1-summer and air conditioned did not work in room and could not sleep at all in 3 nights was informed that AC was regulated and would not drop in temperature- I attempted to open window however it was storming and rain came into room - then attempted to just crack it open for air and was bitten by mosquitoes all night
2-shower had black mold in it and I wouldn’t even shower at home in these conditions not acceptable I alerted staff and also used your app as communication for housekeeping to clean properly and nothing was done
3 -was electrocuted by faulty iron that the whole hotel had to share and I asked for it to be replaced that didn’t happen
4-Twas a pet friendly hotel and room smelt of wet dog - very unpleasant
I have alerted staff of all complaints and through your messaging system that doesn’t seem to get to them I need you to FIX this.

The hotel is quiet, clean, with rooms not too large, equipped with non-stop air conditioning, plasma and wi-fi. Very clean bathroom with no specific odors. Cleaning is done daily; very polite staff, involved. The hotel also has its own parking, very spacious, free. At breakfast you can find good and fresh food, quite varied, in a pleasant environment. At the hotel restaurant you can have dinner, if you ask at reception. About 200 m from the hotel there is a hypermarket - IPER - very well stocked, where you can find everything you want and what you don't want.

We stayed for one night of our touring holiday. The first room we were allocated had an unpleasant smell of drains but we reported this to the receptionist who efficiently by providing an alternative one immediately and apologised profusely. Otherwise everything was as expected of the Ibis brand. The location is within a retail/business park and close to the E35 autostrada which was ideal for our purpose.

Like a recent stay in Milan, our one-night stay here was nice. There isn't really anything special to say.. but at the same time, there isn't anything particularly bad either. Service was good. Needed somewhere to break our journey overnight. It is close to the motorway, has plenty of secure parking and a decent bar and restaurant. The area is a bit industrial so don't expect views of Como.

It is next to the main road. But there is no direct link to it. There are top fence blocked the hotel from the main road. Google GPS map is not updated. Roads are missing. Taxi went to the wrong place. Food was so so. I paid the room rate in advance. I had to use credit card to pay each time when I spent in the hotel. Why they cannot charge all my expenses in my account and charge me when I checked out.

Due to unforseen circumstances we arrived at the hotel very late (about 10pm) and with nowhere to eat. Fortunately, staff were nice enough encourage us to use the hotel restaurant despite it being 30 minutes to closing time and otherwise empty except for us. We had a good pizza and nice cake for dessert.
The hotel room itself was identical (literally) to the other ibis hotels, right down to the colour of the wallpaper and the layout of the beds. Clean, no complaints here. They have free wifi (at least, the first 24 hours are free, not sure what happens after that as our stay was only 1 night), and they had ample free parking - just drive in and park.

It was absolutely great. Great breakfast, large parking, big commercial zone at the next street. We also ordered dinner one evening, got our dishes and it was outstanding. they made some mistake in the vegetables dish and once we told them about it, they immediately replaced it and didn't even take money for it, great service. the staff were very kind. desktops were also available in the lobby for free use of guests. there room was pretty small but was enough for us, nothing was missing there. Very recommended.
