We stayed 4 nights at Empark. Check in and check out staff wasn’t particularly friendly, was just okay. Room was okay but the air conditioning was centralised and we felt a bit hot, we had the windows opened. Fyi, they request a 2000 yuan deposit which I’m not aware of while booking the hotel.

The design of bathroom is terrible. Toilet stall is separated from shower with a wall but sharing one very heavy, hard to pull sliding glass door (rusting?). You will expose the person on the other side if pulls the door close to use toilet or shower. Both spaces are tiny to move around. There is no inside handle to slide the door open, especially coming out shower wet, I have to use both hand digging into the metal door frame edge and pull really hard to open the door (you will definitely damage your fingernail/polish).
Housekeeping always forget to refill one or two items.
Coffee maker in room is so old and malfunction, you have to try 2-3 time to make work then you will waste one or two coffee pods.
The robe lining is not cotton but clinging no absorption polyester, it is so unpleasant to wear especially after shower or bath.
Look out the window, you will see a large, very noisy open unclean paper/box/plastic waste packing/rapping yard, and tractors come and go loading unloading with loud noise constantly throughout the day.

We had wonderful 6 nights stay at the Empark Prime Hotel Beijing. We were upgraded to executive club, paid 399rmb a day to enjoy breakfast, tea and happy hour. The service throughout my visit was excellent, Vicky 何连怡 at 云顶 club was attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The room was impressively spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city.

The concierge service was particularly helpful, collected a lot of my online parcels on my behalf. One of the best features of the hotel is its convenient location—just about 150 meters from the 中国美术馆 (National Art Museum of China) metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. This location is near to most of the tourist attractions.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in the heart of Beijing.

Clean and spacious room, good breakfast spread, friendly staff at the hotel. The only issue was misleading sales tactic on hotels.com part which has nothing to do with the hotel. I was given to understand that there will be breakfast for 2, but somehow hotels.com only provided breakfast for 1. Tried to resolve this with hotels.com, only to be met with extremely rude service agents.

The property and staff are very nice.
The only complaint I have is that the AC wasn’t working I’m glad the room has windows you can open to get fresh air.
And also glad that the weather wasn’t hot.
The food at the hotel is incredible and also the train is near by for transportation make sure you carry small bills to buy your ticket from the kiosk.

Pros: The hotel was newly renovated. Room is very clean. All staff were super friendly and attentive.
Cons: Our room’s aircon was not working most of the time so the room could get quite stuffy. We could occasionally smell cigarette smoke outside our room but not sure where it was coming from. We got the 80sqm room but pretty sure our room was closer to 50-60sqm.

The room was spacious and modern, facilities were also well kept and clean. It’s a 7-10 minutes walk to Wangfujing Street but has a metro station right opposite the hotel. Would recommend and stay here the next time I’m in Beijing!

Able to connect with WiFi but unable to access You tube at all. The hallway had a strange smell because it's on the 5th floor close to the swimming pool. We asked to change a room with a city view and they did move us to a new room but still on the same floor just away from the swimming pool. The room was very clean but the coffee maker didn't work well. The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. One thing need to mention was the taxi driver's carelessness. The concierge called the taxi for us. My husband was still getting into the car, the driver started driving without looking back and almost caused a severed injury. Since then,we did not ask for taxi anymore. Except this incident, we enjoyed our 4 nights stay.

Our group of two couples stayed at 北京华侨大厦睿世酒店, booking two rooms, and we were impressed from the start. The property is well located right in front of the subway exits, and is in excellent condition. The only problem with our stay was that the aircon in our room seemed faulty. It would randomly stop working in the middle of the night and we would have to get up and try to fix it multiple times until it finally stays on. This happened continuously throughout our 6 night stay. Other than this issue, this hotel was a great choice for our stay in Beijing.

An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the different foods and how to enjoy them properly, which added a delightful cultural touch to our mornings.

The hotel itself has been tastefully remodeled in recent years. The location couldn't be better, with a subway station just across the street and another line’s entrance just a 10-minute walk away. This made it the perfect base for touring the major sites in Beijing.

Great quality over price ratio hotel. We particularly enjoyed how calm, comfortable and well design the room was. We like the hotel breakfast offering.

Only drawback was spotty access to Wifi with insufficient bandwidth ad constantly dropping.

The hotel is ideally located 5min walk North of the same street pedestrian only shopping section, with a subway station at the next cross-road and easy bike riding distance from the main city center attractions.

The hotel is pretty nice. We stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are large enough and clean and comfortable. We are family of four, 2 kids and 2 adults. 2-full bed room works out quite well. The front desk receptionists are professional and helpful. We asked for a switch of room for my parents they helped the request immediately. Room service everyday was well done. The location of the hotel was golden, close to subway getting to area of interests. Walkable to Wangfujing shopping area. Don’t miss the China Art Museum which is just across street.

Decent hotel in a prime location

1. Prime Location: the hotel sits at the northern (quieter) end of the mile long Wangfujing Street, opposite Jia De auction house and overlooking the National Art Gallery of China to the northwest. It is also 3 min away on foot from the renowned Capital Theater. Metro No. 8 is downstairs across the street and No. 5 and 6 are roughly 500 yards away. Forbidden City, Tiananmen square, the Lama Temple, the Confucious Temple, the Houhai bar district, etc etc are all a couple of metro stops away. The Capital Airport can be easily reached by taxi or Metro.

2. Service: front desk and attendants are professional and very helpful.

3. Ambience: exterior is modern with an oriental touch. interior was redone quite recently with acceptable taste. My floor was quiet and room soundproof.

4. Cleanliness and final touch: the room was clean at the first sight yet the details were not impeccable. There were water stains on the faux marble floor and bathroom fixtures, spots on the mirror, visible dusts at the nooks and corners. I asked for a recleaning and the housekeeping came quickly. The lady did what she could but explained that the stains were mostly permanent and not removable. The incident seemed to be a combination of ill-chosen remodeling material, lack of maintenance, and a bit slip on the housekeeping standard.

Overall I was happy with the hotel and stayed for 3 nights.

All staff from front desk to concierge to cleaning crew are very friendly and helpful. It is a very convenient location, many restaurants are within walking distance. All major sights of interest are easily accessible by subway. The Wangfujing Shopping area is within 5 minutes’ walk. We stayed 4 nights and still have many places near and far that we’d like to explore next time we stay in this hotel.

酒店在中國美術館站對面，去機場走8-9分鐘去東四站，不過到站還要上下很多電梯，行李多的要注意。
酒店服務好，房間浴缸是半開放式，淋浴間裡沒有掛衣服的地方，淋浴間和廁所門互趟只能單邊用，關上後在裡面門也不好開，不方便！如果和朋友同住也很尷尬

The hotel and room are tastily designed and very comfortable. Mattress and pillow are excellent for a good sleep. Light control in the room can be configured to soft or bright with night light setting to the toilet. Breakfast has wide variety of choices. Staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful, I rely on them to book for taxi through the Chinese app. Excellent!

Im Rahmen unserer Asienreise waren wir vom 30.9. bis zum 3.10.2025 in Peking und hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer im Embark Prime Hotel. Das Hotel entspricht in jeder Hinsicht den Anforderungen an ein 5-Sterne Hotel und das Team um David Liu, Xavier Wong, Mia und Riley haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und ein weiteres Plus war die zentrale Lage in Laufweite der Verbotenen Stadt. Ich kann das Embark Prime Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen.
