We stay at country Inn and suites all over United States and this one was not up to the country Inn and suite standards that we are used to not as well maintain not as clean not as well staffed asked for handicapped room did not get one we were able to make it work, but it was not what we wanted We booked out well in advance like six weeks just saying we are a little disappointed in this one.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again. Attention to details would take this place from good to great. When we first checked in, we found a large pizza from the previous occupant in our room fridge. This made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning staff, but the rest of the room did appear to be clean. An included breakfast is always a perk that I look for when booking a hotel room. There were quite a few yummy options, which would’ve been made better if the bagels weren’t stale enough to be inedible. The bed was comfy and the staff was pleasant.

Outside Building siding is dangling in some parts. Carpet needs replaced. King suite had no hvac control unit. Stayed two nights, both mornings for breakfast was bad experience cause no one kept the it stocked and was out of alot of stuff. Staff was nice and friendly. The pool and hot tub was relaxing to enjoy.

The pool area was not clean at any point. I know customers are mess but this was bad paint off the hot tub floating in the hot tub and pool, towels laying all over the floor and tables, the bathroom had several towels on the floor. Trash by the from desk was full and falling on the floor. We had a suite and the air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the sitting area.

The first night of our stay the ac would not turn on. We arrived late and decided to wait until the next day to let the desk know. When we told them about the issue, they were amazing. They came up right away to take a look. Within 20 minutes they had an entire new unit installed and running for us. The female manager also came up to the room with the male maitenancr worker to make us feel comfortable as it was a group of young women staying in the room.

Building smelled not to great when walking in like a mix of natural gas and chlorine. Check in guy was super nice. Room didn't seem very clean. Stepped in something sticky in multiple spots on the carpet. There was no vent fan in the bathroom so it got ultra steamy. U could see all the paint bubbling up. Took the shower 10 minutes to drain after shower. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the wall mounted bottles. They did bring some up after asking. I wiped the surfaces off with Clorox wipes when I got there and there was clearly, soda or food spilled on multiple surfaces. Bedding looked and smelled clean. Where the ice machine was smelled like a garage truck.

The young man at the front desk was very polite. I appreciate that. The temperature in our room when we arrived was set to 90°! That was odd. The bathroom door closes if you use a little bit of muscle. The breakfast had a variety of foods. Staff was friendly. The hotel has a very convenient location and was more than adequate for our needs. Thank you.

The entire facility seemed like sulfur. The hot tub was out of service. The heat was not turned on in the room when we arrived, and the outside temperature was in the single digits. The clerk explained how he had been sick with sinner sort of virus for the previous three days, so we didn’t really want to touch anything. There was a dried up cloth left in the tub. The breakfast want very good. The eggs and sausage were cold. The coffee was okay. It was clean overall and nice facilities.

Check-in went well. We arrived before 3 pm. The lady said we couldn't check in, but the gentleman said we sure could since our room was ready. The pool was very warm, but the pool room was freezing cold. The towels were all damp and hard to dry off. The hot tub was out of order. Then, at 5:30 am, the fire alarms were all going off. They didn't have anyone directing, and several of us were outside standing in the cold. Others came out to say it is a malfunction of the system, no need to be outside. If the price is right, we could come back.

Upon checking in tried to use hallway restroom, handle was not engaged and prior guest had left it unusable, obviously been that way for days. Notified front desk, he gave me my room key so I could use the room before checking in. Very nice!
After checking in and getting all my belongings in and settled for the night, started noticing heater smelled like smoke, air registers were covered in THICK LAYER of dust. Breakfast: Eggs and Sausage Gravy were in warmer, it was on, but it wasn't working. They were both COLD at 8:30 am. I told the guy, he checked them and walked away. Luckily there were other options, like waffels that worked for us guests. Nobody wanted food poisioning as breakfast opened at 6 am. Air vents above breakfast buffet were worse than ones in room. Bed was comfortable, furniture was nice. Just needs a really good DEEP CLEANING as well as VENTS & CARPETS.

The fresh food items at the breakst bar were unedible. The fresh fruit was rotting with visible fruit flies. The waffle mix was chunky. The gravy for biscuits was burnt. We ate packaged cheese and granola bars our first morning; went elsewhere for breakfast the second morning. If a hot breakfast is adverand included in the room price, guests should expect quantity and quality.

We were very disappointed with the condition of our room. The shower curtain had mold on it, and the shower itself had not been cleaned properly, we even found hair from a previous guest. By the time we noticed, we were in a hurry, but it was honestly unacceptable and quite unpleasant.

The staff and room were great. There were always snacks in the lobby in the afternoon, not sure if it was because of the cyclones/hawk game, but it was a plus. I have always liked the cookies that are available in the lobby when you check in. But our room had a problem with the Ac/heat when we turned it on it began to smoke and set the smoke alarm off.Two people from the front desk came right away to check it out.Within a couple of minutes they said they would move us to another room,which was just next door. The next morning when we were getting ready to go down for breakfast we noticed something on the floor on the side of the bed close to the wall. Could not tell if it was food or digested food. If the room had been vacuumed it should have been picked up. We have had better breakfasts. The eggs were like chewing on rubber,so we went with waffels which were okay. The beds were comfortable.

Pool & hot tub was closed when we arrived.
Tub drain was plugged/full of hair. A couple sheets of toilet paper or paper towel were on the floor in the elevator Fri & Sat.
At the end of our stay the toilet wouldn't flush and there was a chair and towel at the bottom of the pool, we were told it would be removed, but it never was so we left.

Hallway floors were noisy when walking, walls were patchy, room was ok, very stark, bathroom light was low and off center from the mirror, bathroom door was hard to close. Breakfast in the morning was minimal, country potatoes were grey, eggs were watery and there wasn’t any coffee. For what I paid, felt like the property could have been better, nicer looking and at least coffee in the morning.

The entry way was hot like you stepped into a sauna. There was no staff behind the counter to greet it, you had to call them on a phone. The carpet was dirty and bumpy, our luggage wouldn’t even wheel down the hall.
The room was disgusting!! A hideous over powering bleach smell smacked you in the face as you opened the door. It was so hard to breathe instantly with the smell! The beds looked very lumpy like they just threw the comforter back on after others have been in the bed and they pulled the covers up to make it look made. The carpet was disgusting to walk on with shoes, it just felt grungy. Cheap or not DO NOT STAY here. When I checked out right away, the guy was so confused and shocked on everything I was saying.
