Breakfast on our first morning was very limited. Some of the hot items were cold and the oatmeal was thicker than usual. There were no bagels available that day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, our room was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, probably due to wear and tear! This is our 3rd time at this hotel, and more than likely, won't be our last! Thanks to the entire team.

We typically opt to stay at Home 2 Suites locations because of the kitchens, pools, and breakfast options. The parking was readily available, but this location is difficult to get to. I wouldn't stay again. The one night we had available to utilize the pool, the water was murky and you could not see the bottom. We only tried to eat breakfast once, we went around 8 am, and most everything was already gone, so we didn't try again. This location falls short in comparison to the other locations that we have stayed at. The employees are what made the stay better. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant.

We stayed for 4 nights with our young children. I booked it because of the kitchenette—I really needed a fridge and freezer for the baby milk and food, and that was great. The spacious room was also helpful. The room itself, while fine for our needs, needs some TLC. The bathroom wallpaper was stained, there were rust stains around the shower, the microwave didn’t work and no one came to look at it after I called to report it until we reported it a second time. In the end, the outlet just needed to be reset, but the front desk man didn’t know this when I first called and the maintenance guy wasn’t in, so it took two days to push a button on an outlet. We couldn’t get the room temperature to a comfortable level, it fluctuated between too hot and too cold. The racks that hold the dishes in the kitchenette were also dusty. We could’ve really used blackout curtains on the window. The room itself was noisy. I could hear our neighbors (and I imagine they could hear my children) and I heard screaming and profanity down outside the window one night at 11 pm despite being on the 4th floor. I was also surprised they didn’t give us any new towels when they cleaned the room. Overall the experience was fine and I’d choose it again for the fridge, since we needed that, but there could be some improvements.

The hotel is clean and employees are friendly. We did experience teens banging on our door at 10:45pm twice. We were traveling with our two kids who are under 5 and they were both terrified and did not sleep all night due to them not understanding why someone would come and bang on our doors in a hotel at that time. Never have experienced this before so for that reason I cant give it a 5 star review

Having an indoor heated pool was fabulous while traveling with our 3 kids and the pool area was a nice size with few small tables and lounge chairs. The room was a great size for our family (2 adults and 3 kids, 21, 17 & 14 yr old). We had a a full size fridge which was wonderful. I will say the AC unit was confusing with the room temp but it was ok in the end. As far as the front desk staff- there is a gentleman mid day to night shift that was excellent the night shift had a nice lady but we were not “thrilled” at all with one particular desk staff. Her attitude was ver negative, demeanor horrible, when I asked a simple question I received a rude “duh” type of response and when I inquired about housekeeping the response tone in return was definitely not welcoming at all! The breakfast that was included was pretty great for being included everyday. I would bring my family back and stay again if I needed to.

Everything was 10/10: Cleanliness, Staff, the beds. There was no weird smell, the design is modern, minimalistic and cheerful and the staff clearly is getting on well, making the experience welcoming and extremely pleasant!!!!
Having had a really bad experience somewhere else in Jersey not too long ago, this was a breath of fresh air:)

The staff was very rude. From the moment I arrived there was a gentlemen by the last name “Bonaparte” that made my stay very uncomfortable. His demeanor was very “I’m in charge, this is my hotel” which I did not feel was appropriate. My husband asked for 1 hot chocolate during my 1st night and the response was “the children drank all the hot chocolate earlier so I can’t put out anymore”. Mind you we arrived late around 8pm so we just wanted something warm for our children (10,7,5 YO). The pool closed at 10P, he came rushing in at 10:03 rolling his eyes and forced us to get out saying the person had to clean so we needed to hurry up and get out. Everytime we passed the desk he stared us down up and down as if we were intruders. We felt VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Staying at a hotel especially with my young children I should feel safe and secure not uneasy. I felt as though he would enter our hotel room when we stepped out. Poor stay. He definitely needs to be made aware of his behavior. Everything else was okay during my stay.

The suite was excellent and very comfortable. The only issue we faced was the dishwasher leaking water.

There is nothing within walking distance, which may be inconvenient. However, the advantage is that within a 3–5 minute drive you can find Anatolia Halal Market along with multiple dining options.

We were assigned a room and when we opened the door another couple was in there in bed. It was embarrassing for both them as well as my young family!! Not to mention how dangerous it could’ve been had the couple already assigned to the room reacted worse than they did. Or had the situation been reversed! What if someone had been dressing in the main portion the room? Very inappropriate and quite honestly, shouldn’t have happened!

Love this hotel! Pool is indoor and heated! Room is always stocked with every thing you need, like literally home away from home. Parking available and easily accessible. They even let my son stay in the pool a bit extra because it was his birthday! Will be back!

Originally there was a problem getting to Hotels.com reservation. They could see I booked and paid but it would not complete on site. The man at the desk was. Very polite and helpful and politely got me a room!! Hi five. I wish I could remember his name , but maybe you can find it from my reservation.

Le temps que la température de la douche deviennent chaude a pris 10 minutes donc on a pensé qu’il n’y avait plus d’eau chaude mon mari s’est lavé à l’eau froide et mois moitié froid et tiède jusqu’à ce que notre fils entre et nous disent que ça se réchauffait de plus en plus .
La couette de lit est pleine de rond dur à l’intérieur ce qui rend très inconfortable sur le corps .
Le monsieur a notre accueil était peu accueillant , répondait au téléphone sans s’excuser de prendre l’appel j’ai trouvé ça impoli
Le déjeuner était impeccable très bon et les choix variés

The suite was large and well furnished, and i appreciated the first floor access for my dog walking. Kitchen had bare necessities. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful, checkin was smooth. Grounds are well lit and safe for late hours. Overall, I enjoyed my first stay at a Home 2 suites and at this property.

There was a large church group staying here. They were heavy drinkers. We had to ask the front desk to speak to the room next to us because they had people crammed in their room, music blaring, and they were chanting “drink drink drink”. They’d run in the hall screaming. One threw up in the elevator in Friday and all Saturday it was still there with nobody cleaning it. Someone tracked white powder on the first floor and nobody cleaned it up for awhile. While the property could me nice, certain groups ruin it for the other guests.
