Wonderful hotel

Lovely hotel with great service, bed comfortable pillows amazing. Small negative was shower did not hold a constant temperature, but everything else amazing. If you walk up street and turn right there were multiple food and drink options including 2 craft beer places which was great to see. One last thing the breakfast was amazing and if you’re like me and want to eat local food, they had a chef that made Pho fresh for you.

Fantastic hotel and staff!

Our stay was amazing! The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The hotel has an on site restaurant on the main floor and a delicious breakfast buffet on its own floor, and a bar on the top floor with amazing views of the city. Room was very clean and quiet. We stayed here twice during our visit to Vietnam and both stays equally good! 5 stars all the way.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

Lovely hotel in a great location close to all the main sites and surrounded by some lovely restaurants. The rooms are clean and a good size and the hotel provided lots of free water. Each day the reception provide a voucher for a free beer in the bar which has great views across HCMC but try the cocktails as well.

We thought the hotel was in a great location 10 min walk to the palace and street food market. The street food was good value and made to order. Good powerful shower in room and comfy bed and quiet. Typical hotel hairdryer. Breakfast was excellent and a wide range.

This hotel has a very convenient location, easy to walk around to restaurants and shopping. Room is clean and spacious. Bath room has ample hot water.

Only downside is not all rooms have windows.
Price is however very affordable. This is my second time staying here and I would choose to stay here again next time.

It is walking distance to big shopping place, weekend walk party (can’t remember what does it called), many coffee place etc. The front desk personals are very professional in assisting us in engaging with travel agency (Kim Travel) full day tour (Chu Chi Tunnel & Mekong River), Half day City tour & Mekong river cruise. An applaud ro Ms Hannie (front counter personal) that helpful in assisting us.. Will definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here. Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent, the location was great (easy walking distance from district 1 attractions but could not hear any traffic noise) and the gym has enough to do a decent workout (including an Olympic bar and a few free weights). I would definitely stay here again.

Room was ok, in this case paying for location more than anything else. Not a great value compared to other hotels we used. A lot of restaurants within walking distance so that was nice. Traffic very congested trying to get there or elsewhere. Great lobby (piano and violin), nice afternoon tea and breakfast buffet. Staff was helpful (umbrella) when needed.

Hotel room was perfectly clean and spacious for 3people staying (one single bed and one queen bed). Service was good and location was extremely good ( very center and yet very quiet) which is the most satisfied point
Breakfast was good with fresh made roll and pho.
I will come back to this hotel whenever I visit ho chi Minh next time.

Clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous buffet style breakfast was included. We didn’t see any children staying apart from ours, but the front desk staff were kind to arrange a Mekong river tour changing no fee for under 5s. Many restaurants and convenience stores available nearby.

We had an interesting experience to start with and our booking was not found at reception until i showed the email confirmation.
Once this was done, we went to our room and only to find out that there were 2 adults changing and were double booked.
Once reception sorted this out we were given another room that was not the honeymoon suite and received the birthday room.
The hotel manager came in our room and took back the champagne which i thought was unprofessional.
Other then this, i must say that the rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast had no fault.

The tub in our room would leak water all over the floor each time we took a shower. We were only there for 5 days and spent most of the time out of the room, so we just dealth with this minor inconvenience and did not allow it to negatively impact our travel experience.

This was an amazing stay. Free Vietnamese coffee daily with the higher end packages, very big room, very clean and the nicest staff imaginable. On top of that the breakfast buffet was excellent and live music was an extra bonus! Would definitely go here again!

The hotel team made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked through the front door. The location is walking distance to the heart of district 1 and an abundance of restaurants and bars. The rooftop pool is a perfect way to cool down after pacing the streets of a fabulous city.

Quiet different room depending on the floor

\"Quiet different room depending on the floor\" I made a reservation of Nhat Ha 3 hotel (Premium Deluxe, City View) for a night. When I and my wife got to hotel, it was about 7pm. The first room assigned for us was located in the 1st floor (It is actually 3rd floor due to the existence of ground and M levels). But I request to change the room as higher floor. Therefore the hotel informed me that the room could be changed after 10pm. Then we accepted the offer and went to the 1st floor room for a while. However the view of the room was so terrible and there was smoking smells in the room much. Therefore we moved to other room in the same floor (However it was a very small room with a window, however the outside of the window was terrible). And we ate dinner and beer outside until 10pm and came back to hotel. The newly assigned room was in 7th floor. We could see almost absolutely different view not like the first floor. It was so strange how the hotel charge the same price for the two rooms with absolutely different views? The breakfast buffet was so nice with many Japanese style foods (This hotel is located in Japanese street and the hotel looked like dedicating all efforts to Japanese guests.) As a conclusion, if you have any chance to make a reservation of this hotel, you should let the hotel knows that you want the high floors (more than 6th).

Reception staff were not friendly at all. Charged my credit card twice and I still do not have money back in my account 2 days later. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious but extremely noisy. Changed rooms in the middle of the night due to noise- yet the second room was still noisy. No windows in either room. Pool very nice and clean.
Food In Restaurant not appealing at all. Breakfast buffet quite nice and staff much friendlier. Overall a disappointing stay in what could be a nice hotel.

Felt at home during my recent stay at Nhat Ha 3!

My hotel stay at Nhat Ha 3 really made me feel at home with their friendly staff. The hotel rooms were very comfortable with great amenities in the room. Swimming pool and gym facilities in the hotel was clean and it was really relaxing to just relax by the poolside. Breakfast variety was awesome with many different international cuisine to choose from. Overall the stay was great and I'll definitely be back.

Excellent hotel only minutes walk from the city centre and all the sights and sounds that offers.

Wasn't given the room we had booked (city view) When raised the issue with reception they said view of the side of building next door constituted a city view! Other slight issue was lack of availability of rooftop bar owing to private functions.

Overall very good hotel with excellent breakfasts and friendly staff

Great hotel in a superb location close to everything you’d need in D1.
Super friendly staff and excellent facilities.
Rooftop pool a nice bonus and a free drink in the coffee shop and skybar each day wasn’t a nice touch.
The spa appeared to be rarely used, if at all, so the jacuzzi wasn’t working, the only downside as it would have been a nice way to relax after a long day walking around in the heat.

Great value in a central location

Great value for money as I booked at a special rate under a campaign. Delicious breakfast buffet included in the price with a good selection of amenities. Location was also great with some of the best restaurants in Saigon very nearby.

Concern: staffs’ English ability can be slightly reinforced. The first floor lounge obviously was designed for smokers which limits its usuage for all non-smokers. Also since the lounge is right at the front door, the smoking odor is spreading to the entrance section, not a great image of your hotel!!!

This hotel is a reasonable three start hotel near all the major attractions. The rooms are clean but overdone with air freshener and quite small with only one electrical outlet and no windows. The pool and gym are small but functional. The lobby and coffee bar are filled with smokers. But the free breakfast. Truly remarkable. Some of the best steak I've ever had and endless other choices. Comparable to a 5 star dinner buffet.

Welcome home

So nice to arrive and be recognised and have the doorman say welcome home. Food as always excellent they have renovated the dining area making more room and this is noticeable. The pool is always refreshing and the sauna is a god send with a jacuzzi afterwards. Staff are wonderful and the restaurants and shopping surrounding the hotel are excellent . We will stay there next trip as always !.

I don't think you can find a much better location. Easy walking to so many places for food and things to see. The breakfast was very good with many options. We took a taxi to from airport and much cheaper than hotel services. Depending on traffic, it should only cost $7-$9 USD to or from airport. Use only Vinasun or Mai Linh taxis and make sure meter is on. Hotel staff was helpful.

The hotel's location is the best you can find.
We stayed at the triple room, which was with one single bed. The mattress was horribly hard.
The hotel's staff were willing to find a solution and even offered an extra room without charge. We recommend the hotel to find a better solution and switch the single bed mattresses they have..

Im a regular, My wife and I love this hotel. The breakfasts are so good the rooms are always clean and perfect. The afternoon tea is sublime and the check in is always seamless and the check out just as great.Pool and sauna and spa go down well with a great Gym which is rare in Vietnam.Right in the hub of everything and ten minutes from everywhere.Look no further in HCMC this place will blow you away with food service comfort

The hotel is generally okay, but I found the hotel's treatment of female guests insulting. Particularly, the hotel website advertises a spa as a amenity of the hotel. When I asked to use it, they said it was for men only. There was no women-only spa. I know Vietnam is not as progressive with equal rights, but this is horrible and surprising for a hotel that caters to international tourists.

Can't go past this hotel it has the lot !

After staying in several hotels in Saigon this has to be my favourite. Friendly and very helpful staff with fast service and a level of cleanliness that is very high. The relaxed atmosphere is aided by a beautiful rooftop pool great views from the sky view bar and a jacuzzi and sauna that hep you wash away any stress you may have. The breakfast is great as is their free afternoon tea for hotel guests and their pianist and lounge bar is very relaxing . They are very generous with free bees every day and coffees and they are forever trying to feed you or serve you in a number of ways including morning after tea or take away coffee when you finish breakfast etc. Pho and Omlettes were great as were their other meal selections and fresh fruits and juices that make a great start to the day. Their baristas make a great latte and should be commended it's rare in Vietnam to get a coffee that an Aussie would really enjoy. We will be back here and love the locality for great nearby restaurants and markets also. Thank you for a brilliant stay !
