. Elevator system was slow and took forever. They didn't fix the hot water until the following day and so we had to take cold showers in a cold temperature country.

It was located in convenient location from the Jeju Airport, easy access from city bus lines. The room I stayed was very clean, very comfortable bed. The staff were pretty cordial. The only thing I didn't like is the hotel is located in the back of the main street and it was not well lighted area. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I could live in that bathtub

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. You really will have a view of the harbor and the bridge. It's a real working harbor full of tug boats and I love to watch them come and go. You can't hear any noise from below inside your room. There is a convenience store just outside and to the right of the front door of the hotel. There is a police station directly across the street. A 5 minute walk across the bridge out front gets you to Lotte mall where there is a grocery store and a department store for any travel essentials you may have forgotten. I recommend picking up a bath bomb there and enjoying it from your room in the evening. The lights from the harbor twinkle and the bridge lights change color and it's completely relaxing. You can find restaurants and food in any direction. Due to a dreadful airline delay, I missed the first two days of my reservation, and I had to extend my reservation by a day to complete the work I went there for. To my relief, the hotel held my room.

In case you're wondering, this hotel used to be called Busan Midi Hotel. I stayed here January 2022 and it was under that name. The interior and exterior are the same, it's only a name change. I even had Busan Midi on some of my towels at Adela. The location is perfect for an unwinding after work, so I'll continue to stay here each time I visit Busan.

Very easy access by bus or subway, great location that allows many different activities according to many different moods. The hotel is pleasant, staff very welcoming, restaurant in 24th floor is good. Rooms are clean and have great view. A little painting and carpet refresh would be welcome, and bedding could be improved. Also, breakfast provides very basic options, fruits and vegetal milk products would be welcome.

가성비가 좋고 깨끗하며 편안하게 지냈습니다.

전체적으로 가성비가 좋은 호텔입니다.

장점을 나열해 보자면
1. 방은 깨끗하게 청소되어 있어서 좋았습니다.
2. 방도 비교적 여유있게 공간이 있었습니다.
3. 화장실도 구조가 좋았습니다.
4. 헤어드라이어가 성능이 좋았습니다. 보통 호텔 드라이어는 출력이 약한데 이 호텔은 출력이 가장 좋았던 것 같습니다.
5. 조식이 마음에 들었습니다. 후기에서 먹을 것이 없다고 해서 기대하지 않았는데 역시 가지수는 별로 없었지만 어차피 아침을 많이 먹지는 않는 편인데 가장 중요한 에그 스크램블을 참 잘 만드시더라구요. 소시지도 괜찮고...또 감자도 개인적으로 잘 맞았습니다. 커피는 연하게 나와서 저한테는 좋았는데 까다로운 분의 평가는 별로 좋지 않을 것 같습니다. 그리고 라운지(24층)에서 식사를 하는데 뷰가 너무 좋네요.
6. 객실뷰가 마음에 들었습니다. 요금을 더 지불할 가치가 있었습니다. 해운대 웨스틴조선과 같이 깔끔한 해안선이 한눈에 들어오는 그런 일반적인 뷰가 아니고 배가 다니는 항구 뷰인데 그런 것이 정말 특색있었습니다. 가끔 뱃고동 소리도 들리는데 낭만적이었습니다.
7. 인근에 맛집이 많았습니다. 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 맛집과 시장 등이 많아 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 남포동만 가보고 영도에는 맛집이 별로 없는 줄 알았는데 좋은 집이 많았습니다.
8. 부산역에서 가까웠습니다.
9. 근처가 깔끔하게 정비되어 있는 예쁜 거리는 아니지만 항구를 낀 포장마차거리를 포함해서 색다른 산책거리가 많았습니다.
10. 시간 당 만원만 지불하면 되는 레이트 체크아웃이 좋았습니다. 일정이 맞지 않아 짐들고 미리 나서기도 애매했는데 레이트 체크 아웃으로 일정을 딱 맞게 진행할 수 있었습니다.

단점으로는
1. 저는 개인적으로 만족했으나 조식의 가짓수가 적기는 했습니다.
2. 한 건물 안에 다른 호텔도 같이 운영되는 듯 합니다. 그래서 그런지 택시 기사님도 헷갈려 하시더라구요. 한 건물에 여러 호텔이 운영되는 것이 갸우뚱 하게 되면서 고급지다는 느낌은 들지 않았습니다.

전체적으로 마음에 들었고 다음에 가족들과 느긋이 영도 여행을 하게 되면 다시 묵고 싶은 곳입니다.

프로트 직원들이 불친절했어요.

프로트 직원들의 불친절에 정말 화가 났어요. 한 명은 본인이 잘못 얘기해서 일이 꼬인 걸 알면서도 사과하지 않고 다른 한 분이 오해를 해 제 잘못으로 넘겨 제가 아니라고 하니 그 분은 상황 파악하더니 얼렁뚱땅 그냥 쓱 넘어가 버리는 모습이 황당하기 그지 없었어요. 항의를 하려다 말았는데 생각할수록 이해가 안가더라구요. 여행이나 세미나를 자주 다녀 호텔 이용을 많이해 오다 코로나 이후 못하다 정말 좋은 기회가 되어 왔기에 그 실망감이 엄청 컸어요. 프론트 직원분들 서비스교육이 절실히 필요해 보입니다.

최고예요!

항구 전망 방 예약했는데 생각했던 것보다 훨씬 좋았습니다 ㅠㅠ 고층으로 배정받아서 더 좋았던 것 같아요
근데 통유리라 그런지 낮에는 바다에 반사된 빛이 그대로 들어와서 많이 더웠어요 그래도 암막 커튼이 있어서 다행이었네요 !
숙소 바로 앞에 경찰서가 있어서 좋았어요 또 하우스 키핑도 깔끔하게 해주셧구요
이 가격에 이런 시설이라니 ㅠㅠ 너무너무 좋네요
카페 직원이나 프론트 직원은 너무 차가운 사람들이었지만 그래도 깔끔하고 가성비에 카페 크루아상이 너무 맛있어서 다음에 무조건 다시 가려구요

아쉬운 숙박박

첫날 룸컨디션은 깔끔하고 좋았는데 둘째날에 안좋은 기억이있네요
일정때문에 일찍 나가게 되어 일부러 문고리에 청소 원한다는 표지까지 걸고 나갔는데도 청소가 안되있었어요
프론트에 문의하니 깜빡 했다는 말을 하셨는데 도무지 이해가 안가네요. 그냥 나간것도 아니고 문고리에 걸어두고까지 나갔는데 어떻게 깜빡할수가 있는지
그리고 깜빡했다고 말하는거 자체도 이해가 안되구요
마지막날 일찍 나가게 될거같아서 기계식주차 관리하시는 분께 아침7시쯤 나가게 될거같은데 그때도 차를 뺄수있는지 계시는지 확인까지 다하고 안심하고 기계식 주차를 하고 다음날 내려왔더니 아무도없고 프론트에 연락해도
아무도 없냐는 말만 되물으시고..
결국 프론트에 계신분이 내려오셔서 빼주셨습니다.

Amazing views and service!

Gorgeous view for an unbeatable price! The room itself was very comfortable and the service was excellent. Very good location close to bus and subway stops. Good option for friend groups as they have rooms with triple beds as well! Seriously waking up to the incredible harbor views was one of the highlights of our trip!

6월초 에어컨가동됨, 먼지폴폴~나서 별로였고
욕실 좁았으나 그래도 사용하기 불편한것은 없었습니다
침구류 상태 깨끗
조식 빵~ 맛있음
체크인,아웃 직원분 친절함~
아,, 그리고,, 17층예약이었는데 8층 라운지 구경할려니, 엘베 사용이 불가함,,, ㅜㅜ
부산역~택시~미디호텔까지 멀지않고 송도~영도 코스 여행 하기 딱좋음~

갈맷길 코스에서 가깝고 지하철도 가깝고 자갈치시장 가깝고 직원들 친절하고 객실 깪 깨끗하고 모든게 좋았습니다. 아! 크로와상 정말 맛있어요.

자갈치 시장 국제시장등 도보 이동 가능하고 항구뷰 좋아요 침구류도 좋았습니다. 다만 바닥카페트는 개선이 필요해 보여요 호텔 뒤편 포장마차도 좋아요 편의점도 있어서 이용하기 좋아요 1층 커피집은 커피는 그냥 그래요 빵은 맛있어요

프론트 직원은 매우 친절하고 객실도 괜찮습니다만, 주차가 큰 문제입니다. 기계식 주차라서 입출차가 오래 걸리고 직원이 무례한 것은 아니지만 친절하다고 느껴지지는 않습니다.

가족여행 잘묵고 갑니다.

침대랑 침구가 안락하고 깨끗했어요.가격대비 너무 좋은 서비스 받고 갑니다. 걸어서 영도대교 건너면 롯데백화점과 자갈치시장이 바로에요 .
주차타워에서 차빼는 시간이 걸리는 편이지만 그외 불편한점이 없었어요

출장으로 왓는데 방은 하버뷰로 하세요.
괜리 여행온거같구 기분좋습니다.
피트니스 센터는 매우 작습니다.
하지만 침구 및 기본 가구 청결 상태는 좋네요.
무엇보다 방이 건조하지않고 습도 조절이 잘되는거같아요

다음에도 밸류호텔을 이용할 예정입니다.

커넥팅룸 이용했습니다. 아주 만족합니다. 항구뷰가 너무너무 이뻐서 밖에 안나가고 그냥 호텔에서 지낼정도로 좋았습니다. 특히 front desk 에서 체크인과 체크아웃 도와주신 최용준 Staff 가 친절하고 센스있게 잘 도와주셔서 편안하고 기분좋은 이용후기 남기게 됬습니다. 감사합니다.

Parking service was sub-par to say the least. The employees were not aware of where-about of my car, which led to my group's waiting on the car for about 40 minutes, before employees realized that the car was parked outside of the park tower. What a mess

The biggest plus is it’s close proximity to Lotte department store and it’s adjacent subway nampo station
