Silverland Hotel Ben Thanh is, without question, one of the best and most modern hotels in Saigon. We choose to stay here every time we visit because it consistently delivers outstanding service, excellent amenities, a prime location, and exceptional value.

The level of customer service is remarkable. Every staff member is warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. During our most recent stay, we hosted my sister’s wedding welcome party on the rooftop, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make the event special. They worked closely with us to accommodate our food requests and assisted with decorating the space, creating an intimate and romantic setting with beautiful views of the city. Their attention to detail and willingness to exceed expectations made the evening truly memorable.

The guest rooms and bathrooms are stylish, modern, and impeccably clean. The design is both elegant and functional, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. Large windows provide excellent views of Saigon and the Ben Thanh area, adding to the overall experience.
The location is unmatched. The hotel is located directly next to Ben Thanh Market, making it easy to shop, dine, and explore throughout the day, then return to your room to drop off purchases before heading back out. Major malls, restaurants, and popular District 1 attractions are all within walking distance, which makes getting around extremely convenient.

Silverland Hotel in Ben Thanh is hands down the best and most modern hotel in Saigon. We stay here every single time we visit, and it never disappoints. From the exceptional customer service to the amenities, location, style, and price—everything about this hotel is top-tier.

The staff truly sets this place apart. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they consistently go above and beyond to make your stay special. We even hosted my sister’s wedding welcome party on the rooftop, and the team exceeded all expectations. They worked with us to source the exact food we wanted and helped decorate the space beautifully, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere with stunning city views. It was such a memorable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better support.

The rooms and bathrooms are chic, modern, and spotless, with thoughtful details and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-designed, functional, and feel luxurious without being over the top. The views overlooking Saigon and Ben Thanh are also a huge bonus, especially at night.

The location is unbeatable—literally right next to Ben Thanh Market. You can shop and eat all day, then easily drop off your bags at the hotel and head back out. You’re within walking distance of malls, restaurants, cafes, and all the best spots in District 1, making it incredibly convenient for both first-time visitors and frequent travelers.

The whole experience was perfect. Staff was so accomodating, they helped us carry the luggages up the stairs, beautiful welcome treats and detailed check-in instruction, the hotel interior itself has won many awards, the room is warm and clean, it has everything we need during our stay. Staff offered to keep our luggage after check-out until we were ready to head to airport. They even offer afternoon tea and access to shower and pool when we have checked out. The short walk to everything was also a bonus point. We look forward to be back.

Buffet options were really good too, love their local options. Bath tub is a great addition too! With the jacuzzi function. I had a great stay at Silverland Ben Thanh, and several things really stood out. The room was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful details that made it feel both comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which added a warm touch to the experience. We also appreciated the amenities, especially the relaxing common areas and overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is that a few small details, such as the buffet didn't quite have all that we expected but that was minor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

What a wonderful hotel. Just stayed here for four nights with my wife and we both loved it. Staff were attentive and gave great service. Breakfast and afternoon tea were amazing additions to our stay. The hotel is also in a very central area located right next to Ben Thanh market and many local landmarks. Our room was also spacious and tastefully decorated. This place is such a great deal for the price. I’ve stayed at upscale 5 star hotels that weren’t as good as Silverland Ben Thanh. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff went above and beyond for us. I had to work late and was woken up early from some drilling/ work. I called the staff and they were very understanding and apologized. They covered my coffee down at the cafe. They were very nice and helpful. I travel to Saigon often and this hotel is very centrally located to all the attractions. Well worth the price.

A galaxy far, far away comes true!

A truly caring staff made this stay very special, from the tea and nibbles that greeted us, to the cool room. The whole hotel looks super cool, like you're staying somewhere in a galaxy far, far away... and super cozy room. The pool on the roof is the bomb and the view so breathtaking we immediately decided to have dinner at the top floor restaurant, Great decision! Wonderful dinner, slept like babies, then a great breakfast buffet, afternoon tea accompanied by live traditional musicians! You really don't need to leave, but of course we did and the location is perfect, close to markets, the mall, the subway, great restaurants, even my dentist was only a 13 minute walk away!
As we left three (3!) hotel team members helped us load our grab car quickly and gave us the best send off...I only wish I still had enough vietnamese cash to tip them.
All over a great experience, we'd totally stay here again!

Great location literally right next to BT Market plus gracious service. The decor is quirky and the room smaller than it looked in pictures. Hallways were not air conditioned. Gym hard to find. A bit overpriced compared to some of the competition in the area. But overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel was lovely, uniquely designed. Staff were very helpful. We received beautifully presented welcome drinks and snacks. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean. We were hoping for a room upgrade with our VIP status but the hotel was full when we arrived. We ended up choosing to stay in our room. Hotel offered complimentary afternoon tea and live music on the 12th floor. Pool was nice, on the small side.
Hotel was in perfect location… walkable to many sights and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Don't be fooled by \"free minibar\" which is an expedia feature of this hotel. All this means is free water and soda which by definition is not what a minibar is (alcoholic beverages). One of the main reasons we booked here was because of the free minibar feature of this resort. Staff said they would look into this but never got back to us. On top of that, we found the service on the rooftop bar to be extremely slow and overpriced (more than triple the price for a regular beer in the city). Room was nice but not very well soundproof.

Perfect hotel for stay in Ho Chi Minh. Everything about the hotel was great. Excellent customers service, all staff were extremely friendly professional and helpful with special thanks to Nancy and Ashley as well as the rest of the staff. The room was clean, comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea was delicious and the location of the hotel ideal as it is a short walk from the main attractions or taxis are a very cheap alternative, I used the grab app which worked well. Overall I would highly recommended this hotel and would like to thank the staff of the hotel for making it extra special for my honeymoon. All the best.

Nice hotel in a central location. We could walk to all the things we wanted to see. Our room was high up so we weren’t affected by the noisy crazy chaos outside. We were upgraded which was good as the first room they showed us was too small. There were a few things we pointed out as unsatisfactory, but the staff were very helpful and put things right immediately. The food was good. Excellent breakfast choices.

If I could give 10 stars for this hotel, I would! It was such a wonderful hotel, the architecture was amazing!
It's in the heart of district 1 so the location is perfect. It's a busy area but you can't hear any noise from outside.
Our room was fantastic, it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had some delicious fresh fruit in our room and a free mini bar which was a lovely touch.
The restaurant was good, breakfast was lovely and there were vegan options available.
We were offered a free bottle of wine and a discount in the restaurant for dinner. The evening meal was lacking vegan options and we would have preferred some Vietnamese options so we didn't use this offer. We also had the offer of free afternoon tea but again we didn't have it.
That being said, it wouldn't stop me staying here again.
All the staff were so friendly, a special thank you to Ashley and Jonny who were very helpful and all the staff who served us for breakfast.
We had a late flight so we could leave our bags at the hotel and use the shower facilities before we left which we really appreciated after a hot day in the city.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Check in was quite fast however room was only available at 2pm.
Had issue with the air con on 1st day ( not cold and airflow weak ) but had it sorted out by the technician in the evening.
Toilet flush cable disconnected on 2nd day and also had it fixed after about 30 mins.
Staff extremely friendly and attended to requests promptly.
Staff Anna even offered a free car ride to the airport for the inconvenience caused during my stay.
Hotel is relatively nice and in a good location. However, the room not very sound proof, able to hear traffic noises from the adjacent road and also noises when the cleaners are cleaning nearby rooms.

The Hotel went through renovation and I really love the design. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The only thing I wish for is that I hope they will give extra keycards cause I stayed with my aunt and it was hard moving around to do my own things (go gym, or coming back to my room after going out). But overall the experience was amazing.

We first booked a Sunshine Garden room thinking we will be out and about ie won’t be in the room much .
But it was noisy the first night with metal clashing and loud neighbours , so we requested to change room and the hotel moved us to a square suite which is much better .
Hannah is very helpful and makes the effort to understand our needs.
Afternoon tea is excellent too especially if around the area .

We originally had a different hotel booked and with a last minute change to our plans we booked Silverland instead - I’ve visited Ho Chi Minh City many times before and thought this time it might be nice to stay closer to the markets - which it was! The hotel is in the perfect location, walking distance to lots of attractions and restaurants but for me the actual hotel was a delight in itself, recently renovated everything is fresh! The different dining options in the hotel were both fantastic and the perk of the rooftop pool and health club were delightful! The staff were all so lovely, very personable and professional. Our morning chats with Hannah were great and definitely made this hotel stand out from some others! We will be back :)
