The location is walkable and service is good. The good thing for park view room is bright, however it's not for the people who're looking for quit space, because the noise from travel shuttle buses and the motorcycle can easily wake you up in the early morning.

Good breakfast with a nice variety of menu items. Very comfortable bed. Room was a bit small with a queen size bed. Last two hooks of the curtain was dangling so it was difficult to close. Bathroom door had to be closed to have complete access to the sink. Shower stall needs a small shelf for setting down personal items such as your shampoo and glasses. A soap dish would also be handy to have. No garbage can or luggage stand in the room. Overall, still a good room and location despite these minor issues.

So if like us you don’t fancy rice & noodles for breakfast, you could be stuck. A Stay in Saigon Kiko Hotel At Vietnam Ho Chi Minh
The location of Saigon Kiko Hotel is very convience. Around the hotel, there are a lot of foods. The next street from this hotel is call WALKING STREET. Along the walking street, there are a lot of drinking pub to let you choose from. If you are tired, you can also find massage centres along the walking street. After drinking a few, if you feel like going back early, Saigon Kiko Hotel is just the next street only. Hotel's breakfast is so so only. But not to worry, as I mentioned, there are a lots of foods arond Saigon Kiko Hotel. Saigon Kiko Hotel is clean and the hotel staffs including the housekeeping staffs are friendly. But I still cannot figure out where early morning I can hear slaming the room's door and dragging of the chair sound (maybe the guests slam the door while they want to go out and the housekeeping staff cleaning the room). Overall, Saigon Kiko Hotel to me is a good hotel as all I had mentioned above. Hereby, I wish to thanks the hotel's staffs and keep up the good work.

Breakfast is not good, found hair eggs, and the serving staff seemed completely uninterested, got our orders wrong. You can see through the blind in the bathroom so anyone in your room can see you use the toilet or shower. Not as nice as pictures.

Very close to everything. Walk round the corner and you are straight into the backpack area of the city. Not a bad thing if you are travelling on a budget. Cheap food on plastic chairs. The usual in such places in the Far East. Beer is sold in small cans (66p) more in the loud trendy places. Some of the shop frontages are brilliant. Hotel was very clean however the breakfast let's this hotel down. Shame because it is so easy to put right. Having no bread one morning was just silly. Go and buy some more! The coffee had a strange after taste. Okay to drink but not great. So okay a poor breakfast. Having said that would I stay there again....YES. Brilliant price, hotel, staff. location. What more do you want? I would stay here again 100%. Well done the staff, but please sort out the breakfast!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Saigon Kiko. The hotel is in a great area and the staff was very helpful. The room was a little small but I didn't spend much time there. The water in the shower was scorching hot but the water in the sink was cold. Wi-Fi was also reliable, which is important. It's funny; my first morning there I thought the breakfast buffet was lackluster but they changed the food items every single day and by the time I left I would call the food a net positive. But keep in mind the entrees are more dinner-like than breakfast-like.

Services - while my friend waited at the lobby for me to check out, she asked the reception for permission to use the common toilet but was rejected. My friend has no choice but to go to my room’s toilet due to urgency, and all of us got scolded.

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Kiko. Our group had three rooms and we did have an issue with the cleanliness of one of the rooms, looks like housekeeping hadn't done their job very well. It's a newish hotel, located very centrally, within a 15 minute walk of Ben Thahn Market. Loads of bars and restaurants close by, although it is located in the backpacker area, so mainly budget type options, but you don't have to walk far for more choice. The travel desk at the hotel were very helpful and booked us tours cheaper than any of the nearby travel shops. We also changed currency at the hotel at a better rate than locally advised, which was a nice surprise, we ordinarily never change currency at a hotel. The breakfast was reasonable, not a great choice by comparison to other hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam.

Nice and Convenient Little Hotel
For the money its a nice spot in a convenient location. All the floors are marble so the small rooms and hallways echo making for some unexpected awakenings. Overall was pleased with my stay. For ht price we paid, roughly 35$ USD per night, its a great value. We used Saigon Kiko as a base/luggage storage. We booked the hotel for our entire trip but actually left our luggage in the room then took a side-trip to Phu Quoc and even stayed at a different (more fancy) hotel in HCMC for a night.
We booked a the room with a no window (Room 101) and it was like a little dungeon. The real issue was that the room was less than 2-feet from the stairs, 3-feet from the elevator, and 2-feet from the adjacent room so, it was noisy.

The check was fast. Although, I arrived early, my room was ready. New hotel in an excellent location. The wifi was not working properlyso I contacted the front desk. A few minutes later, they brought a router in my room and the problem was fixed. Great breakfast. A good variety of choices. I would stay there again.

I stayed at Saigon Kiko Hotel for 2 nights. The staff is very professional and always ready to help you with any query or issues. I also did a day trip with chosen travel agent to Mekong Delta. Very well organised tour and good English speaking tour guide. My stay at the Hotel was comfortable, great location with plenty of Vegetarian and Vegan restaurant near by. Ben Thanh Market is about 8 to 10 minutes walk and Saigon Square is 5 minutes by motor bike taxi. The street behind the hotel has great night life on weekend nights. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a positive stay, if not for one major flaw: the hotel initially tried to rip us off.
A family friend who claimed he knew the area and hotels had booked us into a real dive nearby. We needed a clean place to stay asap, so we called Kiko in advance to try and book a room and ask about prices.
They told us they had one of their premium rooms available and that we should come in and book it since we were just around the corner. But when we arrived, they told us that this room had just been booked and that only a more expensive executive room was available.
We walked out incredulous that the situation had changed so drastically in the five minutes it took us to walk over. If things hadn't been so last minute, and us so desperate, that would have been the end of our interactions with Kiko, but there really wasn't anything else available. So we decided to check online.
Sure enough, when we looked online, the room they had initially said was available was listed on all the leading bookings sites including Expedia. We decided to cut our losses and promptly booked the room we had intended to book all along, and at a discounted rate!
Other than these initial interactions, everything else about the stay surpassed expectations for the prices we paid.

They told us they had one of their premium rooms available and that we should come in and book it since we were just around the corner. But when we arrived, they told us that this room had just been booked and that only a more expensive executive room was available.
We walked out incredulous that the situation had changed so drastically in the five minutes it took us to walk over. If things hadn't been so last minute, and us so desperate, that would have been the end of our interactions with Kiko, but there really wasn't anything else available. So we decided to check online.
Sure enough, when we looked online, the room they had initially said was available was listed on all the leading bookings sites including Expedia. We decided to cut our losses and promptly booked the room we had intended to book all along, and at a discounted rate!
Other than these initial interactions, everything else about the stay surpassed expectations for the prices we paid.

제가 이 숙소에 자주 투숙을 하고 있어서, 이 숙소의 장단점을 잘 안다고 생각합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 각자의 자리에서 최선을 다하는 모습은 투숙할 때마다 변함이 없습니다. 출장으로 호치민에 한달에 한번정도 방문해서 편안함을 주지만, 이번에 투숙한 경험은 많은 불편함이 있어서 글 남깁니다. 지극히 주관적인 상황은 배제하고 작성하려고 합니다.

2.그 중에 5일은 호텔 내부 공사로 너무 시끄러워서 호텔방에서 업무를 볼수 없었습니다.
3.저는 206호에 묶었는데, 옆방에서 샤워할때 배관 소리, 직원들 잡담 등, 소음이 너무 신경 쓰였습니다.

One of the best hotel stays ever
We had a great stay! Everything worked very well, the service was good, food in the breakfast buffet was delicious, wifi worked well. We had a room for four and the window didn't face the street so it was very quiet too. The location was perfect and we loved the park across the street. We would definitely stay here again if we ever went back to Ho Chi Minh!
