The best point of this hotel is its proximity to the train station, 100 m. The staff are friendly and it's an excellent breakfast. We couldn't have dinner as the restaurant was closed for refurbishment.
The rooms are basic but comfortable and relatively large. No tea/coffee making facilities, but there is a hair dryer. Bed is fine but only one pillow per person.
There is air con, but it was so weak the room always felt hot.
It is directly opposite the new cathedral, but the cathedrals bells didn't start until 9am on the Sunday, so no impact on sleep.

The room was spacious and clean but basic. The bathroom was modern but was a little small to move around, but it did have a separate toilet which was great.
The carpark is very tight but secure and easy to access via the stairs in reception. To have this included in the price of the room was fantastic as this is not often offered.
The breakfast at the hotel was nice and always fresh. It is a self-serve buffet with food continuously topped up by staff. The orange juice machine was our favourite, as you could add oranges to freshly squeeze your juice, which was a nice way to start the day.
There is a large shopping centre in close walking distance to the hotel.
A large bus terminal and train station is next door (but you cannot hear it) which gives you options to leave town and get about.
The local area holds this place back with no decent restaurant close by that was safe to walk to at night. You can only drive to the restaurants and there were not many decent ones surrounding the hotel. The hotel has a bar but it was never available for food when we stayed. Perhaps because the World Cup was on?
If there was an option to dine at the hotel, this hotel would really tick all the boxes for the price.
In all, this hotel was definitely value for money with spacious rooms for what is normally provided in France. I would stay here again but would suggest that the hotel provides information to guests where to eat in the area.

The hotel is very pretty but the room was way too hot and had to sleep with the window open, as there's no way to control the heating. I had dinner there twice as the food was delicious. The waiters were also very nice even though one considered me \"too small\" for the dishes ordered and asked the chef for a reduce portion without my consent. The toilet had no ventilation and no toilet brush

Free secure parking and very good breakfast. Helpful staff and very quiet area, except street noise which was fine when windows are closed. No AC but hotel gave us a fan. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The only drawback was the proximity of the train station, which was not a problem, but there were some rough looking people around. Trains to Paris were excellent.

Chambre spacieuse avec moquette au sol qui nécessite un bon nettoyage. L'hôtel est bien placé pour la restauration et les transports en commun mais se trouve dans un environnement très bruyant. L'hôtel diffuse de la musique dans son hall, dans un style et à un volume ne permettant pas la détente.

Hotellet ligger i ett område där många mörkhyade invandrare bor. Det fanns ett större köpcentra med många restauranger. Hotellet har fått väldigt många recensioner ”Fantastiskt”, detta misstänker jag är fejk. Hotellet håller knappt medel betyg tre stjärnor, ingen kaffekokare, inget toalett borste. Området utanför hotellet är heller inget roligt. Frukosten var ok, ingen omelett, med ägg fanns att koka. Parkering i garage 11 Euro, vi stod på gatan strax utanför hotellet.

Séjour de 3 nuits/nous avons du attendre la troisième nuit pour avoir du chauffage dans la salle de bains et un peu de chaleur dans la chambre (grâce à l'intervention de l'employé présent le dimanche 15 en fin d'après-midi). Si on oublie les deux nuits glaciales et la salle de bains frigo le séjour s'est bien déroulé. L'hôtel est situé en centre ville en face de la mairie. Le parking est en sous-sol et payant.

Helt okej hotel. Rummen är relativt gamla och andas 90-tal men det fungerade väl får några dagar. Strykjärn och strykbräda fanns för utlåning i receptionen men båda var i väldigt dåligt skick. Frukosten var typiskt fransk med ganska begränsat utbud men funkade fint. Hotellet ligger väldigt nära tågstationen och ett stort köpcentrum. Området känns relativt tryggt. Det är också nära till bra områden att springa eller promenera på för de som tycker om att röra på sig.

> les moisissures au mur (chambre 512)
> l'irrespect du serveur au restaurant mardi soir (très désagréable voire impertinent avec ma femme)
> le stress que véhicule la responsable des petits-déjeuners.
> le fait de devoir patienter 10 minutes pour que la barrière du parking s'ouvre (\"désolé mais on n'entend pas quand la sonnette est utilisée\").

Arrivé en début d’après-midi, je suis resté travailler dans ma chambre, donnant sur l’esplanade de la cathédrale jusque vers 18h30. Sans être dérangé par le moindre bruit. Suivi d’un « happy hours » aussi tranquille dans la cour de l’hôtel.
