The hotel was incredibly safe, clean, and quiet—exactly what I needed as a solo female traveler. The staff was fantastic: warm, helpful, and always attentive.
I purchased the buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and it was amazing with so many delicious options to choose from. I also tried the buffet dinner; it was decent, though not quite as impressive as the breakfast. I treated myself to a massage during my stay as well, and it was wonderfully relaxing.
One of my favorite parts was the location. The street right outside the hotel has great nightlife and plenty to explore, and I felt completely safe the entire time. Overall, I highly recommend Park Plaza Beijing and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, literally next to the subway Dengshi Kou making it very easy to get around.
Good breakfast choice catering for both Eastern & Western. Concierge helpful with taxis etc.

Only slight snag is the aircon in the room was set to 24°C heating, It was so hot & unable to change the settings.

Would definitely stay again.

A Clean, Modern, and Comfortable Stay

The room and bathroom were spacious and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows which is always a favourite feature for me. The hotel was spotless, smelled clean, and appeared very well maintained throughout.

Breakfast was enjoyable; I especially liked the mini waffles although the dinner was a bit underwhelming by comparison.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and great attention to detail.

The hotel is just a minute walk to Dengshikou metro, while JinYuHuTong metro (has underpass to APM mall) is about seven minute walk. Good accessibility and walking to and fro Wangfujing is good after feasting. Had a wonderful birthday surprise as they decorated the room while I was outside for the day! The hotel is located directly behind the Dengshikou subway station exit, very convenience. We took a local tour and it happened that the morning meeting point was exactly at that particular exit, so it's just a 1-min walk from the hotel, no stress! There is also a 24-hour convenience store across the hotel to buy water & snacks.

Huge bonus, especially if you're visiting during hot summer, the hotel comes with a self-service laundry facility and they even include the detergent! Being able to easily wash all those sweaty clothes was a lfiesaver, especially in our case that we still had 8 more days in other cities after Beijing.

Breakfast was pretty decent with a lot of variety. AC in the room can be better though. Room is spacious, but pillows can be slightly thicker. One of our rooms was definitely warmer than the other despite turning on the AC continuously for many hours but the hotel staff didn't seem to believe us. It's still an amazing experience overall, would love to stay there again.

This is a very affordable hotel considering it's located close to Wangfujing shopping area and super close to the subway station. The laundry facility is a great feature as well for travelers. Mr. Li, the concierge manager is so nice and accommodating I give him 5-stars for his excellent service.

Perfect centrally located hotel for exploring Beijing. Loads of restaurants within walking distance, also great for hotel pickups when doing tours. Breakfast was good with good choice, we had breakfast here most days and it kept us going until the evening. All the staff were very friendly, some had good English and the ones that hadn’t made great effort to communicate. As I said all the staff were lovely but an extra shout out to Eric on the concierge desk, he was great for tips and advice and also booked multiple shows for us, as the event websites were in Chinese.

This hotel is located perfectly to explore Beijing city and the top tourists sites. The subway is directly behind the hotel. The staff helped me arrange a taxi anytime, toir guides all met me in the lobby and they decorated my room for my birthday, which was so kind. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was pleasant and featured a well-sized bar, offering a comfortable space to unwind. However, the evening buffet restaurant was overpriced, and the buffet selection was disappointing, with half of the six or so dishes simply reheated from breakfast.

On the other hand, the breakfast spread was much better, providing a far more satisfying start to the day.

No allowances for long flight and early arrival and when we asked for just a little earlier checkin, we were refused. Only hotel this has ever happened to me and I have travelled widely. Disappointing. Also, room was completely over heated and they said the system was broken. Very uncomfortable

Room was very hot. They said AC not working. But clearly was working in the hallways. Room was at 29-30 making it uncomfortable to sleep well. I would have been better off sleeping in the hallway. I informed the desk, and they said they would do something. They just brought a fan which just blowed around the warm air. They finally changed our room which was a little better but still warm.

There's a metro entrance just next to the hotel. There are a number of local eateries nearby e.g. there's a comfortable Nan Cheng Xiang outlet just across the hotel where we had cheap and good local breakfast (opens 6am), so we didn't need to hv hotel breakfast at all. Hotel concierge Eric gave great service and arranged tours for us. We communicated via WeChat before arrival and he booked entrance and train tickets for us, and we only pay him after we arrive . Wow! The only complain we have is about the room air-conditioning. Somehow we could not lower the temperature and many times felt too warm in the room. We had to open the windows to let the natural winter air come in to chill the room

Our stay was early November and the weather still warm in the daytime. Unfortunately due to the season the hotel had prematurely switched off the cooling system making the room uncomfortablely hot.

Service at this hotel is first class, Kevin and the concierge extremely helpful which is what you need when not able to speak Cantonese. The location is about 30 mins walk from Wangfujiang and Forbidden City, also relatively close to a choice of restaurants. The laundry room and gym are both excellent, well equipped useful facilities.

The location of the hotel is very good. Lobby is luxurious and they have a nice bar with good happy hour deals. The hotel has a nice laundry room which is free for guests, self service. Breakfast was great with many options.
Our room had a comfortable king size bed with high quality linens. They offer a pillow menu with really interesting options, we tried all of them!
Bathroom had lots of amenities and the shampoo/ conditioner smelled amazing.
They did not offer an upgrade at check in but I felt the room was spacious enough for our needs that I did not request it either.
Room had a great desk with multiple outlets, nice size TV with lots of channels and free water bottles, coffee/tea station.
Lastly, we were amazed by how nice, patient and attentive the staff was. They were very helpful and always had a smile.

Room was comfortable and cleaning service was great. Good coffee and tea in the room. Useful reading desk in the room. I would stay again. Front desk staff speak enough English if you need it. Restaurant hours are not reliable. We tried to take advantage of their hot pot special, but the restaurant closed early. They do have free laundry machines, but most don’t work and/or aren’t cleaned.

There are three outstanding staff as the name cards of Park Plaza, 1. Larry Liu-is the best and a very dignified-look Manager warmly greeting, talking to and serving you (always with smile) as his family guests every day for our five days stay while the restaurant foods are delicious and plenty, and we wants to come back to this Hotel and meet him again 2. Eric Zhang-the senior Conceige who guides and shares his experiences with us for all places, restaurants and must see or do in Beijing, and 3. A housekeeping lady at 13 Floor who warmly greeting and offering services to us. Needless to say, this Hotel is in the best location (at its best prices) with neighboring world-class hotels such as Waldorf, Peninsula, Hilton.
