The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway.

The walls are paper thin and apparently they don't care about their posted quiet hours. Both nights I was woken up by someone cranking their music up at 1am and when I called down to the desk I was asked what did I want them to do about it.

The only plus side to this hotel is that there is a Dutch Bros at the end of the street.

Well, you get what you pay for. This was one of the lowest prices hotels in the area.
The good - low price and great location.
The bad - worn out furnishings, noisy, homeless people sleeping in the parking lot, rude staff, didn’t feel like a safe area.
Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

I arrived at 10 pm. Doors to the lobby were closed and locked, service was through a window, which had a sign over it that said back in 15 minutes. There was someone at the desk, but they said I would have to wait for her to do some paperwork that would take 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes, 3 other people had walked up and been turned away. Not sure what paperwork was more important than customer service. Amenities - no refrigerator, and wifi access meant not free, but I was not given a rate or process either.

The property had lots of criminal element hanginging around the exterior of the building. There was a long line to check in and all transactions were conducted through a tiny glass hole. The room was dirty with bugs crawling all over the place. The bathroom floor was wet from the ceiling above leaking. The linens were stained and did not appear clean. We only stayed long enough to shower then left the premises. WILL NOT stay there again and DO NOT recommend!!

Parking lot was filled with homless people and drug deals. Room was horrible not clean at all! There was hair on the shower wall, cigarette burns on the bed, stains on the sheets, dirt and food on the floor. It was disgusting, we left immediately, I will never go back.

Location did not feel safe. Ppl hanging out all ours of the day and night. Also very loud car wash in front of the hotel. Loud music and engines reving late at night from car wash customers.
The bedding in the hotel room was old and rough, making it very itchy. I book for 2 nights but only stayed for one. There is no way I could stay a second night. I didn’t mind losing the money. Safety and comfort is more important.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The on-line reviews were not even close to being accurate. Long line for check in with no personable customer service. All transactions were done through a small window. There was a lot of ceimi al activity happening around the building. The nathrrom floor was wet from the room above leaking. The towels were stained. And the worst part was the room was filled with bugs. I DO NOT recommend this property to anyone.

I requested a non-smoking room and the room reeked with smoke. I was told they didn't have any left so they couldn't give me a non-smoking room. The carpet was stained and rumpled and filthy looking. I checked out 15 minutes after checking in and I was able to get a refund at the hotel.

Nope no work space eother. Managment was unprofessional yelled at ne becaise it was inconveint for me to let matnence in to fix tolliet that was leaking. Rude. Embaressing discrinatory and hostile behavior yelling at me telling me what to do and the next day i was told to leave becaise my dog which my dog never ever came close to contacr but her words were my dog attacked her maitnence man.

only there 2 nights so I didn't need laundry service. Our phone didn't work and they said they'd send someone over, but never happened. The room was filthy with candy, wrappers, kleenex, papers on floor behind dresser and phone table. Shelves and counters were filthy and there was a squished cockroach body on headboard on one of the beds between headboard and wall. Lot of holes and unfixed areas throughout the room.

No coffee, no breakfast. No real amenities. Door is locked early and doesn't open until morning so no internet. Bare bones hotel. Pool and Jaccuzi were really nice. Walking distance to Waffle House and a gas station. Lots of vending machines on site.

YIKES! This is a low budget hotel. Thread, bear sheets and towels. Burn holes in the carpet. Toilet roll holder off the wall. They did have a They did have a pool and a Jacuzzi in good shape. Away from everything except the waffle house and a coffee stop.
Probably worth the price, but I won’t recommend it to

This place was terrifying. I do not recommend. We got in super late to check in and they won’t let you inside, you have to just talk to them through a service window with a security guard. Meanwhile you feel like you’re going to get jumped at any moment. There were only sheets on the bed. No comforter. It was an experience to say the least. We slept for a few hours and then got out of there first thing in the morning

This was absolutely the worst most disgustingly dirty hotel that I have ever stayed in. There was blood smears on the walls and bathroom door, as well as other fluids that could not be identified. The floor was unswept and there were food crumbs everywhere. Everything was generally just extremely dirty. Not to mention the door handle to the bathroom was falling off. The hotel was somehow rated a 6.7 which is just baffling to me. If it could be rated a negative number for cleanliness I would give that. We unfortunately stayed 1 of the 2 planned nights and we checked it the next morning because we just couldn’t handle it anymore. The hotel fought us for the cancellation and initially refused a refund for the second night when we told them we were leaving. Thank goodness Hotels.com was able to get that cancellation for us and we moved to a much cleaner nearby hotel.

Check-in was easy enough. Arrived a little after 8pm and had to use the night security window. I assume the neighborhood isn't the greatest. I had no issues while there so that was a plus.

EZ access to property from the main freeway that sits nearby. Because of the window configuration you won't get any road noise from the highway nearby that literally sits behind the parking lot.

The room itself was in decent shape with everything working. Overall, the stay here during a weekend day going into a week was pleasant.

Would definitely stay again should I find myself back in the area.

The pictures posted are years old. The entire property was a DUMP!! Cigarette Butts, Drug Paraphernalia and trash was everywhere!!! Stair Wells, Drive Ways, The Entry Way was FILTHY!! The room was so NASTY that there was NO WAY I would have walked barefoot across the floor or tried to sleep in that bed!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The staff was very nice and understood my complaint about everything and my money was refunded and out the door I went!!!!

I have multiple rooms booked two different reservations all the rooms were canceled before my arrival because the name on the credit card did not match the names that I put on the rooms. No attempt was made to contact me since they were all under one confirmation which then took me over an hour and a half to resolve before the rest of my team arrived. The room was clean but the property is definitely deteriorated rust in the bathtub and broken tile

The girl at check-in was not pleasant at all the manager had to step in which reversed the errors. The only reason we stayed here was that it was close to our venue and reasonable in price compared to everything else in the area that weekend

I told them when i called to check on my reservation, and he said that it was good, and when we got there, the lady at the desk, rude, very rude, said that my card was no good?! I showed up and they did not have the rooms available i booked online. At 1am telling me to contact the 3rd party does nothng. I booked a different hotel. I will have to dispute the.charge on my cc. Booking a hotel online is a scam. I can book with zero issies. Canceling or modifying amything requires setting up an account. If its simple to book ot needs to be as simple to cancel. The set up is difficult for the customer and feels and acts like a scam. Never again.

The restroom floor was caving in, There was small roaches or crickets, bed sunk it a lot, the toliet kept splitting out water every time i flushed the toliet and my card kept resetting.
