The most beautiful room ever , clean and fully loaded with a huge steam room and large sunken jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I personally have worked in some upscale hotels in America in the past. But I was most impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I witnessed here between the different departments and staff. Bravo.From the receptionist desk to the bar and restaurant as well as the spa, room cleaner and to the front door staff. From the moment I arrived for a late-night check-in, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Despite the late hour, the welcome was gracious, efficient, and full of genuine smiles — a perfect start after a long journey.

The room was beautifully appointed — cozy yet luxurious — with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up to a stunning view of the city and river, which made each morning feel special.

Breakfast was a delightful experience with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh tropical fruits to local Vietnamese dishes and international favorites. The rooftop café and pool area were absolute highlights — peaceful, scenic, and ideal for relaxing after a long hectic work day.

Every aspect of my stay — from the impeccable cleanliness to the attentive service and inviting ambience — exceeded expectations. The entire team at Silverland Jolie deserves full credit for making guests feel so well cared for.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting HCMC. It’s not just a place to stay — it’s an experience that leaves you with beautiful memories.

Avoid! The hotel is in a tiny building, everything needs renovation plus there is no restaurant. They've crammed tables and chairs at the end of the building to make a 'dining area'. They cart in a breakfast buffet every morning. Not sure where the kitchen is. The buffet is the worst quality and variety in all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam.

The rooms have old furniture, the bathroom is really tight, the glass panel from the shower is a few inches away as the door swings open, so you have to play a little wiggle game to get into the bathroom. The ceiling on the bathroom had some damage that was just patched up.
There was a tiny 24\" tv - Not Smart - so no Netflix or Youtube. The list goes on and on...
The pictures they posted are quite misleading. Overall, it is a shoddy place and I would not recommed- not worth more than $30-40/night.

Hotel staff was the best part of the trip!

The staff was friendly, helpful, amazing! They helped with laundry, diner cruise reservations, broke suite case, they helped find replacement quickly. When I arrived I had twisted my foot they day before. Tthey found me a crutch. When I return next year. I will stay at that hotel because of them!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is intimate and located near dining, shopping, the Opera House and the river. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast has many choices, plus the option to order food. Everything we needed was a short walk away. We didn't use the pool but I will say it's much smaller than pictured. We enjoyed happy hour on the rooftop a few times. Overall, I highly recommend Silverland Jolie! Be aware: you need to go up a flight of stairs to enter the hotel. People with disability issues could find that difficult.

Wonderful gem of a hotel

Initially I was a bit hesitant on arrival as hotel was a bit older than I expected. However, I must say that my husband I had an absolutely lovely visit. The staff and service could not be better. They went out of their way to accommodate every single request we had. The rooftop bar is a Vietnamese vibe, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We paid for an upgraded room, which in retrospect I probably would have stuck with the smaller room. We had a lot of space but the hotel itself is not luxurious. It is an older building and its wear shows. The room was comfortable and very clean. I think a smaller room would have been an excellent value. We walked 3 min to Brelax which was an adorable place to get a massage. There were great cafes within walking distance. The hotel arranged transport, laundry, and dinner reservations when requested. Highly recommend this hotel as a good value, comfortable stay, and convenient location. Anticipate long transport times to the airport in the am. Took us well over an hour.

Outstanding Bargain

This hotel is ideal for a visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Excellent service all around, very clean, front desk people are exceptionally helpful. Great location-central but off of the main streets. Great breakfast (included) and 2 pm tea (basically a light lunch. also included). Jolie is reasonably priced, the rooftop pool and bar are a nice extra feature. Super experience at this hotel!

This was an absolutely charming hotel. It was decorated like a library after my own heart. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and respectful. The room was very comfortable and just the right size. The cute rooftop bar had an awesome view. A fantastic 4 night stay in this fabulously central location. The staff were all, without exception, helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and they even gave us a freshly packed early departure breakfast at 6.25am.

Great location in District 1. Nice rooftop bar and excellent breakfast. Staff are very helpful, the level of service is very high. Afternoon tea is nice, also flexibility for late checkout and luggage storage. Would definitely recommend - in fact the Silverland chain seems to offer quite a few nice hotels in HCMC

Despite the superb service and lovely shared spaces, we had an issue with our Suite. The photos shown on the Expedia site show a beautiful space with a living room area, however, when we arrived we were shown to a room on a lower level that looked nothing like the five photos of the Suite we booked and did not have a living room area at all. Instead we had a hot tub that was not filled and a sauna which we had no interest in using. It was a bait and switch situation and very disappointing. We were moved to a different room on with a nice view for the second night, but the elusive suite in the pictures was not to be found.

The service is fantastic. Very friendly staff and very attentive. This is a 3 star not 4 star. The carpets need to be changed and definitely needs some upgrading. Book the river view. Rooms like 803 703 603 - BEST VIEW IN THE CITY. I loved the kindest of this Hotel Staff just not as nice as the pictures

I had a massage at the hotel and ended up getting red dots all over my body. I immediately noticed the reaction and asked the massage therapist about it. She waved her hand in my face and said “it go away”. Come to find out it’s a severe case of Folliculitious and spent the next month in Thailand with red large bumps all over my body but mainly my legs.

Thoroughly enjoyed this boutique hotel. Staff was excellent. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi/bar was fantastic after long day of sightseeing. Breakfast and afternoon tea was great. Our room had a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see. We walked just about everywhere (be careful as a pedestrian of the cars and motorcycles :) You get use to it.

What a fantastic hotel! The location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond (we had arranged taxi service with them and the driver was waiting for us even though our flight was delayed. Then, Jennie at the front desk helped us when our taxi from our next hotel didn’t show up. If only all hotels were as beautiful and well run as Silverland Jolie!

What a fantastic stay! The team went above and beyond; flexible and always putting the customer first specifically the 2 bar men! Intuitive, attentive and fun! Incredible welcoming hotel and experience in central Saigon. Rooms are large, comfy and have everything you need including tv with netflix, snacks and aircon. Overall, I'd highly recommend a stay here and hope to be back again soon

Above and beyond - the skybar was amazing to see the river in Saigon- affordable, airy and pool, table football and darts to play which made it even more fun. Loved the happy hour mix and match cocktails

Great location walkable within the city to see major attractions. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast and afternoon tea provided was excellent and served by smiley faces which make the stay more special. Quiet area as well with convenience shop across the road. Really appreciated the free taxi to the airport as well. Shower is over a high bath so could be tricky if you cannot step into it. However excellent shower pressure. Could easily stay here again.
