Terrible hotel. My mattress was old, and I ended up sleeping while sliding into a concave dip in the middle of it. The towels were awful. I requested the “to go” breakfast for 5 AM (as suggested by a sign at the reception), since I would be leaving before the hotel’s breakfast service started, but there was no breakfast box waiting for me. On top of that, the room’s light switches didn’t work properly and I had to sleep with the lights on. A total nightmare.

We had a very pleasant stay in Just Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had issue with the bathroom in the first night, and the staff immediately give us a new room, very helpful.
However, would recommend to come and stay with your own car, because it is sort of located on a motorway, it is not easy to walk around those roads. Other than that, it is a very good hotel.

Clean rooms we had the suite with hot tub and shower in the bath , the staff were very friendly and smiley and helpful. The parking was right outside hotel safe parked. The breakfast wasnt cinsidering its continental breakfast, not keen on the bacon.. wierd colour. Over all lovely stay highly recommend. Spacious room comfy bed and pillows also had a keettle and coffee which most utalian hotels dont provide.

We asked for an iron and they gave us the iron and the ironing board in the lobby to carry to the room ourself after asking for 20 euro security deposit. Rooms need upgrades. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel

This hotel is not a good hotel for business. The air conditioning in the rooms is exceptionally poor and hardly works. The windows hardly open, on my room the handle was broken and nearly falling off. They booked a coachload of teenagers into the hotel on the same corridor as us. Of course they ran amok running up and down the corridors in the night screaming and shouting. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable i have ever slept in. The breakfast is awful, hardly anything is edible its cheap and nasty. It was close to where i needed to be but that was it, will not stop here again.

Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Very nice place to stay. Handy to Malpensa airport, Milan and Lake Como. Good access to the train station to go to Milan without driving (20 minute walk or 5 minute drive). Very comfortable and excellent food. Stayed here at the beginning of our trip and came back to stay here before going home again.

When booking into the hotel we've been told that since we booked to a room in ground floor, our room will not be in the hotel but at the motel rooms next to the hotel. Had to walk out into a totaly dark area and found out that the room had a window to a totly dark underground parking and was freezing cold. Called reception and they claim that due to county policy they cannot start the heating before October 15th. Only after returning the the reception and tough argument with the very unfriendly women at the desk, they moved us to a room on first floor in the hotel. This room was slightly better and warmer but the window was again looking in to a dark parking. Never again. Stay away.

First (Air Condition):
First night, room was very warm. the receptionist told me that she changed the AC controls from her desk from 23 to 18 degrees.
Nothing changed all night.
Second night i asked for help again, but the receptionist surprised me that AC is off all over the hotel & won’t be on because it’s the city law as we are not in summer yet & i should know their law. How should a tourist know about such a rule/law when the hotel is promoted as an air-conditioned facility.
On the 3rd night, it was very hot. The receptionist offered me to change the room & i questioned how that would help if AC is not working anywhere anyways. but it was too late as i won’t go through the hassle moving my 1.5 years old sleeping kid & our stuff while we will leaving on the next morning at 7 am.
My daughter (1.5 years) was waking up every few mins crying & sweating of the hot weather.
They couldn’t at least offer a fan.

Second (Mini fridge)
the mini fridge power is ON only when they key is its wall mount in the room. So we kept one key in the mount at all times as we had our baby’s food in the fridge.
For 2 days in a raw, housekeeping would clean the room in the morning & take our key upon leaving the room. We come back at evening time to find the fridge with no power & food is rotten.

Third (safe box)
The safe box was lose in the cabinet (not fixed) that anyone could just left it up, take it all & leave the room.

Fourth (room size) doesn’t fit baby crib

Impeccable. White glove clean. I was completely comfortable from the bathroom to the bed. The bed was as comfortable as my own bed which made me sleep as if I were at home. All aspects of my stay were perfect. Dania was exceptional in making our stay complete.

Booked a hotel up in a hour rented motel room

I booked an economy room in the hotel and was given a room in the so called 'dependence', which clearly speaking is a motel and the rooms are rented on an hour basis with a drive through. The room was dusty and the smell indicated that it hasn't seen a deep cleaning in a very long time. The bed was uncomfortable, considering the destination it's probably not used much for sleeping.

The check in was very easy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is very modern and comfortable but shower is a little small for taller men. Breakfast was delicious and is complimentary to all guests. Also safe garage parking is available which relaxes your mind of any thefts or damage to your vehicle. If you are visiting Milan or Lake Como I would recommend on renting a car as it is almost an hour drive to the city center. No gym, no ice machine, no laundry room. Restaurant in the lobby is lovely! Bartenders are very friendly.

Lovely hotel but far away from milan

The hotel was nice but really far away from everywhere. There wasn’t really a footpath to walk to or from the hotel which was actually quite dangerous as we literally had to walk alongside a busy slip road. There was a shuttle available but it was quite expensive (10 Euro for something that takes 15min to walk if that) and this wasn’t available on Sunday either.

Breakfast was nice- not an awful lot of choice. Would’ve expected a bit more for a 4* hotel but it was ok. The bed was unfortunately not that comfortable but the size was good. I don’t know what it is with places giving a random thin sheet instead of a duvet? There was a huge blanket in the wardrobe though which we used.

The staff was pleasant. Our room was upgraded for free- I wish this was an option though and not just something that was given to us as I was quite looking forward to our room or at least seeing it before given the choice.

We had some trouble with the shower falling down and the keycard wasn’t always working- maybe a little bit outdated?

Can’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel at all it was great and the daily room clean was great with daily towel changes and new shampoo and soap provided each day as well as 2 bottles of water.

Overall a pleasant stay if you want to get out and about visiting milan and Lake Como for a smaller price- would recommend having your own car though.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Food was fairly good. Area can be a little noisy with road traffic, but I was totally fine where I was located. Where they lack 100% in is amenities such as a pool, ATM, store, jacuzzi, or suggestions on what to do. It is a hotel, restaurant and bar. Period. By the way, you reserved me in the hotel, but when I got there, I was in the motel which is a downgrade. I upgraded and they gave me nice discount so all worked out. Also, it would be good to have a little description of hotel differences such as needing a card key for your electronics to work such as lights, the gates are locked at night when trying to get in, what a bidet is, etc. But a great place, phenomenal staff, quite enjoyable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Ensure you are booking Hotel - not Motel.

Just Hotel was really nIce. Excellent food and staff/service but upon arriving we were allocated a room in the Motel adjoining. So disappointed! Cigarette butts at the front door, fridge not working, wardrobe area lights not working, dark, dingy room, toilet seat was disgusting and if I was a single female traveller I would have not felt too secure. On the plus side, we slept well and the car was parked right outside. The booking system is a little misleading as I booked and received receipt for the hotel. They need to sort this out. We were too tired upon arrival to complain, just wanted a shower and done food.

Italy is changing for the worse and quickly

I arrived at the hotel with my family, where I found out that I was in another part of the hotel. I had to pay € 58. After receiving a room I recognized that the child's bed was dirty and not cleaned and covered with a sheet,Which was known to the manager in the morning and after they changed sheets and even though the child was sleeping next to me, the manager gave me 50% of the price I paid an unjustified addition

Free parking. Stayed at 4 hotels during our vacay throughout northern Italy and this place had the best bathroom and coldest room.

Nice trendy restaurant 3 minutes away called Burmet. Go check it out.

Perfect location for a quick stop over

The hotel was ideal for what we wanted - an overnight stay on the way to Lake Como. We didn't use the bar or restaurant other than for breakfast so can't fully comment. Large car park and recently refurbished hotel.
The only reason they're not getting top marks is because we asked for a double and got a twin but our early morning arrival meant sleep was more important than worrying about changing rooms!!

Could do with more lighting when unpacking the car. Wifi a bit iffy in the room would only work near the bathroom. Shower was a nightmare door did not close tight and water goes everywhere.

This hotel is too far from malpensa airport.

When I searched for a hotel close to malpensa airport this hotel came up as 11 miles away and in actual fact it was around 26 miles away.cost average €90-100 one way!!

A decent hotel with good sized room. Could do with tea making facilities in the room and more facilities in the hotel, maybe a pool or gym/sauna, as there's nothing to do. Good if you have a car but if you're relying on public transport, it can be a bit of pain as train station is about half an hour walk. And there's not much in town centre either.

We book a Hotel room thru Expedia that was cheap yes but we didn't expect it to be in a motel! When we arrived we check in and they gave us the keys and direccions to our room- when we got there it was the Motel/Brotel part of it, with the parking by the door, we opened the room and it had red lights and big mirrors and smelled like smoke big time - no the kind of hotel we are used too. Of course we run back to the front desk and told him that we didn't book a motel room, thru Expedia we booked an economic 4 * hotel room, they guy said those our the economy rooms - my husband and I were going to have a fit, we were not about to stay in the Brotel room. Luckily the manager came in and \"upgraded\" us to a room at the hotel. The room wasn't great but was 100% better than the other room. AC was broken but a guy came and fixed.
We will not come back.

At 2 times we received a room only for 2 people (only 1 bed for 2)and we booked a big room junior suite for 3.
At the end, in the night we had a very small room with enough beds for 3. Bad organisation.
The hotel should contacted us the day after for a compensation but this was not done.
No contact after 1 week.

Personale molto gentile alla reception, al bar e a colazione.
Purtroppo la camera era sporca e non è stata pulita adeguatamente nemmeno per la seconda notte.

Nonostante la vicinanza all’autostrada l’hotel è abbastanza silenzioso, ma le camere sono mal insonorizzate: si sente tutto dalle stanze vicine e alcuni ospiti non rispettano il silenzio.

Esperienza nel complesso deludente, sicuramente non da categoria 4 stelle
