Nice stay. The hotel is in the same building as another hotel so make sure you don’t get confused with the other and checkin at the wrong hotel (guilty). Aimi has some rooms that can net you a gorgeous looking view dependent on what type of room you get. The ocean view is the best by far!

AVOID THIS HOTEL

This hotel has completely given up. I suspect they are getting ready to tear it down sometime in the future, and so they are just letting it go.

The hallway is filthy - see picture. Our room was an \"ocean view senior suite\" but really all we had was a concrete wall to a shared outdoor space that had no seating or anything.

We had reserved the room for a party of 6, and the listing said there were three futons. The futons were extremely thin and the futon sheets had some weird stains. The wall had stains (coffee, we hope) that weren't washed off. The curtains were stained also and we just tried not to look.

When we asked the front desk for additional futon mattresses to help with padding, they said none were available. The table only had 4 chairs which made it hard to play cards or dine at the table.

When we asked the front desk with help arranging an early morning taxi to the airport, we got shrugs and a maybe. Well, we can't miss the flight so we ended up leaving a night early and getting a hotel by the airport. They did not refund the night, so we ended up paying for 2 hotel rooms that night.

The only positive is the location - a 5 minute walk to Hamdeok Beach.

The property was in a nice spot overlooking the beach and by some small restaurants and cafes. But the rooms are smaller than I expected but still plausible. The rooms seemed a little outdated and could use a few touch ups. We got to the hotel later at night and they called to inform me to use the kiosk when I got there. Very convenient especially for foreigners. But other than that one time on the phone I never came in contact with the staff.

Great location, but….

Great location to stay at. But side ocean view is very misleading. To get that “side ocean view”, you literally have to step out the balcony and lean your body forward to be able to see the ocean. SMH! Other than that, hotel is at a great location which is near the night life, near a beach, bar, club/lounges, and restaurant and plenty of convenience store near by. Parking can be hit or miss, as there’s no assigned parking designated for your room. It’s more of a first come first served basis upon arrival if there’s even any.

Hotels needs a lot but veiw/location is great

If you're looking for a 5 star experience (or even 4), this hotels probably not for you. The walls could definitely need a new paint job, bath area could use a thorough cleaning (some mildew), cleaning crew could use a bit more time cleaning everything. BUT, IF can overlook these things, it's a great hotel because of its location (across the street from the beach and tons of restaurants) and if you get a ocean view, it makes up for most of the hotels flaws.

Great view and location. friendly staff.
The toilet room smelled. The cleaning seemed to be minimal and not sanitized.
The hotel did not offer full size bath towels only hand towels.
They did provide botted water, daily, at no charge as well as other toiletries.
The restaurant was closed and the attached convenience store did not have much of a selection for meals.
It is located close to a bus stop and within walking distance of many food places and the beach!
Wifi was good in the room.

Like all the other previous reviews, there are only 2 hand towlers provided in the room. After the cleaning, the cleaning lady took them away...hopefully we read the reviews and brought a bounch ourselves! The check in was not a good experience. They called 1 day prior check in for the room type, but once we are on sight they told me they could not find the reservation! It took them another 10~15 mins or so to sort it out.

a decent place with a view.

the guys at the hotel were friendly and did their best to help us out. One of them had better English than the rest and was more helpful. Overall the place was nice and in a good location. My biggest wish was that it was cleaner. the hallway rug is in dire need to be replaced. but they did come and clean our room daily. i did like our balcony to watch the people on the beach, but like the rest of the room, the balcony needed some paint and new furniture.

Just okay...

Traveled for work. 3 ppl booked 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms didn’t have full sized towels for shower/bath. None of the rooms had bottled water (provided daily), or bath soap. Trash was left in the bathroom. The good thing is it’s connected to a GS25 so bought all my necessities. Plenty of tv channels to pick from. Good location to hamdoek beach.

Great experience!

Great location. Awesome view from 8th floor facing the sea with blue waters. Great street to find a mix of western food and Korean food. Supermart at lobby of hotel makes it convenient to buy what is needed. Service was excellent by front lobby staff. When checked in, WiFi in room was not working. Gave feedback to them when I left hotel to sightsee, and when I was back, the WiFi was good and strong. Car park is also easily available for hotel guests.

Nice view if you have a sea view. The family suites are very spacious. This hotel could really be so much nicer if the rooms had a nice deep clean. Lots of marks on the wall- maybe a it bit of touch up paint as well. The location of the hotel was good- lots of places to eat, and great beach right near by.

It is a nice hotel located very close to the beach. Many rooms have a beautiful sea view. A guy at front desk spoke good English and helped us a lot. The breakfast is of Korean style so don't expect much from it. The breakfast area was overcrowded sometimes and people had to stay in queues for long time. I'd recommend to come early in the morning. The hotel is quite big (~50 rooms per floor) but has only two elevators so moving between floors took a long time. A GS25 store is available right from the lobby.
Free beer in the evening is a great bonus of course.
The most disappointment was the cleanness of the room. At first glance it was ok but when I took a look under the bed it was terrible. Seems it had not been cleaned for ages. Also on pillow was dirty but the staff changed it quickly.
Overall I recommend this hotel.

For a decent price, this hotel has comfortable modern rooms, refrigerator, balcony with chairs, free breakfast, free beer at night, friendly front desk person, on the beach. Like most hotels at a beach, there is sometimes a small amount of sand on the balconies and dust on the outside windows.

Also, in a few reviews, some people actually complained that the food was mostly Korean food... (in Korea). Outside of Jeju's Jungmun resort area, almost all the tourists are Korean. In any case, the breakfast was great with several hot dishes including sausage and boiled eggs. For this price, I don't know what else we could ask for.

Hotel at the Beach

Staff at front desk speak English extremely well. Much better than anyone I've encountered in Seoul.
Check-in was quick and informative.
24 hour convenience store in lobby.
View of the beach is beautiful day and night from the room.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Please note: This hotel is about a 30 minutes drive from the airport. However, if you have an early morning flight between 12am-8am and need a taxi, you must call the front desk 6.5 hours in advance to reserve a taxi between the above hours. Otherwise you may panic in the early morning trying to get to your flight. Also note that the lobby is closed until 6am. But if you call the day before because you need a taxi, someone will come in a little earlier to ensure that you get a taxi.

The staff are always polite and accessible. They can be a bit slow answering the phones though.

Stayed here twice and enjoyed it. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and they come and clean hem daily with fresh linen, towels and water is restocked daily. Free internet. Staff calls Taxi for you to take you to destination. Bought a bottle of wine price was reasonable and they gave me wine glasses to take with me to room. Overall experience both times were great! And for the price this hands down is one of the best hotels in jeju... the best part is walking out the front door to the beach.

Hotel staff can converse in fluent Mandarin/English. Room was nice, there is sufficient space to open 2 large luggages at the same time. The view of the sea from the balcony and the shower room was beautiful! Many seafood restaurants around the vicinity. Large carpark available for those who drive.

The hotel is very accessible to other destinations on the island.

The absolute best part is how close the beach is, also the beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen! (really cool tidal effects providing pools to see little sea creatures in-awesome free experience!:)

The staff is really nice there! Very helpful and many had a great sense of humor!

The location is definitely walkable (15 minutes at furthest stretch) to a lot of restaurants, grocery, and convenience stores(~25% more expensive than other places around the island since near to such a beautiful beach:)

There is not a gym in the hotel, but get outside! Near the large pier (10 minutes walk away), there's this fun outdoors fitness center open to the public and great track to run around (if the trails are too far away for you).

This was my first time outside the country (from America) so the free breakfast was not my favorite (I'm too accustomed to non-savory food in morning-sweets, etc. for breakfast-if you are too, try Cafe Delmoondo at the pier-can be pricey or the cheap waffle place nearby in the inner streets), but my girlfriend (Korean-American) was definitely happy with the breakfast.

Before going to this hotel, I read about the shower and window to the beach, my advice, close the curtain (you'll be fine it covers well) or just don't worry about it-you're on vacation LOL.

When I go back to Jeju (this trip made me want to return and stay for life) I will definitely stay here again!

Only good thing was the location, it looks out onto a beautiful beach and very near a lot of eateries.

Otherwise, the room was so tiny, very suffocating and the staff said air con was not available in April, they told us to open the balcony door but then we got bit by mosquitoes all night through. The bed was very uncomfortable, can feel the springs in the bed. The wifi in the rooms did not work at all.

Overall, not happy with this hotel.

Pros: nice beach location, great views, bus stops very near to hotel, the room was mostly ok and the bed was super comfy!! The hotel overall seemed very clean and the Hamdeok area itself is very pretty. The beaches are lovely and the water crystal clear. A decent option for exploring the north eastern side of Jeju.

Cons: I'd read a few negative reviews before booking but decided to give the hotel a chance. Overall my stay at the hotel was ok but, for what it was, I felt it lacked the service that made one smile when returning from a day of exploring. I'd read that some previous guests had had helpful staff who were able to speak some English. Apart from one other male staff, I felt that the rest of them lacked a genuine friendliness or keenness to assist.
there was no dinner option for single diners at the hotel/adjoining restaurant and the food was expensive. breakfast was Asian style - apart from some old croissants, cornflakes or cocopops option. You weren't allowed to take food from outside the hotel to your room - understandable but also annoying.
In the room I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathtub. At first glance it looked clean but after filling it with water I could see where a basic wipe down of the tub hadn't been done. the towels went from a decent size to head towel size only by the end of my stay.

Great hotel, easy check-in, room on 7th floor overlooking the sea. Lovely comfortable bed. Lighting controls were a little odd, only found light to toilet the morning after as it is situated on control panel in middle of room which controls all the room's lights. Nice view, free beer offer in the evening, decent buffet breakfast in the morning.

2 days stay with rental of car, everything is good except the toilet were separated from the shower and there is no water tap in the toilet.

Bathtub is clean, but don't expect to shower while viewing the sea due to the tempered glass sliding door were unable to open.

Nice hotel staff which can speak English, helpful to assist customer to park their cat when it's tight up with limited parking space.

Cleanliness... stains on the curtain, balcony, shower and toilet's wall, can't complain too much on this...

By the way the hotel provide free flow of beer... since the location are kinda far from the new jeju area, most guest will prefer to stay in and enjoy the scene of beach with the unlimited beer supply.

Perfect view from window!

My first experience was a disaster: Check-in clerk treated us like thefts and tramps. Due to weather conditions had to overnight at GMP, after 40h travel - we got to hotel, delay more than 12h. Maybe we didn't look like businessman. Moreover our cheaptickets booking shown 60% reduction of price, and the front desk clerk couldn't understand how possible. Our check-in lasted 35min, first he wanted to convince us to take lower standard with extra pay, than told that we should come at 3pm (it was ~10:00am). I had to clarify that our booking is for day earlier and we almost lost one day. After check in finally we got the key but in the meantime lost possibility to have breakfast. I was too tired to explain it to manager. First impression was the most important, I couldn't remember so awful welcome.
Than our stay was without problems. Hotel is nice, room quite large. Staff (expect described one) - nice and helpful.

The hotel was nice. Free breakfast wasnt great. Free beer was good from 6 to 11. Room was comfortable but not all that clean. Some of the hotel staff was nice and helpful others not so much. Great view of the beach fron the beach view rooms off the balcony.

The hotel rooms power shuts off when you remove your key, this means you can't run the air conditioner or charge electronics when away. When you go back to your room is humid. There is no sink in the bathroom just a toilet. Nice balcony and bathtub. Nice hotel staff.

The view from the hotel is so great as it is close to the Hamdeok Beach! Love the location of the hotel, so many restaurants and stores nearby. But I was a little bit disappointed about they didn't wash the cups before the customers checking in. There was very obvious blot on the cups. Btw, not much choice for the breakfast.

Didn't get the type of room that I booked

I booked the Ocean View twin room 4 months before my stay, and was surprised when I arrived and was told by the unfriendly female receptionist that all the twin rooms with single beds were out. The receptionist said that they only had the Ocean View double bed room, and that was what they were going to give me.

I didn't understand Korean, but my friend who did later told me that a male colleague of the receptionist looked at the computer when the female staff said there weren't any twin bed rooms left, and said that there WERE actually rooms available. Apparently the female staff said, \"it's ok, they'll take the room\" even though I had specifically told her that I had booked an Ocean View room with two single beds FOUR months in advance.

We rejected the room and were given another room with two single beds, but with a view of the carpark and garden, which completely defeats the purpose of me booking this specific hotel early FOR THE OCEAN VIEW. There was a mumbled apology, but nothing else.

The hotel isn't the most accessible via public transport, so if you don't drive, you may find it difficult to get to.

We had such a great time and as in Korea usual, the people and hotel stuff are very warm and nice. The hotel is clean and very comfy. Nice sea view with fresh air. If you are a friend of Korean breakfast, you won't be dissapointed with the hotel breakfast.

Fantastisk utsikt över havet. Nära till badstrand och strandliv. Hotellet ligger precis vid strandpromenaden och gatan med många restauranger och barer. Området är vackert. Bra pris för bra kvalitet. Rummen är inte jättestora men de duger. Inga badhanddukar. Ta med det hemifrån.

전에 친구와 부분 바다뷰가 꽤 좋았고, 청결도 괜찮은편이라서 다시 예약했어요. 이번에는 부분 바다뷰가 마감되어 시내뷰 3인으로 부모님과 함께 갔는데요. 바쁜 성수기이지만 객실 청소가 제대로 안되었어요. 화장실은 괜찮았지만 객실 바닥이 먼지나는 카페트인데 손톱깎은게 여러개 침대옆에 떨어져 있네요. 청소기를 제대로 안 돌리셨나봐요. 그리고 테라스에서 차한잔 하려고 했는데요. 테라스가 너무 더러워서 나가지 못했어요. 체크인 기다리면서 보니 아이미제주비치 호텔은 한국인이 많았는데요. 같은건물을 사용하는 맞은편 프론트는 중국인이 많았습니다.ㅜㅜ 아이미에서 숙박할 때는 휴대용 주전자 안 챙겼는데 이제 챙겨가야하나 싶어요~그리고 중간에 대피하라는 사이렌이 울려서 문도 열어보고, 카운터에 전화했는데요. 직원분이 올라와서 점검해보겠다고 하고 안내방송을 하지 않아서 아쉬웠어요! 요새 사건, 사고가 많아서 무서웠어요.

비추천입니다

객실컨디션 별루에요
금연방인데 담배냄새가 쪄들어져있고
오션뷰는
성수기여서 그런지 시설에비해서 금액비싸고 너무 별로에요
티비채널도 제대로 안나오고
안락함이나 편안함은 없어서 불편해서 잠도 잘못자고 감기몸살 걸려서 고생하고 여행에서 숙박중요한데 다시는 오고싶지않은곳 비추

지난 숙박땐 바다뷰를, 이번 숙박땐 시내뷰를 선택했는데 역시나 바다뷰가 좀 더 좋았습니다. 한라산도 보이고 그랬으나 방안에서의 바다멍을 이길 순 없었습니다.
바다뷰 방처럼 욕조는 없었지만 더 넓은 공간에서 씻을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 수압에 많이 쎄서 도움이 많이 되었습니다.
다만 한가지 힘든게 주차가 쉽지 않았다는 점입니다. 오후 6시 넘어가면 지하주차장에 차를 대기가 쉽지 않았고(비도 왔었기에) 호텔 앞쪽이나 옆의 공영주차장도 가득 차 있어 20분정도 헤매다가 공영주차장에 주차를 했습니다. 더 이상 어떻게 할 방법이 없는 상황이겠지만 주차상황이 조금 나아진다면 함덕 가성비 최고의 좋은 최고의 숙소가 되지 않을까 싶습니다. 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

바닷가 바로앞이라 이구 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았어요. 근데 아무래도 렌트를 많이들 해서 오다보니 주차하기가 살짝 힘들긴했어요. 그부분만 빼면 완전 좋아요

그리고 3박 마지막 날, 베드버그로 인한 듯 왼쪽 전신에 5군데 벌레에 물려 아직까지 고생입니다...

기존 평들이 호불호가 극단적이어서 고민이 되었습니다만, 선택하길 잘 했다고 생각합니다.
방 컨디션은 깔끔하고 청소도 잘 되어 있었고. 3박동안 지내면서 청소도 깔끔하게 잘 되어 좋았습니다.
화장실과 샤워실이 따로 분리되어 있고, 샤워실에는 욕조만 덩그러니 있어서 들어가서 샤워해야 했는데, 미끄럽지는 않았지만 손잡이도 별도로 없고 샤워기 봉이나 선반을 잡고 나와야 해서 주의해야 할것 같습니다.
1층에 24시간 운영하는 편의점이 있어 언제든 땡길 때(!) 사먹을수 있어 좋았고, 바로 옆에는 기념품 샵도 있어 구경하기 좋았습니다.
조금 힘들었던 것은 주차문제 였는데, 오후 6-7시정도면 지하 주차장이나 전기차 충전소 있는 지상 주차장은 거의 꽉 차고, 길가에 붙어 있는 주차장도 꽉 차서 첫 날은 주차 하는데 꽤 애를 먹었습니다만, 호텔 우측으로 50미터만 가면 공영주차장이 작게 나마 있어 주차할 수 있었습니다.
가격 대비 룸 컨디션이나 주변 환경이 좋아 다음 번에 또 내려가게 되면 묵을 예정입니다.

Heruntergekommenes Hotel in guter Lage zum Strand

Die guten Punkte am Hotel sind die Lage, der kostenlose Parkplatz, der Convenience-Store direkt im Hotel und die Möglichkeit, dass man jederzeit am Automaten ein- und auschecken kann. Abgesehen davon waren wir froh, dass wir nur die eine Nacht vor dem Abflug hier gebucht hatten, um näher am Flughafen zu sein.

Das Zimmer war klein und es waren Haare von anderen Personen überall auf dem Boden. Die Handtücher waren zwar sauber, rochen aber nach Essen. Der Teppich im Flur war voller großer und kleiner Flecken (siehe Bild). Insgesamt ist das ein riesiges Hotel mit sicherlich über 100 kleinen Zimmerchen und hohem möglichst automatisierten Durchschleusungsgrad von Gästen. Als wir morgens um 7:00 gegangen sind, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, so dass uns niemand helfen konnte ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu organisieren. Auch am Abend vorher gegen 23:00 war schon niemand mehr an der Rezeption.

Mit dem Taxi hatten wir Glück und haben auf der Straße ein freies Taxi gefunden, allerdings sollte man nicht alles auf diese Karte setzen, da nicht sehr viele Taxis unbestellt unterwegs sind.
