Probably the best hotel in Dahab. Excellent staffing throughout,all trained to make your perfect. Uday, the restaurant manager runs a calm, efficient and friendly team, nothing is too much trouble.

I had a fabulous stay at Jaz Dahabeya with my family. The hotel has a fantastic location right on the beach. Plenty of places to relax in the sun. there is also an windsports centre and diving centre on site. The all inclusive deal worked out well with 3 restaurants to choose from and free local drinks. The ice creams by the pool were a lovely treat. The food at the buffet was very good, especially the fresh omelettes and the BBQ station. Delicious desserts too. The rooms were comfortable with good air-conditioning. We had Seaview rooms which overlooked the beach and had a little terrace. The best thing about the hotel is the staff especially Majid who worked in the beach bar and the restaurant. He was friendly and always remembered your name.

This was a great, safe hotel in dahab. I came to dahab to spend a few days snorkeling and wanted a safe relaxing place to stay. Upon arriving I was greeted by a sweet man at the front desk named osama and he helped me throughout my entire 5 day stay with everything I needed. The staff was very respectful, and incredibly and efficiently helpful, including when calling the front desk from the room. If I couldn’t figure something out they were always there quickly to fix any concern. I was greeted with some fruit and sweets, and they sent a cake to my room for my birthday (even though I hadn’t notified anyone it was my birthday) so that was really sweet. There is free breakfast and dinner that is tasty with vegetarian and vegan options, meat, fish, sweet desserts and fruits. There is also a beautiful private beach with cabanas and a sports club. The pool was beautiful as well. There is a fun staff who run activities throughout the day and are always encouraging your presence (thank you rania and mohamed!). Can’t say enough good things about this property. Will definelty be back!

I don’t know where to start from but I will try my best. To begin with among arriving to the airport we were offered a ride from airport to the hotel for a a fair price for 2. Contact the hotel and they will respond fast! We were greeted once we arrived by staff, I can’t describe how friendly and helpful they were! KARLOS explained everything and gave us our all inclusive bracelet! (Pretty much free everything)
We received a free room upgrade since we booked through Expedia. The room was very cozy, very clean and well organized! I don’t understand how this isn’t a 5 star hotel!

One of my favorite resorts of all time. All services offered were amazing, loved how friendly and helpful all staff was, very comfortable hotel, great beach, and a short ride to the boardwalk. We had an enjoyable stay. The location is nice, the hotel is on the beach and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained.
However the food - which was very diverse and nice looking was lacking taste.
Also every evening we had few very noisy hours - from around 8 pm till 10 or 10:30. It was sifficult to sit outside and talk or relax. We came to relax.

The hotel is good, we had a small issue on arrival because the sea view room on the second floor which we requested was not available but the manager arrived and resolved the issue. Breakfast is very good but the same is served every day. The free shuttle is very convenient but only works twice per day. Overall I would recommend the hotel to others

The stay was perfect but I think that they should pre heat the pool to make it easier for guests to use it. The pool was freezing cold and it was a hassle to stay in. Other than that, everything was in order sbd great.

The hotel is beautiful with a nice swimming pool and a private beach where you can find sport activities like sap, glass boat, kayaks and more. The food is good and diverse. My only problem was the lack of free hot and cold beverages at dinner

Location is good and they other a free shuttle bus that takes you to and from the hotel to the walk way (main area where all the shops and restaurants are).

Our package included dinner and we ate there the first night but we were very disappointed with the selection and quality. For the rest of our trip we went to the walk way for food options.

From the first minute we entered in reception the staff was welcoming and warm.. positive energy in this hotel.. it is quiet and relaxing .. overall we liked the cleanliness. Regarding food it was tasty and had varieties, renew each day .

The location was beautiful and the food was AMAZING. Good access to lots of programs on site and around Dahab. Did have some issues getting maintenance on my room; I had to ask four times over two days to get my AC and shower fixed and the sewage smell in the bathroom never was resolved. Overall though, definitely worth the price.

Old and in desperate need of renovation.
A perfect location for wind surfers, but that's where the good stuff ends. Very old and run-down - everything - from water-taps to hotel staff - has to be replaced. Bathroom smelled terribly, water wasn't running adequately, wifi quality was a disaster (you buy a passcode for a week and then it stops working the following day). Room service people would ignore DND signs and insist they want to enter the room now. This was my first time in Egypt, but I would definitely look for another option to stay next time.

Hotel is in a nice area not far from the city and shops and restaurants, and there are 3 shuttles everyday going from hotel and back. Rooms are small in size, but clean and comfortable. Food was fantastic, and staff are very nice and friendly.

Overall, the pool is nice, the food is okay, loved the beach but the staff is way to flirtation with single women. I didn't enjoy being called \"Habibi\" which means my love in Arabic. Not to mention they were always trying to sell you stuff while you were relaxing at the beach or pool.
My biggest problem at this resort was the fact that most of the guests were there on an all inclusive package and I was not. Every time I went to get a drink or order food, I was told I couldn't have it because I wasn't all inclusive. I kept telling them to bill my room but they would not do this until I was arguing with them. Plus when you do add things to your room they do not have a computer system in place to charge you. This means you get a million bill ticket receipts and can not have a tab. Also on the last morning at the resort I was not allowed to purchase and add items to my bill because it would not be able to be added to my room in time.

we actually swamin the sea and not in the pool, but the pool looks wonderful and those in it appeared to be enjoying themselves. Nice location, nice beach. Seems they may have trucked in sand, as their sand was finer and had fewer stones than other hotel beaches.
