Clean room and friendly staff. We were on the 4th floor, bar, breakfast area above us. We could hear the chairs being moved up till midnight and again at 6am. They need to put 'sliders' on the chairs! Also, there is not enough parking.

Very nice, new(er) hotel. The staff I interacted with was all friendly, professional, and appeared that they liked their job. At first, I had thought the hotel was a salvaged, rebuilt warehouse, but during my stay found out it was brand new. Very nicely designed, stylish decor, clean room, good bed. Breakfast was not unlike many other places and was just what I expected. Only thing that was missing was a pool/hot tub, but in this case, definitely not a deal breaker. Already made a reservation to come back during Labor Day weekend. I will say the price I paid was a very good deal, and when looking to stay during the peak summer months, noticed our room was almost 3 times as much.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are luxurious with soft comfy beds, nice pillows and nespresso machine in your room. The view of the harbor from the bar is beautiful. They even have an area with boards games and a large table to play at.
The breakfast varies day to day but each day its a nice spread. My daughter loves it when the have bowls of fresh berries. We have stayed here twice and time it a great experience. Treat yourself to a stay here.

It was an ok stay. The staff is really nice. Room was ok. Charged me an extra $80.00 only got one bottle of wine didnt drink it because it was gross. Had to open it myself as the girl.in the main lobby didn't know how to open corked wine. Never went upstairs to the bar, as i could hear the wedding party above sliding chairs across the floor. So if you stay try to be on level two or 3. As the bar is above floor 4. Also terrible parking for hotel guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The lobby was cute and welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable and we appreciated the personal throw blanket at the end of each bed. We loved the view of the beautiful water and cool bridge. We enjoyed the spa was just steps away. We didn’t get a chance to sample the breakfast but it smelled delicious and rooftop bar area was amazing. We will definitely be back!

It was fun to see the Halloween decorations, pirate-themed, in the Lift Bar when we went for breakfast. The breakfast was ok, the usual eggs, potatoes, pancakes, french toast sticks, bagels etc. But other than that, I rate this hotel a 5 across the board.

Cross street $4 for a tall one and highly recomend it , all was good except for idiot that decided to smoke in their room and set off fire alarm so we had to evacuate the building. Staff was awsome !

The hotel was clean and well maintained. I believe it is a fairly new construction. My only comment is that room seemed a bit small. It’s not really a complaint since I was alone and just watched TV a bit, slept, and showered. It was a nice room. The exercise facility was clean and had the necessary equipment. It was a good overnight stay.

It's a nice hotel in the downtown, with views from the top floor. The top floor bar was not available to sample due to a private event the night we stayed. There are a few bars/restaurants close in the small downtown area. Unfortunately there was something mechanical making noise outside out room all night after midnight of our stay. It could have been an air conditioner or other device but it make a repetitive clicking all night long. When told the front desk they needed to have maintenance check it out, the response was \"did I think it was the rain\". It did not rain that night.
They also let their employees sit literally right outside the entrance and smoke up the place. It was quite a plume 3 of them sitting there. Over all, it was ok, but not sure it was worth $250 for a simple room.

No wifi and desk person was not very helpful. Micro didn’t work, but desk person came right away and fixed it.
No parking due to hotel’s anniversary party and we (senior citizens) had to park on the street with a tough incline. We had to struggle to carry our luggage up the incline and to our room. No help was offered when we asked about a cart. “There might be one at the back” was our answer.

The unusual layout of the hotel was not well explained and we had to investigate to find where the 2nd floor was (the parking lot entered into the 2nd floor).
It was very confusing and very disappointing visit. “Connection is very poor here,” was the explanation for the wifi.
It’s a beautiful and modern hotel but no “service” makes the building less beautiful!!!

One of the best stays we have ever had. My sister and I were in town to visit my dad and hadn't been to the harbor in 20 years. It's nice to see it now with the hotel, near the shopping on the strip. Maybe alot of water damage. Also not enough lightning. Even with all lights on, it was very dark. But over all, beautiful place but miss the extra stuff a regular hotel provudes. Such as pools. Hot tubs, gyms and all the little extras. I would definitely stay again only because the spacious room.

Only thing bad thing was staying on the floor right below the restuarant. Last morning there was woken up by chairs dragging across the floor for a hour. The hotel said there was a meeting going on.

when we first checked in the clerk was rude and dismissive . gave us minimal information about the hotel and breakfast, acted very much like she didnt want to be there . When we enquired about if there was any additional parking ( only two small parking lots for the whole hotel ,maybe 20 spaces) she just shrugged . Our room was nice and very clean and housekeeping did an excellent job. The tv kept shutting down which we heard was an ongoing problem. Next morning priscilla was at the desk . what a difference she made. She was helpful, funny , always smiling , got our tv fixed and gave us great ideas of where we could legally park when we came back later because there are lots of places where you get towed if you park there . Breakfast was really good both mornings we were there. The young man there was very helpful also. We were on the first floor and supposed to have a river view, which we didnt.I would not recommend the first floor . it was loud and noisy and traffic was very loud throughout the night and cars, motorcycles and trucks are about 10 ft away from your window. .

This hotel is amazing! I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was seriously the BEST mattress I've ever slept on. The lobby and rooms are beautifully designed, and has a beautiful space on the top floor as a bar at night and free breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is delicious and more than just \"continental.\"

They are trying to update the town around it and clean up the harbor area -- there is so much potential!

No food as kitchen menu was being changed for the summer and the upstairs lounge closed 15 minutes early so couldn’t utilize. Should not have advertised as riverview and should have noted no food.
