We did not like this hotel. Location is not everything (which was good). The bathroom were very small. It was bit of a job to get in(required a perfection in maneuvering skills). Shower cubicle was triangulated a little movement would turn the handle so either it stopped water flow or cha ved temperature to scalding hot or freezing cold.
Staff were nice. Top floor pool good but small. Good for kids though.

Decent value, but the breakfast could be so much better with just a little more work! The menu changes a little every day, but maybe just stick to making good food consistently. Maybe make a banh mi, or keep the chicken curry and chicken pho since those were good. The Bo kho was close to being good, the banh canh was meh.
The staff is great, they are good at communicating, and the place is quite clean. The interiors aren’t great from a design perspective, and you can hear your neighbors a bit, but that’s to be expected from a place of this price point.

Hotel.com booked a minor room when my receipted booking was a twin/double deluxe so we had to move to another room. Rooms were very small and shower was difficult to get in and out of. Staff were very good. I wouldn’t stay there again purely because it was so small.

This hotel is good enough for a short-term stay. The room was clean but relatively small, with a bed that felt a bit large for the space. The window didn’t add much to the room on the lower floor where I stayed, though perhaps a higher floor would offer a different impression.

The breakfast had a light flavor that could suit anyone’s taste, and you could adjust it to your preference with soy sauce or other seasonings. The variety was limited, and if you went later in the morning, some dishes might be gone with no refills.

However, amenities were decent, and the location was very convenient, within walking distance to the nearby Japanese town and with easy access to Grab cars anytime.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay, with only a few minor drawbacks that didn’t detract too much from the experience.

Everything was great until checkout when the maid staff told them I used two bottles of water from the mini bar. I explained three times I purchased water and beer and had it in the fridge and that’s all I drank. They either didn’t understand my English or didn’t care. I don’t care about the 40000 dong. It was the principal of being charged for something I didn’t use. In fact I left them a free beer!!!!

I really enjoyed staying here. The room size was smaller than other hotels of which i have stayed, but that did not affect me in any way because i wasnt here to visit the room, i was here to visit the Vietnam. Hence, the room met expectations as it was clean. I was dead smack in the middle of everything i needed and more. I came here to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff surprised me with a birthday cake in my room. This act of recognition resonated deeply with me. I will stay here again in the near future.

Wouldn’t stay here again. In a really terrible part of Saigon. Reception staff mucked up my booking and were very resistant to help. Only demanding firmly changed their attitude. Rooms are small and poorly designed. Bathrooms are a joke. Feels like showering inside a fishbowl. There are a plethora of better places. Don’t bother.

My third trip to Saigon. Always a long stay so I look for great value and comfort. This hotel is a hidden jem. What?Located at the end of a block it has great access to many restaurants and walking distance to most attractions ( if you don’t mind a good walk) the area is safe and the hotel staff is friendly. In addition the morning breakfast is good. Beds were comfortable but the rooms are a little small. Looking for great value with an upscale feel. Book here.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were on the small side, however that was all advertised before booking. Only issue was that the 'exterior' pictures of the building were NOT the hotel. The hotel was in a dead end street with no footpaths as they were covered with hundreds of scooters (for sale or rent maybe??) I wasnt very comfortable with using the alleyway at night. I've learnt my lesson and will Google Street view in the future.
We ended up moving to another hotel because of the alleyway, but that was just due to preference. Facilities and staff were good.

The rooms are considerably smaller than most hotels in the area but well organized and clean. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. Cute little pool upstairs with buy 2 get 1 free cocktails and we were up there the entire night pretty much alone. I would say the only down side to this place minus the small room, is you can’t get to the river front because of a wall. If i had known that, I probably wouldn’t have stayed here. We kept having to circle around to try and get to the hotel.

Reasonable Price and Great Location

Reasonable price with a great location. The property had a gym but would have been happier if they had quality equipment. Please upgrade your exercise bike. Breakfast was okay considering how reasonable the room price was. Rooms were small but clean. I was only there to sleep anyway. Some of the other guests were noisy, but not the hotels fault. Family from India let their kids scream up and down the hallway well after midnight. Front desk at checkout failed to ask me how my stay was. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap, clean, well located hotel, I would recommend.

Fun Saigon Vacation get-a-way.

We actually stayed in this hotel twice in 10 days. The first stay we were in the standard room, very nice looking but very small, still functional. The free breakfast is great, and the $4 lunch is very good too. The hotel is in a central location and in good condition since it was refurbished recently. They gave us an upgrade the second 2 nights to a bigger room with a river view, much nicer. The pool is fun but small on the 11th floor for great city view. In general, a clean hotel next to a big 5-star hotel at a very fair price, I would stay again.

The good: Good location, frienldly staff.
Great breakfast

Even better if less noisy:

-> open air concert hall downstairs with very stadium level loud live music one night out of two

-> thin walls and ceilings meant everything - and I mean everything - could be heard next door and above.

The swimming pool was disappointing: It seems to be like a Smoking Area and there are only two long chairs.

The staff are the highlight of this hotel. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and always have a welcoming smile.
Breakfast is amazing with brilliant omelettes made by the staff in a matter of minutes.
The location is a huge plus for this hotel too.

Very nice place to stay for business. Staff are very kind and helpful. It was pouring heavy rain when checking in, but the staff handled all luggage and escorted guests with a big umbrella. Didn't get a single drop of rain on me.

Cleanliness and service is good.

One thing to take note is when cleaning the restaurant table. Need to wipe the whole table rather just wipe the dirty spot.

Also to change a new plate mat after using by each person, rather just wipe clean.

It has everything you could need in a hotel, it's not spectacular but its adequate and for the price very good value. Breakfast contained all the basics, the room is on the smallish size but the shower, air con functioned well, the gym small but you could work out there and the pools small but picturesque. Location very good and overall a nice place to stay that gives good value for money.

Hotel in good location, breakfast ok. These are the only positives as the walls are so thin with doors (locked) between rooms so every little noise could be heard from the room next door. Very disappointing, glad I only stayed one night and wouldn't recommend, definitely not a four star hotel

I booked on Expedia and reserved a junior suite for 1 person. They charged me an extra 350 000 vnd for my wife! There was no complementary water in the room. They charged for everything. Like the water I drank in the 33 degree weather in Ho Chi Minh City. I got the room at a discount,thank goodness because I wouldn't stay there at the regular price! Positives bellmen were good and it is in a quiet area. Other than that try some where else.
