I love this place. I will go back if I’m in Ho Chi Minh again. It was a lovely small boutique hotel hidden down a narrow alley with businesses either side the car cannot get down but this made the hotel quiet and protected from road noise. Breakfast was good nice in their cafe and it was a very central location for many of the main attractions in Ho Chi Minh.

Little Saigon is one of those hotels tucked down an alleyway, at first it can be a bit disorienting because the taxi driver didn't know where to go so dropped me off on a random corner and left me to find my way, so ask for a more convenient address before taking a taxi there for the first time.
Along the alleyway is a handful of coffee shops and restaurants and a few people selling drinks like water and sodas. (Support them if you can.)

Imagine a queen bed and then double that for the total room size. the room is very tight for two people and luggage. Even with this said, it was still great value and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable for the price and the bed is so comfortable. We had been travelling to Hong Kong and Australia before this and the bed was just divine. And we had the most basic room here. Nick and the front of hotel staff do their utmost to make you feel at home. The breakfast is also delicious. From spring rolls to pho. I mean. For the price you pay it doesn’t get any better. You’re so close to all the major landmarks from the post office to the coffee apartments. Hard recommend.

I was very happy with my stay at Little Saigon Boutique Hotel. It’s in a very convenient and central location, a short walk to Ben Thanh market. You need to walk down a lane way to get to the hotel. The room is small but it has everything you need - strong wifi and air con, bar fridge etc. The breakfast is good and has plenty of options. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at the Little Saigon Boutique Hotel for five nights. I found it to offer excellent comfort and value for its very reasonable price. It’s super central to District 1, and within easy walking distance to every one of the main tourist destinations. The reception staff are both friendly and helpful, and speak English very well. The air con does its job well. The hotel is at the end of a short laneway, directly opposite the Saigon Centre, a major shopping mall.

We stayed in a deluxe room on the fourth floor for three nights. Nice sized clean room with everything you need, good bathroom with new fluffy towels. Even has a tiny balcony. The location is perfect, middle of District 1, close to Ben Tanh Market, sightseeing spots and shopping. Admittedly a bit hard to find as it is located at the back of an alley way. Breakfast is simple but fresh, served in a cute coffee shop downstairs. Staff are polite and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again

The hotel itself was really nice and the location was very convenient. However, the access to the entrance can be a bit difficult if travel with larger luggage. The hotel is located in an alley where car cannot enter. Guests travelling by car have to be dropped off on nearby street before walking to the hotel. It is advice to call ahead and have someone come out to help with luggage. Overall, the staff was very friendly and I would recommend staying here.

Little Saigon Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. Amazing location in the heart of Saigon city, walking distance from the Ben Thanh markets, museums of interest and the Saigon River. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. We travelled as a couple and stayed for 3 nights in a room with a balcony overlooking a small courtyard, with private ensuite bathroom, comfy mattress & delicious breakfast each morning. It was a superb base from which to explore Ho Chi Minh City. We highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions now and I know just where to find it.
If its your first stay it would be a good idea to get the hotel to collect you from the airport as it is very difficult to find. You cant drive down the laneway so the taxi driver can only drop you off on the road and from there you are on your own!

The reception staff was very kind to let us checked in around 11am than the usual 2pm. And even recommend me and my sister to a decent massage center at affordable rates.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. We arrived on an early morning flight and were checked in by 9 am by the very helpful reception staff. The location is good within walking distance of market and other sights. Staff gave helpful suggestions for dinner and booked tours for us.

Was a good location just off the high street which was nice. The only annoying thing is they upgraded me to a deluxe room for one night then moved me into to a small room the night after. I don't want to be moved, just give me my normal one so I can unpack and pack once. Also, don't call it an upgrade because actually it isn't, it's because you maxed out my capacity and are now pulling a fast one. Apart from that minor inconvenience it was a good stay.

I stayed here only two nights, but slept well and enjoyed my stay. Staff were very nice, and breakfast was pretty good too (though you do have to pay for water). Complimentary water is included with the room though. I traveled there from HCMC airport easily on bus 49 (though 109 will be just as good and cheaper). It was a nice hotel with great staff at gront desk. Very helpful and always smiling.
The porter was a different matter he tried to get me into a taxi eventhough I had a prepaid taxi waiting. I had to go back to the hotel to phone the taxi company that I had booked and prepaid. I eventually got my correct taxi and got to the Airport in time.
My friend who was leaving later had a worse experience when the same porter got him into a different taxi not the company he was booked with and he was overcharged and had the switched note scam tried on him. Hr had difficulty exiting the taxi and only when he startted calling the police the doors were unlocked.

We stayed here for one night and had a nice stay. The room is small. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Bathroom has a reasonable amount of space. Room 101 smelled of smoke upon check in so we were quickly moved to another room upon request. Check in was very smooth and the staff are lovely. Big smiles all the time. Great location also. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel upon check out to explore for the day before moving on from HCMC.

Don't wait that you could go by taxi to hotel because it stated in very narrow street as well as this street also end's on street with no car allowance due to underground construction.
Room on 1 floor was quite wet and had little smell of tobacco. In bathroom I find cockroach, in room also I find smaalest insects. In front of hotel I met big rat.
So I think it is not ok by this price.

Trying to locate the hotel for the first time is challenging especially with all the construction going on but after that the experience is very good 😊

While It was an ok place, I was a bit upset by the fact that when I requested an airport pick up a couple weeks prior to my stay, I never had a response. In addition, I called, and no response to the request. SO i got in a little late (even though taxi's are easy from the airport). It was also a little hard to find. Other than that, still a great stay, room was clean, breakfast was ok.

The location of this hotel is nowhere to be found. It's in a very dark alley, and if you arrive at late flight (normally for VN) then you really have a trouble to find this hotel. I have to abandoned my paid booking due to can NOT find this hotel. Thank Expedia.com.

Little Saigon hotel location very difficult to fin
This hotel is located inside a dirty alley with no prominent sign on the alley entrance. The taxi driver dropped us off at the corner of the outside Main Street and told us to walk down the street and make a right turn.
It was 11pm at night, the street was so dark, we did not see the hotel sign!
We were wandering on the dark street for an hour trying to locate the hotel where the few people and shops we checked and asked had no idea where was this hotel!!!!!!
Finally a kind staff from Starbucks point us to the right direction, and we asked another staff from the cafe next to the alley who took us there. Without his help, we would never be able to find it as we could not imagine the hotel is located inside a small dirty alley!

Great Stay, Cozy Quiet Romantic Close to Shopping
I am writing this after getting back from a two and half week vacation in VN and Thailand. It is indeed down a small alley; entrance to the alley is less than glamorous or indicates any hotel is there. This is of course good in being off the street and more peace and quiet. HCM hotels can be loud when on busy roads, and all roads tend to be busy (and loud). The location is great. The staff friendly and efficient. The room was a little smaller than expected (had the deluxe king sized bed). I opted out of breakfast. Balcony view of city was mostly of the courtyard and partial Bitexco Financial building, kind of cool. AC was cold and shower had hot water. There is a modern mall across street, Ben Thanh Market two blocks down the street, night market as well. There are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby that cater to tourist, tend to be more expensive but nice. Recommend the Mekong Delta tour hotel can offer for 790,000 VND, takes from 8a-5p. Hotel has rental motorbikes. I rented a bike with no problem to go to Museum of History, Zoo and Military museum and river front on a self guided tour. As far as renting scooters in HCM, unless you know what you are doing....don't do it. I have rented motorbikes in VN before, rented a car in Thailand, but these were in smaller cities. I have a motorcycle in USA I ride regularly. However nothing really prepares you for HCM/Saigon traffic. Just warning you. Cab may be best (safer). Wi-Fi streamed video well. It was HOT, HUMID and FUN

This hotel is a great place to stay if you're not fussy about the size of your room and you want an excellent location. It's a cute little hotel tucked away down a side alley right in the heart of Saigon. It wasn't noisy despite the location and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and beer and other cold drinks are readily available in a fridge at reception. We got a standard room and the down side to this is the room was tiny, only just big enough for the bed and a desk and cupboard and the bed was really firm which we weren't fans of. It's a struggle to find space for your suitcases in a space this small. The bathroom was perfectly fine though and it had a decent sized shower and the water was hot. There's a great little jazz club a couple of doors down, a huge shopping mall across the road and a boutique beer bar just around the corner (Pasteur Street Brewing Co), and the Ben Thanh Market is only 2 blocks away (5 minds walk). You really couldn't ask for a better location!
Overall, as we were only here for 3 nights, we were happy to compromise on the room size because of the great location and we had a good stay here.

The room itself was tiny and cave like but the location is sweet. Only stayed one night though because we wanted a little more comfort. I checked out and realized later that I left my wedding ring in the room by accident! Went back the next day and they had it for me at the front desk. Come on now. Great staff. 5 stars just for that.

Nice little hotel in the back street of a bustling area. Great for shopping and food as well as the nightlife and the market. Staff were great, especially Kelly who was fantastic. Stayed one night October 1. Not so hard to find the alley. Lady on the counter excellent with check in .quick and easy. Very informative with excellent English. Staff carried our bags up for us and showed us to the room. Room impeccably clean, bathroom looks new.
