If you get this room for $30 a night it’s a fair price. Plumbing issues in the dining room. Something was broken and floor had water under tiles and towels always on the floor. Water from bathroom shower floods the bathroom floor. For the money I was charging a night I felt that was not the quality for the money.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was a poor selection for the Western palate except for eggs anyway you like and no trouble to make. No normal black tea and only awful powdered cordial. The room was a good size. The bathroom ridiculous. The tap just reached into the wash basin,but moved when turned on, toilet seat did not fit and moved, the shower was chest height and the bath was extremely slippery. The hand towels and bath towels were tiny. Nowhere to put toiletries either. The huge bed was really comfortable. Cleaning/ kitchen staff were pleasant. There was no swimming pool and no restaurant, as stated on the website

It was well priced, the beds were firm, you can hear people in adjoining rooms. The staff were lovely well positioned in the city walking distance to everything. Opposite a mini store which was convenient, buffet breakfast was ok. There are steps at the front of the property for those who go may struggle with access.

Originally hard to find, turns out the sign in front of the building is different than the main photo shown on the web site. Great location within hotelrow, close to market and within walking to downtown core. Helpful staff, good sized room and quite affordable - chose a room without a window, but worked well when you can exhaust the air from the room.

We booked for stayed 10 days but on the 7 days they are cancel our booking without notice and put the price up. I did talk to the manager and they offered us to look for another hotels somewhere with may have a cheaper room.
I never see any rules like this anywhere in the world .
We end up moving out another hotel with cost us a lots more with taxis and short notice booking charges this is make our lives upside down,we are on vacation and don’t need something like this I hoping any traveling out there before you booking staying at Sunrise central h c m city think twice . I recommend this is the worst management and I will never come back to stay at this hotel again Sunrises central Ho Chi Minh City.

I will be seeking a refund as I had to move out due to excessive noise due to construction taking place next to the hotel day and night. Also for the 4 nights I actually stayed there I only had hot water for one of them. The kettle and safe were also not working. Good location, room is clean, staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast are acceptable. However, there is a renovation work beside it ( former Grand Silverland hotel ), who people are doing the dismantle and loading work in the middle of the night till 2am. The noise is causing the people staying in can't have a good rest. I sincerely hope that the hotel management can do something about it . Thank you.
