The whole experience was above and beyond our expectations. Starting with the home reefs that is so rich in marine life, we felt we didn't need to go to another place for snorkeling. The bungalows were outstanding, and had everything we needed for spending our vacation days in great comfort. The whole staff is so friendly and extremely attentive to every small detail that felt like they were in our heads, anticipating any needs we had and being so friendly and helpful. This was the best experience we've had in all of our 20 countries visited so far.

Como Cocoa is paradise on earth. This is now our favourite resort and we can’t wait to return. The resort is stunning with all rooms sitting over the water in the beautiful lagoon. The house reef is exceptional and the dive staff were knowledgeable and safe. The staff are friendly and professional, often greeting you by name, and are clearly happy in their work. Special mention goes to the chef, who makes the most delicious food and is very accommodating with the menu choices.

A relaxing stay

An idyllic island. We stayed as a couple in a Dhabi Loft Villa which was a beautiful two floor apartment with direct access to a gorgeous part of the coral reef just a few minutes swim away from the comfort of our bed. We loved every part of our stay: well equipped gym for early workouts, the craftsmanship of the interiors, the soft music in the restaurant never too laud, the gorgeous spa for a relaxing time before dinner, the privacy of the room and the beaches where we truly felt like we were on our own (even though the hotel had 83% occupancy during that week!). The staff is so kind, attentive and friendly if you want them to be - some true gentlemen will cater for you at the restaurant at lunch and dinner. The food is so fresh, sustainable and ever changing to allow you to discover the multitude of dishes, vegetables and fruits the area can offer. I highly recommend half or full board and to pay the extra for the Seafood BBQ night - we had the most amazing (unlimited) lobsters and giant prawns that evening. We will be back.

An amazing getaway! The overwater bungalow was clean and spacious. Bring or buy water shoes as it's a bit rocky behind the rooms, but it's soft sand on the majority of the island. We had a half board package which provided breakfast and dinner. The food was great and the dinner menu changed daily. I suggest getting a meal package, as a la carte food and drinks were expensive. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Wisam, the director checked in regularly to make sure our stay was comfortable. Nok, the yoga instructor was amazing, as was Kiah who taught me how to paddle board, and Sharky who led a guided snorkeling tour even though my mom and I were not great swimmers. Christian and team would also bring water to us on the beach so we wouldn't dehydrate, and Muru and the restaurant team were very kind. Overall a luxury experience, family friendly, and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

My wife and I are stunned after our honeymoon at Como Cocoa Island - the best holiday either of us has ever had. It's tough to describe the experience beyond saying that it's somehow exactly the right balance - simple but luxurious, comfortable but exotic, private but social (if you want it to be), relaxing but stimulating, and all in the most idyllic setting imaginable.

With so few rooms, you often feel like you have the 350m island and its sandbar all to yourself (whether lazing, strolling, snacking, snorkelling, or exercising). The Dhoni loft villa was stunning, spacious, well-equipped; the food varied and excellent; the beaches and reefs breathtaking.

It takes quite an operation to craft this outwardly seamless experience; the staff are all wonderful and make it pleasant from the moment you land until the moment you reluctantly enter security for your return flight. Thanks esp. to Nawal for looking after our room, Mode, Zayan, and Kai for the epic onsite snorkelling/scuba, Nok for the yoga/meditation, and Wasim, Christian, Muru, Sithin, Fang, and Faisal for the restaurant/bar experience.

We hope to be back soon (and noticed that many guests are long-time repeat visitors).

Perfect is the only word to describe. The staff, the marine life, the environment, the room, we totally had a great stay. Manage to celebrate Christmas Eve here and it's such a special experience to celebrate Christmas on the beach. A lot of festive program to join throughout my stay. You get even more than what you expect, the staff here were so friendly till make us feels like home. They planned everything so well from arrival at Male Airport till we depart at the boarding hall. There's even a suprise christmas box for us under the christmas tree in our room. The island is not crowded and there's no noisy music in the bar, so we enjoy the peaceful environment everyday. The room service is superbly efficient too. Overall, best of the best and will definitely visit here again.

We spent a week and felt like we had our own private island the entire time. The staff were incredibly attentive and efficient. The villas over the water were large with a full and a half bath, a large bedroom with a king sized bed and a large living room. The snorkeling is outstanding just off the back porches and the scuba diving 5- 15 minute boat rides from the island was some of the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. It felt like we were dropped in an aquarium because of the density of fish and animal life. We saw reef sharks, octopuses, turtles, spinner dolphins, pilot whales, manta rays, squid, and skates. The food was outstanding with many excellent choices with the half board plan. There is a hydrotherapy pool to sooth sore muscles and an excellent gym and spa. Free yoga was an added bonus. The white sand beaches and the rooms were made pristine daily by the numerous staff. Having travelled much of the world, this was the most beautiful and restful place I have ever been.

Como Cocoa ticked all our boxes.

I would describe this as a house boat pitched on a mini great barrier reef - with your own private sea view.

Our turtle snorkelling was sensational with the marine team (professionals - free divers / biologist). Im not a confident sea swimmer and I was well cared for and had an anxious free time.

We didn't need sun-loungers/pool/beach
we had private sun-loungers/deck/ocean/house reef.

The snorkelling from your own deck was so enticing - transparent water and plenty of marine life.

We use a specific publication that is focussed on inspecting unique, “boutique” centric properites - and this is not defined by price either, it’s more about unique character and offering - a stand out.

It felt like we had hired our own private island because of the smart architecture and design - it was “coma”-cocoa chilled luxury.

Private feel to the resort even though up to 60p geusts could be there. Staff fabulous, Marine Centre staff brilliant as we have our first scuba experience and went back for seconds. The highlight was the Reef propogfation experience where we could elave hbehid a nest on echi new coral can propogate in the ocea, Nice to take away memories bu to keave a lating legacy was really special. A slice os paradise

For couples, especially couples on a honeymoon or a special anniversary (we were on our 25th wedding anniversary) this place is perfect. The setting of white, soft sands in a clear blue sea with tropical greenery is impossibly beautiful. The villa is immaculate, clean and tastefully decorated. Out the back you have your own sun dec with table and chairs and two sun beds. Best of all there are a few steps which lead into the water. From there, using the borrowed snorkelling gear it's a short swim to the reef, which is full of colourful fish.

The restaurant is very good, with some great dishes. As you might expect, the sea food is especially good. Although this is an Islamic country, there is no issue having a glass of wine (or just about any other drink you might like). We had a candle lit meal on the beach one evening and a meal on the sandbank. Both were very expensive, but both were fabulous.

We also went snorkelling in the \"Aquarium\" reef, which more than lives up to its name. This is a paid for activity, but this included a very good guide and the boat ride out. Dolphin watching on the sunset cruise was another highlight, especially as the guide was the hotel's marine biologist, who had a great depth of knowledge and an enthusiasm for the subject to match his knowledge.

Sharks Beneath our Bedroom!

I never believe people who say that holiday destinations are 'paradise', but Cocoa Island is as close as it gets. It's expensive, thats a fact, but frankly, worth every penny. The food is superb, the decor and facilities first rate. We came here principally to dive and the resort dive shop is, in my fifteen years experience, quite simply the best. The fifteen meter boat, with crew of three plus dive instructors was as often as not host only to myself and at most during our two weeks, to three other divers. The dive sites are amongst the best I've ever seen, with the greatest drift dive ever in 'Cocoa Thila'.The resort is built on the Island itself but the rooms are located on stilts above the ocean, and we really did have baby black tip sharks swimming under our bedroom, and around our ankles at times! Turtles, Manta, Sting Rays, Eagle Rays, White, Black tip and Grey reef sharks abound. The resort houses about eighty people but we felt we were almost alone there, and there's no fighting for space or sun beds. We hardly saw anyone during the day. There's no 'night life' as such, but who needs it when the days are so long and beautiful. We skipped lunch most days, too hot, and the complimentary fruit bowl more than sufficed! Wine with dinner went from pricey to ridiculous and breakfast being the only meal included in the 'rate' one is a bit hostage to their only being one restaurant but as I said before it is exceptionally good.

Everything was just perfect. The location of the island is amazing especially at low tide, the sand is so white and the sea cristal blue. The breakfast is delicious and actually all the food could be rated 5 stars! The staff is very friendly but not too nosy. The service and the location make the stay very exclusive and romantic. The spa is wonderful. The only downside is the reef around the island is not the most beautifull but anyways the island proposes excursions to other reefs with turtles for example!

- 5 days before the trip we got robbed & requested to cancel or postpone our booking until we replace our lost papers. management did not accept even if we pay penalties. if we don't show up, we lose everything, although the hotel was not fully booked
- costs: 4000$ for 4 days (bed & breakfast), + hidden 600$ airport-resort-airport transfer for 2 in shared motorboat. meals: average 150$ for 2 excluding alcohol

Great Reef Life

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the local reef life outstanding! We sampled the spa during a rain shower and found the treatment sublime. This is a place to come for a few days as there is only one restaurant and so you soon work your way through most of the menu. Breakfasts are lovely with an extensive choice. Our only disappointment was our lunch experience on two occassions when what we were served did not match what we had ordered and it was not really rectified to our satisfaction on either occassion. In fact, on the second occassion we were charged for both the incorrect meal item as well as the correct one which was finally delivered after a further wait of at least 20 minutes!

A fantstic piece of paradise

Fantasitic small resort in a beatiful island with excellent service...but paradise doesn’t come cheap - it’s very expensive! My only 2 complaints would be: 1 - either charge additional for half board or eliminate extra charges (do you know those hotels who advertise free internet but then want to charge for extra speed? that’s how I felt with half board - on some theme nights either you pay extra or you must have to the lunch menu (again). Tmade me regret having choosen half board. That being said, the kitchen team is extraordinary so all meals were fantastic. 2- Spa treatments are also very expensive so we decdided to leave spa experience for other more afordable resorts in our trip. I know that many of the COMO guests are millionaires who don’t care about pricing but maybe they would sell more treatments if they were more affordable (at least 2 other couples whith whom we spoke had the same reaction and didn’t try the spa...). But despite these 2 points, COMO is a very special place where I would return without blinking!

すべてが最高でした。とても静かで、穏やかで、プライベート感溢れ、無駄なものは何もない。居心地良すぎます。真っ白い砂浜と透明度高い遠浅のラグーンは「モルディブの中のモルディブ」とも言うべき素晴らしさ。某雑誌「世界のビーチBest 100」で堂々第2位に選ばれているのも納得。ロフトヴィラのテラスからは直接海に降りてシュノーケリング可。ゆったり泳ぐ小サメやマンタも。そしてオーナーや従業員のホスピタリティも抜群。また行きたいです。

まさに楽園です

まさに楽園です。水平線から上る朝日と月、そして美しい海が素敵です。
スピードボートで往復送り迎えをお願いしました（前もってメールで連絡）が、空港内まで迎えに来てくれたので安心でした。45分くらいで着きましたが、ゆれはあまり気になりませんでした。
島に着くとジュンコさんという日本人の方が日本語でいろいろ説明してくれたので安心でした。ただし自分たちの時ははじめの2日間だけいて、その後は出張か何かでいなくなりました。
部屋はドーニースイートを予約しましたが、ドーニーロフトスイートにアップグレードしてくれました。写真でみると狭そうにも見えますが、実際には広くて快適でした。ロフトには寝室があるのですが、トイレもついているので便利です。トイレにウオッシュレットはついてません。
部屋の階段からシュノーケリングに行けますが、シュノーケリングに必要なフィンやライフジャケット、シュノーケルは無料でレンタルしてくれますが、自分たちはフルフェイスのシュノーケルマスクを持参したので、フィンとライフジャケットのみ借りました。フルフェイスのシュノーケルマスクは鼻呼吸できるので楽でオススメです。
全体に客室数が少ないためか、静かでゆったり過ごせます。
食事は朝夕食事付き（飲み物は別）プランにしましたが、味は美味しく、量は多すぎず、満足でした。夕食はスターター・メイン・デザートをそれぞれ数種類から選べます。ふたりでシェアして、いろいろ楽しみました。アルコールはビールが８ドル～10ドルで、ライオンビール、タイガービール、コロナ、ハイネケンなど各種あり、ワインは55ドルからあり、各地のワインがあります。
ただ、毎週火曜日（たしか）はタイ料理の日となっていて、選択の余地がほぼありませんでした。タイ料理が苦手は要注意かもです。またワインパーティーなどのお誘いがあることがありますが、ソムリエやオーナーだけでなく、他の宿泊客と談笑しながらの会なので、英語が得意でなければキツイかもしれません（自分たちはきつかったです笑）。昼に一度、インルームダイニング（ルームサービス）を利用し、タンドリーチキンウイングを食べましたが、美味しかったです。
砂浜は全体によく掃除されていて、サンドバンクもとてもきれいでした。
ちなみに天候は5日間の滞在で雨が降ったのは1日でした。

毎日快適に過ごせました（ドーニスイート）

ホテルやレストランの概要など必要な情報は日本語で書かれたものがあり、安心できました。天気予報は雨でしたが、雨は4泊中の1回で朝の数時間のみですぐ暑くなりました。コテージからスノーケルをつけて海にでたらドロップオフのところでウミガメにも会えました。スタッフは明るく気さくで話しやすいです。ドーニスイートは狭いという口コミも見て不安に思っていましたが、十分広いです。夜は波の音が大きいですが、隣の音はあまり聞こえません。1晩だけ音楽の音が聞こえてきたので、隣の人次第の部分もあります。食事はとても美味しくて、次の食事の時間が来るのが待ち遠しかったです。

リネンが上質、リビングのソファにも白いカバーが掛けてあるので、寝転んで気持ちよい。
海の砂がきれいで、ビーチが長い。そこからすぐが、ドロップオフで、魚がたくさん。シュノーケリング器材、ライフベストを宿泊期間中貸してくれるので、簡単にシュノーケリング。流れもほとんどなく、泳ぎやすい。木製のデッキ（通路）から、サメ、エイ、ウミガメが見れました。アクティビティも充実、色々なものが週間予定で、びっしり組まれており、タートルシュノーケリング、ジンベイザメシュノーケリング、ダイビング、サンセットフィッシング、サンセットクルーズ、サンドバック・サンライスシャンパンブレクウファースト、パラセーリング。食事も、寿司ランチ、シーフードBBQ、鯛ディナーなど。色々楽しめます。

素晴らしい景色と海で、どこを撮ってもフォトジェニックです

２つのエクスカーションに行きました。
サンセットクルーズは、イルカを見るツアーです。軽食と飲みものが提供されます。もちろん夕陽も素晴らしいです。
タートルシュノーケリングは、１５分ほどスピードボートで走って、亀を見れるポイントに連れて行ってくれます。初心者でもOK。結構泳ぎますが、ガイドさんが引っ張ってくれるので大丈夫。

食事は、常に同じ場所とメニューなので、だんだん飽きてきますが、５日ぐらいなら大丈夫。量は多いので、メインを分け合っても十分かと思います。料理が出る前に、ナンとかパンを食べすぎないように気をつけたほうがいいかも。ワインは最低が約６０＄なので覚悟が必要です。余ったワインを部屋に持っていってもいいかと聞いたら、ぜんぜんOKでした。10%のサービスチャージがかかるのでチップはなくてもOKかな。

島の周りは、どこを潜ってもすぐに熱帯魚やサメ、エイが見れます。飽きません。
午前中の引き潮時に、浅瀬をどこまでも歩いていくのも解放感があり、非日常感もあって最高です。

帰りたくないリゾートでした。

美しい海、シュノーケリング、美味しい食事で選ぶなら、最高のパラダイス！

モルディブのホテル選びは、水上コテージから直接シュノーケリングが出来るハウスリーフがあること、食事が美味しいこと、ホテルが洗練されていてホスピタリティが期待出来ること、あまり規模が大きくなくてのんびり出来ること、マーレからそれほど遠くないこと、などを基準に選びました。他にも多くのホテルの選択肢がありますし、かなりのお金を使うだけに、この選択でよかったかなとホテルに着く前はドキドキしましたが、ホテルに着き、ホテルの説明を受けたり、水上コテージに案内されるまでの想像を超えた美しい景色、素敵な部屋、直接海に入れるベランダ、その海の透明度の高さを見るや、コモココアアイランドの選択は正解だったと確信しました。そして4泊の旅行を終えてみて、本当にコモココアアイランドを選んでよかった、と思える素敵な思い出を一杯作ることができました。また行きたいです。

酒店没有预想的那么好，附近有很多船只往来，四周有些别的岛，不是那么安静，每天喷灭蚊水两次，早上大概5点半和下午日落前，早上会被喷药吵醒，声音比较大。餐厅就一个，浮潜还可以，有一个拖尾沙滩散步或跑步不错。

まさにパラダイス

家族4人でロフトヴィラに宿泊しましたが、部屋も広くアメニティーも充実しており非常に快適でした。コテージからすぐのところに魚がたくさんおり、サメ、エイ、亀も含めシュノーケリングだけでも充分に楽しめました。またバルコニーが広いため、夜は一面の星空を眺めることができて、家族四人でしばし寝転がって楽しみました。ホテルスタッフもつかず離れず快適なコミニュケーションだったので、一週間の滞在でしたがほとんど不満なくまさにパラダイスといった感じで過ごすことができました。

객실이 많이 않아서 지내는 동안 어느덧 스텝들 뿐아니라 숙박객들 까지 친분이 생길 정도로 좋았음. 객실마다 프라이버시도 훌륭했으며 인테리어 및 소모품 제품들 좋았으며, 스텝들의 서비스 또한 아주 괜찮았음. 섬 주변 환경도 좋은편임.
